The place is nice... Very clean. But... There's a lot of things that make the Presidencial Suit bad overrated, overpriced and almost annoying. 1st. The minibar fridge was absolutely empty. Not even water. 2. The room service was the worst, not have to Will to answer you fast any requests. They took almost 2 hours to check if they have White or Rose Wine. And I have to call again to ask again if they have ANY wine, took another half hour and they have extremely pricey wine...which was overpriced with the 400% of the real price... Ridiculous wait for 2 and half hours to the must expensive regular wine... A true waste of time. 3. The TV doesn't work for WiFi.. Really? Not able to watch a movie or catch up some music from mine account cause Internet and WiFi wasn't working for the TV. Who wants to watch Local news and TV in my stay. Terrible. 4. All the stuff were like... Grumpy all the time. No smiles, no politeness, educated yes. But like... All of them have the worst day of their lifes And I have to face them and pay with that attitude. Dreadful. 5. No nice views from the windows, For all the price of the room it's ridiculous for the service. I wouldn't return this Hotel, there's places in Cochabamba with and beautiful with a better service, that are far from all this self "FiveStar" hotel. That's absolutely a rip off.

The rooms are decent but in need of minor maintenance. Service from the operational staff was good unlike the receptionist who wanted to add extra and hidden charges to our bill.

Very attentive staff and value for money hotel

The attendants at the front desk were friendly. The breakfast seemed well prepared. My only complaint was my room, it was down a dark hallway in the first floor and people were constantly walking by outside so there was no sense of privacy. The room itself seemed clean and well maintained.

Nice,modern and clean hotel. Dinner and breakfast are very good. Good beds. Nice pool to chill. We stayed 1 night and can recommand this hotel.

A nice hotel. The room was a bit bare, but had the essentials, and the restaurant was quite good, and service was great.

I have stayed several times since the hotel opened. This last time, an electrical short in our heating system caused us to sleep without heating. We were not happy at all. The staff tried their best but because of the late hour there was no one that could help. Then the room next to ours, the occupant had their TV on all night until 5:30 am. We barely slept between being cold and the TV blaring. The next day, they moved us to a suite. Everything was good after that. Breakfast is always amazing. The hotel needs better upkeep. But, it's still worth staying there as long as you get there early enough in the day to remedy any issues that might arise.
