Enjoyed some downtime with a great burger from this location that was charred to perfection. It had been awhile since my last stop here and the facility has been well maintained and is very clean and tidy inside and out. The spanish speaking staff provided excellent service both at the counter and throughout our visit. Parking's a little tight on the Whitmore side due to the other businesses, but more parking on the other side.

Not a great communication at this place. It’s common sense. And the acknowledgment that was not provide to the other customers that when ordering water is an additional price. Speak up!!! The lack of the unprofessional I swear. You want a job. Do your work search. It’s not about we weren’t trained on that. Sadly for the la k of getting the point. FYI- If ordering water it will be under guacamole. 1.65. Wow They want work but their services they don’t give for others. Just quick and go so they can go home.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the establishment was. I also noticed how Carl's Jr. maintains that old-fashioned atmosphere by playing 50s and the nostalgic menus on the walls, paint, patterns, etc. The only issue was that their soda machine was down, and you had to ask the employee to unlock the bathrooms, which got a bit annoying for us and for the employee. Quick service, friendly, professional, and excellent food.

The bestest western bacon cheeseburger 🍔!!! This is the only CJs I'll visit.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BY IGNORANT UNQUALIFIED EMPLOYEES whom can not read simple directions on a clearly written note. They got our order wrong including the quantities and we did NOT want meat and they still put meat in the food even though we repeated it to them several times!!! The MANAGER (I think her name is Mari) has a huge foul mouth and was telling me off using obscenities and yelling at me (the customer). She is not at all qualified for that managerial position at all. The whole time she kept making excuses for her also incompetent employees and did not resolve anything nor did she try to. We will never go back and we will make sure to spread the word about the worst service ever!!!
