9/13/2022 Poor service and quality here has hit rock bottom. Stood there with 5 workers walking by and I'm still standing there ready to order. All these kids and nobody is doing anything besides complaining. Girl walks up and wipes down area with her bare hands and then asks "what can I get you?" Like she's tired and bothered that a "customer " wants to order food... Won't come here again it's run down, they have a portable AC on the floor , black trash bags under the area where ice goes for "bottled drinks" by registers... I just walked out and left. While some girl said "he was just standing there...". Ya I was just standing there waiting for one of you to take My order while everyone was all over behind the counter not taking any new orders..... or not asking someone standing there by the "order here " sign "how can I help you..." Last review shared a similar experience as mine and maybe an undercover boss should fire the whole front line and hire people who "actually want to work" instead of goofing off and making easy money by "not working"....

The Panda Express on Mitchell Rd in Ceres California, is in A perfect location. Also, The Employees are Awesome and with Great Customer Care Service, Thank you Panda Express. "Yes, Way Go To The Panda Express!" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I honestly didn’t pay attention when she was making my plate but I’ve found that ANY location I go to always take advantage of this by skimping portions. Seriously I opened up the box & there were five pieces of orange chicken lol like really? Then I got the sweet fire chicken breast because I like that it comes with red bell peppers & pineapple but… I got ONE piece EACH LOL. Not only that but I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the little amount of sweet n sour sauce you guys have workers put into those containers, what an absolute waste of plastic, I asked for TWO & I got the amount for ONE. I also don’t think I should have to ask for sweet & sour when I ordered veggie rolls. But hey, next time I’ll just pay attention when I come in.

Would have given 5 🌟 stars if there portion sizes would have been more generous. As far as cleanliness, customer service, and quality of the food was all there, no complaints. But I did order the bigger box, and I feel there could have been bigger portion sizes than given.

I love coming because there's a lady always give us a smile on us and make us laugh. She also has good service my kids loves coming here ohh yeah and her name is Lourdes🥰

I went in about an hour ago June 13 it wasn't busy at all soon as I walk in the girl along with her other coworker give me funny looks upon entering and started to murmur a few things to each other and start laughing after she asks "can I help you" i told her what size plate i wanted and it went in one ear and out the other because she looks right up at me and ask me what I wanted and to repeat again I noticed the other review about not paying attention to the portions because for some odd reason when I order through uber eats I get a good amount of food I noticed the portions was extremely small and on top of that I almost thought the girl at the register was literally gonna act like I wasn't standing there or she didn't see me and skip over my order and ring somebody else up that was after me until I made it a point to stand directly in front of her. Your working for a food franchise you shouldn't be discriminating/snickering or thinking your better than customers

Cold food ,service terrible,atmosphere like no body there, food not cheap,i went with my wife in Halloween like 8:30 Trays almost empty i asked for honey shrimp nothing there i asked the server she stated ahh.. Yes where the shrimp she said ahh again .. Very bad experience i never go back again there!!! I wish the owners know what's goin on there in' t cheap for sure very bad experience.. Mikey mouse bushiness i do not how they sell and still in business!!!!! Terrible!!!

Horrible service. Very rude. Didn't even acknowledge me after standing in front of the cashier for more then 5 minutes. Walked away when asked about my order and had 1 beef slice in my broccoli beef. Probably the worst panda express I have ever been to and that's saying something because Turlock is pretty bad but this one takes the cake.

I've been going to Panda Express for years and ordered family meals lots of times, but yesterday I ordered two family meals and when I got home there was only one fortune cookie and only one fork FOR TWO FAMILY MEALS! On top of that they left out one of the entrees that I had ordered. It was the worst experience I've ever had at Panda Express. So I called and talked to the manager and they said all we can do is if you come within 15 days we will give you a replacement entree for the one you had ordered and that's all they offered for the time and effort to drive there twice and pick it up. Overall I was very dissatisfied 😔

I really like the food here. I recommend ordering online and picking it up in person. I found it was the fastest and most convenient way to get food. When I order in person, lines are usually long, and the restaurant is kinda loud, and kids are all over the place. But with ordering from their website, by the time I drive to the restaurant, my food is ready! Love it. Their food is pretty good. I like their chow mein, orange chicken, and kung pao chicken the best. And it is usually hot and fresh.

The food was fresh and hot. Servers weren't particularly friendly, but they were fast. The place was very clean and much better than most other fast food.

Ordered online the app says it’s don’t at 11:50 I get there and my food was not ready until 12:24. No point in ordering online if when I get there none of my food is ready and I’m told we are just waiting for certain items to be done. Can’t say they didn’t have enough people working because there was 7 employees working. Items missing from the bags of things I ordered. I’m completely done giving this place chances.

Food was cold there wasn’t much in the plate, didn’t want to give me any sauce there weren’t any utensils in the bag or fortune cookies. I order 4 plates

I don't usually come here and would rather go to the one in Turlock for now on. Noemi (or the one that has about 6 badges on here hat) was rushing me as if i knew the menu. Rude.

We ordered there party package. It was more then enough and so delicious!! We will be using this for a different event/ occasion. Bomb food

Went in tonight to order late dinner for my family and had a bad experience. I used to work for Panda Express so I know how ordering works, as well as, trying to watch the weight if the food at the end of the night. I went in tonight 4/5/22 to order for myself and my family of 6 dinner at 8:52pm. The display table had 4 entrees available and they all looked like they had been sitting there for a good while. The 3 customers ahead of me looked upset as they were cashing out and when I got up to the front I seen why. This store closes at 10:30pm and the girl who was about to make my plate said they were no longer cooking for the night. I asked who is in charge because I used to work for panda and know how it works and she said the cook Saul. There was more people walking in to order as well. Seems like you guys were just being lazy and isn't want to do your job. I'm sure my family would have took most the food t ourselves let alone the customers in front and behind me....

All my friends and family work here. Customer service is top notch. I always tend to get diaherra from here, but the smile on the workers faces and the outstanding taste of the orange chicken has me riskin soiling my pants! Hands down best ever !

Ordered three 2 entree dinners and received one that was missing one of the entrees. The Brown Rice was AWFUL. And the broccoli and beef came with literally one small tidbit of beef! The chow-mien was tasteless. The entire food quality was terrible. McDonalds would’ve been much tastier and cheaper!
