    We are Asian, and will never ever go back to that store again after the store manager refused to help my wife checkout. On 8/9, my wife was waiting, first in line, to checkout. The store manager came by, but instead of helping my wife checkout, she totally ignored my wife, and insisted on helping the person behind my wife checkout. And after she finished helping that person, the store manager again asked the person behind my wife to step forward and helped her checkout. And when she was finished, my wife was skipped over again as she helped the person behind my wife checkout. All the while my wife was standing there waiting. My wife was skipped over three times before she got so upset that she threw all the clothe on the counter and left. And this is the second time this has happened for my wife, last time the same store manager checked out two other customer, even when my wife was first in line. We called Abercrombie & Fitch afterwards to file a complaint against the store manager, and was promised that we would get a phone call from management, now we are still waiting.

    Every location has 1 or 2 stars on Yelp, and corporate is worse. Insane return policies with online purchases. You have to call corporate to demand a refund because they try giving you store credit after an exchange still doesn’t work out. Example: exchanged jeans from a size 23 to 24. The 24 still didn’t fit right, so I was told by an in store employee that once you do an exchange, you can no longer get a refund if the exchange doesn’t work. They gave me a gift card and I had to call corporate and wait several days before they agreed to refund me a whopping $16.15. Just ridiculous.

    I called the store and some guy named "Jay" or how ever you spell it was so rude. I called because I went to exchange a shirt I had bought online and I explain to him that it was a exchange and that I didn't see the order on my online account. It's been a couple day already and I don't even know when I will have my order delivered to me. He was so rude that he hung up on me! If this is the customer service they give I sure don't want to go in store and buy anything.

    EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER. I went to the store to do an online return. The associate helping me was super nice, but 2 of my items were 2 days past the 30 day notice so they wanted to give me a gift card. My items were in perfect condition with tags and still in store. So I asked if there was any way possibly they could give me a full refund. They had the manager come out who was extremely rude and super unprofessional, dressed in sweat shorts and sweatshirt and she just said no and walked away. I was appalled I was trying to explain to her that abercrombie missed one of the items in my shipment and re shipped the item. She absolutely didn’t care. I spoke with Abercrombie chat service online they returned them and gave me a free shipping label. They said the managers name was Kayla but the associate had to go ask her for her name after I asked so I’m not even sure if it’s her name.

    I recently visited Abercrombie & Fitch, and unfortunately, it was a truly disappointing experience. Despite the store being practically empty, the customer service left much to be desired. I felt invisible as the only person of color in the store, and it seemed like the employees were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. When I approached the register to make a purchase, I was shocked to see that only one employee was actively working while several others stood around, seemingly disinterested in helping customers. The lack of attention and assistance made me feel unwelcome and unimportant. The absence of a welcoming atmosphere and the blatant disregard for customer service left a bitter taste in my mouth. I had hoped for a pleasant shopping experience, but unfortunately, Abercrombie & Fitch fell short of my expectations. I sincerely hope they take this feedback to heart and work towards creating a more inclusive and customer-centric environment in the future.

    Horrible customer service redheaded manager / supervisor Megan refused to let me return two pairs of jeans I spent $200 I had my receipt everything was in perfect condition , tags were just how I got them bought them 2 days prior to returning them she told me she wasn’t going to take them keep in mind she didn’t even take them out the bag unbelievably unprofessional . I love the jeans from here but I’d rather shop somewhere where the manager or supervisor whatever she is won’t be So unprofessional and childish THANKS MEGAN .

    horrible experience, I wanted to try two shirts and just for not asking the workers that I wanted to use the fitting rooms they thought I was going to steal from them ! They knocked on the door TWICE as I was trying on the clothes. like you heard me the first time why knock again the second time! Was that white dude trying to rush me out. Idk but when I got out felt all eyes on me like cmon if I wanted to steal I wouldn’t do it like that.
