First of all I just want to say Jess at this store rocks. I came in this store to do a Ivy Park return and was told I need to call customer service. After being on hold for a while, Jess asked if she could help me. I told her the issue and she sprung into action. Not only did she take care of my issue, she packed all my items into boxes, printed out the labels and even sealed/taped everything up for me. All while she had a line of people and was assisting another associate with another customers issue. She did all this in a timely manner and with such a positive upbeat attitude. She is what a valuable employee looks like. Give this woman a raise. Thank you Jess for all your help.

This is my favorite Adidas store to go too. They always have a great and diverse selection, of which I feel like I always find something cool and new to walk out with. Today, one of their staff members, Jess, made the experience for my girlfriend and I, all the more enjoyable; she was extremely helpful and so nice to talk too. Overall, excellent staff members, great choices for both style and comfort, a clean and well kept store, and an overall perfect experience. If I could give more stars, I would!

Got Classic striped jogging pants and an a branding Adidas logo T….used my gift card and the cashier wow….amazing… helped me download, swipe and thanked me so professionally. I will be back to the Citadel in The City of Commerce..and hit up Adidas store again!

I went to that store on 5/16/2022 at 6:30pm to EXCHANGE a shirt there was a short fat Mexican girl at the Cash register. She asked me so many absurd questions like why the tag wasn't on the shirt so I said to her I can easily tie it back to the shirt if you like ! Then when I was purchasing the other shirt she's asking me if I washed the shirt so I said MAM, I would not wash the shirt and then tried to exchange it because I know your policy! So I had to pay extra for the shirt that I was exchanging it for that means I was still giving her a sale but yet still she treated me so bad! The first time I went to that store there were two guys on the floor one of them was black they were so accommodating. So I decided to go shopping there again but boy did I regret going there whiles that worker was on the floor! I will never go to that store again at least not when she's there!

I want everyone to understand that when you go into a Retail establishment the best impression employees can make on a customer is their knowledge of their products. I happen to stop into the Cerritos Mall - Adidas Store and was warmly greeted by a young lady at the counter and then this is where the Knowledge fell apart when the young man approach me and I specifically was interested in a good running shoe with good arch support for a narrow foot. The young man had no knowledge and just pointed out the various colors and styles on the shelf and then he disappeared. Then the tide change when the young lady that first greeted me named Jess approach me and again I explained what I was looking for. Right away I could tell Jess was very knowledgeable about the Inventory on hand had a very good understanding of exactly what I was looking for. So if you go to the Adidas Store in Cerritos Mall ask for Jess, she’s the best.

Every time I go to Cerritos Mall I have to stop at the Adidas store. Honestly I look for items on sale, I just wish it was a bit clearer what’s really on sale and how much. Other than that I Love this store. 1 out 3 times I go even if I’m not looking for anything I come out with something. Perhaps because it made sense to purchase whatever it is I purchased, because of price or I just simply liked how it looked. Well organized, clean and nice showing of items.
