Found this build a bear store inside los Cerritos plaza in LA California. They had a lot to choose from and I noticed that they are featuring a Harry Potter section now! They have the bears for you to stuff and dress however you please. You can also insert sounds like a voice or music which is pretty cool. It was pretty busy at the time that we went. You also have the option to buy it online and pick it up in the store:

Cindy, the store associate that helped us stuff my daughter's teddy bear, was very kind. I would have given the store five stars but Kris, I think that was her name, kinda ruined the experience for me. I almost didn't want to buy the bear but I knew my daughter really wanted one. She initially had a bad attitude because I wasn't standing in line where the sound recording was done. Why would I be standing in line there if I didn't need to add any sound to my daughter's bear? Instead I let the family behind me use the computer and stood off to the side to wait for our turn to get my daughter's bear stuffed. That just makes a lot more sense. It really seemed like she was just taking out some frustration on me as there was this sudden flood of customers just before closing. I think the whole "stand in line" lecture was totally unnecessary. She definitely realized that too because she seemed like a completely different person when we met her at the register. Anyway, don't do that anymore.

Haven't been here in ages. My kids are grown. Walked by with my grandson and he noticed one he'd been trying to find for a while. He was excited. Of course I bought it. They were nice enough to sell us an outfit on display. Very friendly staff.

Was just here for the first time ever with my son and the whole experience was wonderful until we got to checkout. The older lady with black hair got upset because I didn’t want to provide her my email address or purchase a gift card. Horrible customer service and petty for a grown adult.

Wow! We thought the BAB in our local mall was big! This one was big but also lots more merchandise! My daughter has been looking for new outfits for her teddy bear, and today she got 2! She said we definitely have to come back to this location! The ladies that helped us so very kind too! I believe one of the girls name was Natalie. I would definitely drive the extra 40 minutes to come back to this location next time too!

I love build a 🐻 because I love stuffed animals and they have a good collection of animals. And the clothes are cute as can be. Definitely recommend them for your stuffed animals needs. And also a great selection of accessories for your furry friend.

Nayla was amazing! She was attentive and understood exactly what we needed went above and beyond for sure! Definitely needs some recognition from Management about what a great job she did!! Keep it up Nayla
