Ok, now I really mean it. This Lucille's is on our banned list. With our feast, they forgot our biscuits again and the salad looks like other leftover salads put together. I tried to go back to curbside pickup and get my biscuits but there is a huge line. Of course not all masked. Forget the biscuits. Cant even park in the "curbside" spot.

Ok now I'll say this the meats were good the sides were ok but that Gumbo... It tasted like watery dressing the sausage was like leather the shrimp like rubber an the chicken breast pieces were big an dry stuck to your teeth when you chewed it. Pieces of bay leaf all throughout the gumbo that you have to take them out your mouth just overwhelming... Bits of hard little pieces that you can't chew.. It was very very bad I hope they read this somebody owe me a refund!!๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿพ๐ŸคขWe stood an waited almost thirty minutes just to order takeout while workers just stood there..... I don't recommend the gumbo!!!!!!

I don't know why their food quality was dropped. I ordered Babyback Rib, BBQ Try tip and several side orders. However, both menus had bad texture and taste. Fries was also terrible texture. I regret to go this restaurants today.

The food at Lucille's has definitely slipped a bit over the years. I used to go once every couple weeks for the BBQ chicken sandwich. It's still good. But not nearly as good as it used to be. Maybe they just got too popular... At this point, expect a Sunday 4pm to-go order to take 2 hours to prepare and then expect some stuff to be missing from your to-go bag.

Food was 5+ stars. Service due to "short staffed" 2 stars. Wont prevent me from going back. Ribs perfect, burnt brisket ends excellent, beer can chicken super moist and great smokey flavor. Sides: Mac and cheese really good, garlic Mashed potatoes hot and lots of flavor. Even the Cole slaw was great. Of course the biscuits and apple butter are yummy.

All of the employees that greeted us, the two female hostesses, the female server, were all warm and friendly. The service was excellent and the food, drinks and dessert were all so delicious. We ordered the 3 meat platter with two sides and a salad. We chose the barbecue chicken, tri tip and baby back ribs. The sides were garlic mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. The cesar salad was delicious too. But the hot apple cobbler topped with vanilla ice cream was so good. The apple Cinnamon biscuits with apple butter were delicious too!

The decor to this place is really nice, seemed like the benches were recently painted because it had caution tape around them. The wait was not very long so that was cool. The servers are very personable , attractive and attentive to your needs. They have thorough knowledge of the menu and have recommendations. It had been a while since visiting a Lucille's BBQ spot. We ordered nachos and spinach dip. They both came with chips obviously. The nachos were made with brisket. They can do a better job of placing ingredients over all the chips and not just towards the middle. The spinach dip seems like it just microwaved so I wasn't to impressed. My server recommended chicken with mashed potatoes and white gravy. It was delicious. Also ordered Ribs with brisket. The brisket was delicious and the ribs could've been smoked longer so that meat would fall off the bone.

We chose Lucilleโ€™s to celebrate a birthday and made reservations for 6:30 pm. Our party checked a few minutes before our reservation. It was a Wednesday evening and the lobby was empty except for a few patrons waiting for to go orders. It took 20 minutes for our table for 7 and an infant to be seated. Once seated it took 25 minutes for our server to say she will be with us in a few minutes as she passed the table. The server returned 5 minutes later and took our order. Biscuits arrived a few minutes later but we had to wait again since we didnโ€™t have any silverware. We flagged down the hostess seating another party and she brought silverware. One would assume the time we waited for our table to be ready would include placing silverware on the table. When the food arrived two entrees were incorrect. Unfortunately our server was AWOL and we literally thought she went on a break! The server did not check how we were doing or refill drinks. The two stars were for the biscuits as they were the highlight of the evening!!

I was going to give this spot a 3 star but since their service was exceptional I gave them a 4 star. I recommend making a reservation on their site so you won't have to wait long. Waited like 10min tops which is not bad judging from the crowd outside. So the meats were good but some looked a little off and dry. The brisket was dry af. Not sure if you can get the best batch in the mornings but we went in the afternoon and some cuts seemed super dry. But everything else was good. Those cracked out deviled eggs were the best.

We have been to this location a number of times, but today the ribs were not that fall off the bone serving and definitely not hot. The waitress though courteous wasn't on her A game. My main concern was that the bathroom needed attention and none of the staff attended to it. My pervious experiences at this location have all been top quality.

Staff gave us excellent service! Despite being a busy evening, they never stopped being attentive with us! Love the biscuits and apple butter! I also need to make Jumbalaya like they do. Nice and spicy, but filled with flavor! Can't complain!

This place was so crowded with people celebrating Father's Day with fathers. The wait was closed to an hour but all other restaurants were same. Food was great and had awesome time with family. Of course, we had few box of leftover food afterward! The parking can be tricky as there are lots of stores during peak times.

The wait time was a long time, considering previous days were holidays, I'm assuming that everyone was tired of eating leftovers and tamales, so we did wait overall manager helped with very helpful sweet and fast service!

This meal was about 30 bucks and it was on saleโ€ฆ this place was extremely expensive but itโ€™s extremely good. They really do make good barbecue here, the atmosphere really feels like homemade, and the staff is probably the most chill cool staff Iโ€™ve ever seen. They always have really great service and are so friendly. Overall, although itโ€™s expensive, itโ€™s definitely worth it.

I recently visited Lucille Smokehouse. they have the most delicious BBQ meat combo. The pulled pork was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the mashed potatoes were the perfect side dish. The entire meal was a true delight and I would highly recommend giving Lucille Smokehouse a try if you're a fan of BBQ. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very welcoming and the service was top-notch. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

I will say this... until they get the dish right, DO NOT order the "Shrimp and Grits." It's a deep dish with a small portion of grits that get swallowed up by this look a like pink vodka sauce (not a roux or gravy) with the peppers and what not. The shrimp are a nice size and there are plenty, but Lucille's, ya'll really have to do your research when recreating certain food items. I returned it and was more happy with my 2 hot sausage links and side of fried okra.

Place has went downhill. After years of going here the ribs are now trash. This last time they forgot to put bbq sauce on the ribs and it just showed how bad the ribs are. Super pale, some bites were raw as well.

The wait wasn't that bad, plus it sad seeing it empty. But nothing beats the biscuit and apple butter. I tried the new spicy honey glazed salmon with rice and brussel sprouts with bacon. The spice creep up on you but it not hot. If not a fan of spice don't get it. Country fried chicken with mash potato and country gravy with street corn. Best in both world but the corn is extra if you don't want veggies. The host very sweet and made sure we are good and happy.

Highly recommend making online reservations, minimizes the wait time. The BBQ Western burger was delicious. Crispy onions, well seasoned beef patty, just full of flavor. I had the BBQ chicken sandwich and it was also good, I added the hit BBQ sauce to take it up a level. The salad they stuffed into it.... I'd like to have it on the side. A little too much green in my sandwich. Still, the biscuit with whipped cinnamon butter was also very delicious, warm with a light sprinkle of sugar.
