because
customer
service
and
communication
lacked
greatly.
The
wait
time
was
acceptable
50min.
Got
my
text
message
and
my
friend
and
I
returned
to
the
restaurant.
Waited
another
hour
to
finally
be
seated.
The
young
lady
(waitress)
was
not
friendly
at
ALL.
As
she
took
us
to
our
seat,
she
asked
how
we
were
doing?.....
REALLY?!
We
replied
we
could
be
doing
better.
To
make
a
long
story
short,
our
server
was
not
attentive,
she
went
on
break.
The
other
young
lady
who
took
her
place
was
OK
&
helpful.
When
our
original
server
returned
from
break
she,
didn't
check
on
us.
She
addressed
all
other
customers,
we
had
to
flag
her
down
or
ask
other
servers
for
assistance.
I
normally
tipper
very
well,
in
this
case
I
tip
according
to
the
type
of
service
I
receive.
Appetizers
weren't
good
was
told
the
recipe
(s)
have
changed.
So
it's
sad
to
say,
I
will
not
be
returning
back
to
this
location.
I'd
rather
drive
farther
out
to
receive
better
service.
When
we
finally
got
our
entrees,
they
were
nice
and
hot.
Our
server
acted
as
if
she
didn't
know
what
was
going
on
with
our
orders?
Good
was
good
and
a
lot.
However,
the
service
was
not.....
On

the
next
one
