It better to reserve a spot. Sometimes the wait can be long. Food and dessert is never to complain. Our host was really good and he was sweet. Was always on point to maoe sure we were good with everything on our table. Even remember our order without writing it down. Plus fun way to celebrate a birthday or other occasion.

15min wait on a walk in for 2, Linner. Great experience, food staff and now a memory of this great location. Valet parking, Christmas carolers, clean, friendly customer oriented staff. Returning customer for sure.

I've been to several cheesecake factories and feel this location offers better service and friendlier servers. The atmosphere isn't perfect but I recommend this cheesecake factory if it's near you. The food is great and of wide varieties. I usually get the famous meatloaf and I always wonder why they are famous. I'll need to do some research.

My girl and I thought to eat at this location and had a less then impressive experience. We were sat really fast, looked at the menu, ordered…. And everything we ordered they were out of or the server went to put in the order and came back and said they were out. Five minutes in to actually having an order placed the server goes on break. While on break an item we ordered was then said to be out…. When our server returned from break her ignored our table. The food we did get was not great and way too expensive for this dining experience! I understand the server can’t control the kitchen but to then be ignored me and not apologetic was not how it should’ve been handled. We were also never offered a refill on our drinks in the entire 1.5 hours we were there. We’re ask if we want a free cheese cake. After this experience at the Cerrito location we won’t be back. Worst dining experience we have ever had and we are generally over generous tippers.

This place is gross. Order the steak Diane with scampi while my date ordered a burger. The burger came out 20 minutes before the steak and was soggy and cold. The steak Diane came out before the replacement Burger and was burnt. I've never had an experience like this at a cheesecake factory. Stay away! 26Nov2021

It's hard to go wrong with the Cheesecake Factory, whether you want to host a small party, eat with family, or spend time with friends. The restaurant is spacious with a lot of seating, clean, and well kept. We went to the restaurant during offpeak hours, but I noticed it getting packed as we were leaving so it might be a good idea to reserve spots ahead of time. The food itself was really good with generous portion sizes. I tried the french dip cheeseburger and my other two family members shared a shrimp bistro pasta. The cheeseburger was a little too salty for my tastes (especially when I dipped it in the sauce) but, other than that, it tasted amazing. I also had a small taste of the shrimp bistro pasta and absolutely loved it. We all also ordered cheesecake togo. I ordered the Adam's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple. I'm usually pretty iffy on cheesecake in general but this one had a great balance of flavors and didn't overpower me with sweetness.

The restaurant has a huge space of indoor and outdoor patio. Good atmosphere and good food. I don't remember the name of the menu, but I would recommend the Thai style curry with chicken and shrimp. The food is tasty and a large portion.

I went there on a Wednesday afternoon and they seated us very quickly. The waiter was great and very attentive, she always made sure we had our drinks filled and kept checking on us. I ordered the Steak Diane and it was delicious, proportions were big as I had leftovers to take home as well. Overall this Cheesecake Factory location is worth going to from my experience.

I took my Son here for his 8th birthday! He loves shrimp so of course that's what he ordered. Lol. The food was really good! So good, I was craving it the day after. The service was great. I live in Orange County and I've been to the Brea and Disneyland location and BOTH were trash compared to this location. I'm HUGE on Customer Service and our waiter was great! I will be back.

Food was alright, but the service was pretty good. The waiter was attentively asking if we needed anything, and the outside seating area was pretty nice.

We don't come here too often, but we do when we want something fun. Like Mac & Cheese burgers, mountains of pasta, food hybrids etc & they don't disappoint. We've had good luck here, our servers are always lovely & we have a good time

Today we visited The Cheesecake Factory in the Cerritos Mall. We were warmly greeted and seated in 8 minutes. Our servor was pleasant. We place out order of Deep fried fish tacos, cilantro rice and black beans. The second orfer was Mexican Tortilla soup with salad with blue cheese dressing. Our appetizer was Shrimp with Thai chili Sauce. Our thoughts about the food. The fish taco's were pretty tasty and meaty. The celantro rice was decent and the black beans were bland with a small amount of white cheese on them. The Mexican Tortilla Soup was actually pretty good. The spup had the right balance of ingredients. The mild spiciness was pretty good. As for the appetizer, it took a while to get that served. Our waitress checked on it's status. Apparently, a district manager did not like what he saw and requested it to be remade. The presentation was pretty good. The taste wasn't too bad but lacked something to give it a kick. We found our answer with the lemon slices from the ice tea. Overall, the food was okay. Would we visit again? Honetly, perhaps in the future at another Cheescake Factory to see if the food is made differently and then compare. The staff members were happy and eager to serve.

Food was amazing! Service was amazing as well! Maria, our server, was so nice, friendly and attentive! Will definitely be back. We sat in the patio area, the breeze was delicious and they had heaters, in case you got too chilly!

This way my first time going to The Cheesecake Factory and if was the business. I was treated to a promotion celebration for one of my Aunts coworker. The food looked good tasted good. The service was awesome. They were very polite and attentive. Can't wait to go back. Imma try to hit happy hour (wink wink). I do recommend and I will return.

This is what a $16 salad looks like at Cerritos Cheesecake, apparently. Just dry lettuce and a side of dressing. No cheese, no croutons, no subbed spinach as requested.

Great service, great food GREAT DESSERTS. Long lines, there was a 30min wait.. we had to give our numb and wait for the text when the table is available, after seating took about 5min for them to serve bread and water, after that took about 10-15min for the waiter to come get our order and after that took about 20-30min to receive our order.. they get really busy, our server was great 👍🏻

Have a variety of cheesecakes that are so good. Other food on the menu tastes delicious. Downside, no placemats and lighting inside is a bit dark.

My Daughter and I went recently. Our food was really good. That buffalo blast appetizer was addictive!! I got the chicken madeira, daughter got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. My drink (Mai Tai) was fabulous as always, and our waitress was super sweet! I'm glad we went.

Don't get me wrong, the food is great, but I had a bad experience with the beans they serve. Bad strong smell and really bad taste. I don't think I'm the only one who thinks that. Other than that everything is great. They have so many options when it comes to food wise.

On a very busy day, I was waiting for a table for so long that Google asked me, "How was The Cheesecake Factory?". Of course, the food was great. I wish the butter for their bread was more spreadable. Definitely go get the $100 gift card from Costco (I think it's about $75). 😉

I enjoy eating at this place. They have great choice for the whole family. One of my favorite things to order is the chicken Bellagio. Oh and can't forget the avocado rolls, LOVE Them!

25 minute wait before being called for seating, not because no avail tables but not enough employees, before lunch stampede. Our server, "Helen" was professional and provided good customer service during our dining experience.

Came in for happy hour And ordered asparagus fries, stuffed mushrooms, Brussels sprouts and shrimp.. All of them were tasty. We didn't have any cheesecake but what we did order for happy hour was really good and I was really surprised. This place is usually busy however we got lucky and beat the dinner crowd.

It was a bit of a wait to be seated but we didn't mind. Our server was amazing!! He was running a little behind but went to our table and acknowledged us. Apologized and said he'd be right with us. He was fast, friendly, and made our night enjoyable.. we will definitely be back to this location..

The variety of dishes at cheesecake factory is awesome. We ordered so much food, we ended up taking them home. They have delicious meals and great staff who communicate respectfully and behave impeccably. Definitely marked as one of my favorite places to go.

I give it a 3 stars because customer service and communication lacked greatly. The wait time was acceptable 50min. Got my text message and my friend and I returned to the restaurant. Waited another hour to finally be seated. The young lady (waitress) was not friendly at ALL. As she took us to our seat, she asked how we were doing?..... REALLY?! We replied we could be doing better. To make a long story short, our server was not attentive, she went on break. The other young lady who took her place was OK & helpful. When our original server returned from break she, didn't check on us. She addressed all other customers, we had to flag her down or ask other servers for assistance. I normally tipper very well, in this case I tip according to the type of service I receive. Appetizers weren't good was told the recipe (s) have changed. So it's sad to say, I will not be returning back to this location. I'd rather drive farther out to receive better service. When we finally got our entrees, they were nice and hot. Our server acted as if she didn't know what was going on with our orders? Good was good and a lot. However, the service was not..... On to the next one

Had a birthday dinner with some old coworkers but good friends of mine. We sat towards the back but let me tell you... the waiter & service were IMMACULATE! Food was great, courtesy bread really good & a birthday cheesecake that melted on my palate. And great company... what more could I ask for?! Stay sexy cheesecake factory!

Food was so delicious! Their bread is good too, so good that they had to keep baking more but well worth the wait. Our servers were attentive to our needs. It was our first time in the patio area and we loved it! They have heaters on the perimeter of the patio and in the ceiling. The temperature was just right I would definitely try the patio area again! Ladies restroom was decent, there was a lot of traffic there so I imagine the next cleaning time was going to be soon.

Just us girls! Mom sister n Me was pretty busy.. Host was short/rude.. But I get it.. I would be a little on edge with a full house.. Our waiter Alex was attentive... Great service.. And who do we see siting across from us? our cousins, Jessica & Fernando Soto.. was nice seeing relatives after so long (COVID) Can't forget the cheese cake... Three slices to go!
