In-and-out definitively delivers the hype it gets overseas. The basic cheeseburger tastes amazing and even though the fries look bland, they actually taste great. Avoid taking the drive through as it gets absolutely packed. Parking and ordering in is definitely the play here.

In my opinion, this is the best burgers and fries in Southern California or the world…regardless of location. Same consistent taste with every restaurant. I ordered an double double animal style in the protein wrap with two large fries. It was delicious as usual and the fries were excellent. I’d definitely come back again for their other menu items and their is plenty of parking.

Never anything wrong with In-N-Out. Always a go to place to get your messy burger fix that'll satisfy your umami savory taste. Double doubles with extra cheese, chopped chili's and whole grilled onions was the combo must have for this trip definitely. As this location is right next to Cerritos College, it's always busy during the high lunch rush hours but a bit better towards the evenings.

No fluff no gimmicks just burger fries and shakes! Always a pleasure to get a double double and some animal style fries!

Sometimes I go there when I have my motorcycle at the shop. Always great food, always fresh!!! The Double Double Animal with Animal fries is the only way to go!!!! (Oh, on my Animal Fries, I put ketchup on my fries, along with their "secret sauce") hehe ^_^

I don't know what it is, if it's the pandemic but IN N OUT food quality has gotten worse. And it already wasn't great to begin with. Everytime I give them a chance I get the worst quality food. Hard buns. Cold fries. Non-green lettuce. The works. The best thing about this particular visit was the rasberry lemonade. It was good and salvaged this visit.

Service was friendly and fast but unfortunately that fast pace showed. My burger was missing chopped chilis, it had spread on it when I asked for no spread, the fry baskest was not full, the meat patty was smaller than usual, and I was given a pink lemonade when asked for regular. I went back before leaving to fix the drink but didn't know the mess up on the food till I returned to my work office. Disappointing first experience with this location 😪 I tried to post photos but for some reasons it keeps rejecting them.

this time. I get disappointed.😒 in n out Burgers. when for decades they used to be part of a hamburger meal. the yellow peppers. Today I went with my wife to the restaurant, mentioned in Cerritos CA. As always, I ordered some yellow peppers to accompany the delicious flavor of the hamburgers and this is what they gave me. In one of the photos you can look at the "new yellow peppers" from in n out... you will know what I am saying. To those who know about these yellow peppers, the incomparable flavor. these new yellow peppers from in n out taste nothing like vinegar. next time bring your tapatío, Cholula or Tabasco sauce because these peppers really taste horrible.🥴

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Deanna and Josh. They are two of the most pleasant people I have encountered on my trip in LA. First time having In & Out here, the food was good but it was the customer service for me. I wish many more locations had employees like this. Very knowledgeable and concern for the customers. If you are in the area check out that location.

Went early with only 3 cars ahead and none behind me. Ordered and then waited. And waited. Got the food and there was 10 cars behind me. It was a #1 and a grilled cheese. Grilled cheese was ordered cheese Only nothing else. They gave us one with everything on it. So 3 stars is being nice

I ❤️ In-N-Out. This location and others I have visited always provide good service with a smile, good prices and good food. Love this simple menu that you can tweak sometimes if you ask nicely. I wish this place was next door to me. 😃😋

Well we don't really go to In-N-Out Burger like we don't go hardly at all but for some reason my lady felt like a burger from In-N-Out. So we came across this location they had a long line of cars but literally the line went very quickly the way they have it set up they got the order and before you know it you're at the drive-thru the girl that took the order wasn't a people person or Miss personality but she got the order and that's all that really counted and when we got our food everything was good and everything was there like we asked so I would definitely say go to this location hands down

Aside from a fast service and a good burger, I personally would like to commend Rylie R ( female young employee). She has an excellent customer care service that day. It was an ordinary day for me and my kids to do in and out eating snack before they hit the water for swimming training. But this girl came to us and ask us “do you need anything “, we replied by saying our milk shakes, shade just approached us with great care and took it from counter serve it to us, gave us straws and smile, seemingly that she really wants her job and proud to be part of the team. I work in a big company and this girl for me is an asset to the company, knows her customer service, great attitude and enthusiastic to finish her shift by being extraordinary and working beyond. To In and Out management team , watch out for her … she is representing you guys well and making your job easier.

Food is always fresh, as advertised, never been disappointed with an order🍔🍟🥤 The line is always super long, YES... BUT the line always moves quickly so don't let it scare you away😆😳 it's always worth the wait😋👍👍

There is nothing that beats cheese burger and fries from in-and-out. A very small menu, but whatever they serve is amazing and we keep going back there. Food is totally economical and highly recommended. No chicken options, just fyi.

I frequent this location normally. I was sadly disappointed to take visitors here when they were hungry for a late night meal. Arriving minutes after midnight, the order taker was very nice, but the window server did not seem to be professional as I expect from regilat In-n-Out visits. He casually mentioned half the order and was very edgy. He was trying to make a hot chocolate for us and was questioned by another employee as to why he was doing that. When we arrived home, we realized the hot chocolate appeared to be just hot brown water. I was embarrassed and disappointed at the service provided when managers might not be looking.

Burger was great, meat tasted fresh, only negative thing I'd have to mention is their local transient problem. I had to ask the staff to get rid of a homeless person that was creating havoc in the drink self-service station. I know it's not something In-N-Out can address alone but they should reach out to their local city officials to support them in an effort to keep transients away. This will definitely drive their business down.

Getting worse these days. Always order extra everything but had to ask extras after pick it up. Today was Togo & there were no lettuces **;; Decided not using this location anymore. Getting WORSE.

It took 4 different employees to get my coffee. Food was cold by the time I got the coffee. All the employees started yelling some kind of motivational chant. It really disturbed the peaceful dinning room.

Large outdoor seating areas at north and south ends of the building. Standard layout inside. Visited during noon peak hours so everything is clean n tidy and food came relatively quickly. Everything I would expect.

These photos are from the old-school In-And-Out location. In Norwalk, on Pioneer Blvd near Rosecrans (not Cerritos!). Somehow this review and photos got crossed up with the Cerritos location by the Maps algorithm. The Norwalk store opened February 1974 and it is drive through and walk up window only. Covered picnic tables around back for "dining in", it has a laid back vibe. And great burgers and shakes, of course.

Not returning to this place. The patties are under cooked and the buns are way to toasted and are super hard around the edge of the bun.

Sometimes I wonder if these reviews do help… however it is, here I go. Lately, I don’t know what’s going on with In N Out. The last couple of times I have ordered food in the Drive-Thru, I haven’t gotten what I ordered. The first time, I just let it go and assumed they were too busy and thought we all make mistakes. This time I have to say something… we went to In N Out in Cerritos today and ordered 2 cheeseburgers and two Double Burgers and 3 fries. For the most part, the burgers were decent but missing ingredients. Mine was just not made right. I ordered a Double Meat -Animal Style with a sliced onion. I won’t go into detail about how bad the burger was prepared… I will just show you a Picture and you can be the judge. No animal style, no sliced onions, almost no lettuce and soaked in dressing… SMDH! Honestly, I ate the burger because I was hungry and because I didn’t want to go back to the restaurant. The problem is that I love In N Out so I hope they make an effort to correct this issues. Sincerely: An unhappy customer
