Po dlouhé cestě jsem si chtěla “oddechnout” u oblíbeného jídla - qurrita. Vynikající záležitost (téměř) ve všech pobočkách KFC, ovšem ne na této pobočce v Mercury. Kuře vysušené, občasně i podivné chuti, po sýru a omáčce ani stopa. Ve finále se jednalo jen o tortillu s vysušeným kuřetem. Za 119 Kč toto považuji za totální výsměch zákazníkům. Když pročítám recenze - od počátku působení této pobočky se nic nezměnilo, dobrá recenze je výjimkou.. převažují jen ty špatné a nedivím se. Provozovatel by toto měl řešit a ne reagovat na recenze automatickou odpovědí “pokud chcete sdělit víc, ozvěte se na…”, jak víc špatnou recenzi od zákazníků byste ještě chtěli? Kdy to konečně začnete řešit? Žalostně a bezradně působící personál komentovat nebudu.
