Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. I ordered a Mixed Fried rice from here. And the waiter doesn't know they serve Mixed fried rice or not. He have to check with the kitchen/chef to ensure it's there. The mixed fried rice they had given is the worst. At the very first bite, I call the waiter and said something's not right with the Fried rice. So he called the manager. He came and tastes the fried rice and said, there is no problem with rice , chocken and prawns.may be I don't know about mixed fried rice. Seriously, accusing the customer that they have no idea about the food is all you got? Even after they serve a f****ng old food. You can check my reviews on Hao ming, WhiteHouse, Ming palace, Malabar Junction etc where I had and reviewed about the Mixed Fried Rice in there. Bottom line: they serve the worst food and then they blame you that you don't know anuthing food..

Each time we book food from this hotel through Zomato, they accept the order and provide an estimated time of around 30 mins which is OK, but then they make it delayed by making the Zomato supplier to wait for long time, they update it each time to 10 mins delay every time. eg: if we book an order around 7 PM, they first provide an estimated delivery around 8 PM, then they make it delayed till 9 PM, very pathetic Service, when we enquire, they simply criticize the Zomata supplier. Only Food item good in this restaurant is Chicken Shawarma.

Ordered 3 dishes chicken stew, egg curry and egg masala Got 3 items with same gravy and first time i am seeing istoo, ie stew with yello color. Very cool respons ftom the staff,. One review some one mentioned that the cook dosent know the mixed fried rice. Iti s true.Now it seems that with one gravy they serve different dishes great. Same wine different bottle. Swiggy will be answerable, as the platform ensuring correct supply

Worst food I ever had in my life.They are literally looting money from people.They have charged 245 rs for 1 month old fish fry.Never ever go to this restaurant.

Had a very bad experience today. Ordered two biriyanis for lunch. Gave the order by 11.30 am. Waited till 1. 30 but nothing came. So called the hotel again, the lady who attended said she will call back but even after 45 minutes there was no call. So I called again and cancelled the order. Their customer service is very bad. Will never order from them again.

Tasty food. Other items other than lunch was nice. Juices, we had was very tasty.

Please make sure that you peoples know how to make porota sandwitch, coz we ordered 4 porota sandwitch and they gave one full portion chicken each sandwitch and the cost is 125/- each and the bill was 500/- so if you have any doubts please share with customer before you prepare the sandwich and try to avoid the mistakes...

Bad food quality, and staff behaviour was very rude. wastage of money, we can get better food in the other hotels.

This place or 'palace' is made for literally looting money from people. They make their customers wait for so long bringing up a hope that the food might be great, but no , the food here is below average and it doesn't look hygienic. Altogether I will never recommend anyone this 'palace' to anyone and to those who read this review, my advice is to pick another place for your meals.

very unclean , dusty , stinky hotel . The food was the worst we had . Salt less food overall , very cold and rubbery parathas . need to improve the taste , cleanliness and ambiance.

its second time iam experiencing a bad service while ordering food.ordered food at around 12.30 and get it by 3 pm.Another incident was i ordered at afternoon and delivered by evening ..worst experience ever 😤😖.
