Very bad experience 1. We reached early, it was our first day of trip, we directly came from airport and reached early still they want us to pay early check in charges Rs.1500, just because of their "so called policy". We reached there at 9AM but they want us to either wait till 3PM (their std check in time) or pay early check in charges rs 1500. Almost all rooms were empty that day still they want us to pay early check in charges. Which is totally unfair. 2.They were favorable to south indian guest and not interested at all while treating us. 3.We paid for extra bed but they provide only extra mattress and not extra blanket which is kinda weird. We called them twice but they didn't gave us extra blanket. At the end Instead of blanket staff gave me bedsheets to cover myself which was more irritating. How am i supposed to sleep without blanket? Staff is also rude, manger is irresponsible and not supportive. No co-ordination in staff No Complimentary brekfast Don't stay in this hotel. Waste of money

This hotel was good in the past but my recent stay (Jul'22) was a nightmare (reasons below) 1. No hot water 2. Fan runs only in speed '1' and even after reporting they said they cant fix it and with no option i had to upgrade to ac for ₹500 (payment only by cash) 3. Stinky rooms 4. Matress too hard, guess its old one

The hotel was good . Ambience great . Waiting area comfortable. The only regret is the lack of full fledged restaurant. Everytime we need to preorder or go out for food . Rest is fine .High time they stay a restaurant soon .

Good place, Peace and serene. Mid spacious rooms. Have lift facility and reception counter have ample space to sit. We already informed to prepare breakfast early so that we can start early to catch our flight, but they haven't which we felt bad about the service Parking space is available too.

Excellent stay! The rooms are spacious, clean and worth it. It is in close proximity to the temple. Room service was good and the staff is very cooperative. They were professionals. Me and my family had a pleasant stay, they helped us a lot. I have stayed in several hotels in Guruvayoor and this is one of the best.

We were at hotel Bhavanam Regency on 3rd November 2022. The hotel is in good and peaceful location. Guruvayoor Temple and Elephant camp are hardly by 10 minutes walk from this hotel. The overall room including bathroom is very clean and well maintained. They provide towels,soap, moisturizer and shampoo in bathroom. Also tea coffee pouches along with electric kettle was available in the room. The breakfast and lunch/dinner was delicious. Staff is also very polite and of co operative. Overall must go for it.

Great service. Very neat and well maintained. My wedding rooms and reception was booked at Bhavanam, everything was organised by the management so well. Food, service and decoration was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Dilin & his entire team 👍

We were looking for having a very intimate wedding ceremony in Guruvayur and that's when we came across Bhavanam Regency! Since first day, Dilin (our PoC in Bhavanam) was incredibly supportive and listened to all the needs and requirements we had for the wedding. He even was cool during the wedding eve and wedding day and accommodated all our last minute needs. Bhavanam Regency was very lovely, cozy and a beautiful location for the intimate ceremony that we wanted, very close to guruvayur temple. The food was extraordinary, the rooms very clean and not to forget the amazing hospitality of the entire hotel staff! Thank you Bhavanam team and Dilin for helping our dream wedding happen! 💙

Great hospitality. Neat rooms. Tasty food. Hot water facility always. Those who are new to Kerala may be afraid of the road to this hotel. But nothing to fear. Very near to Mammiyur and Punnathurkota.

Service was not so welcoming. And the tv had an issue,and we've been telling this since we checked in. But no action from them. Atlast someone came and check around 9pm, after multiple enquiries. No channels to watch, not even star sports to watch IPL. So quite disappointed with service. Rest are fine. And the location is walkable from temple.

The hotel itself is alright, but when I attempted to check in using my foreign(Canadian) passport they refused, luckily I was accompanied by my cousin who had local identification, if not I would not have been granted a room.

A decent place to stay if you are looking for a place for a day or 2. Beyond that this place is not worth it. Their menu is extremely limited in all 3 meals. Half the items on the menu are not even available whether you choose buffet or a large carte or in room dining. The man standing at the breakfast buffet doesn't have the basic sense to even refill the food until and unless he is asked to. The taste and quality of the food is also mediocre and their service is even pathetic. They say breakfast will be ready by 7.30 but it doesn't get served before 8.30 and the same goes for dinner. The staff can barely speak English or Hindi. They have no awareness of shopping places in case tourists wanna shop for spices or claypots. They are unable to assist you will relevant information related to the temple and the manager when given feedback ( which he voluntarily asked), couldn't receive the feedback and avoided me for the rest of my stay. Simple things like tea bags were not in stock whereas they were expecting guests. I ordered Buttermilk on the 1st day which was not delivered even until my last day of stay. The wifi doesn't work on higher floors and half the plug points were not working in the room. Overall not a place I would recommend.

Good rooms. 500mtrs from the temple. Food options literally not available. You can use neighbouring hotels like renai krishna which offer super duper options and quality is very good.

Staff were helpful and rooms were clean, worth the money paid. The restaurant was not fully functional and hence the lower rating. Will recommend and revisit for future visits

Rooms are good…they maintained it well but coming to food we didn’t have the day we arrived though we booked room along with breakfast they haven’t served…after long hours travelling when we reached the hotel at 8:30pm they said it’s limited and not available…so don’t book room with food…walkable distance u have so many restaurants

I would definitely recommend this. The Guruvayoor main temple is walkable from here. The rooms are so clean and having many facilities. Great service 👍🏻
