I got know that Mi Store staff using customer phones to give them 5 star here for good rating, but i have a suggestion for mi store, please work on your service not no dirty games , allow customers to give rating and improve your service.

Service and behavior is good.. No cashless facilities, one thing which very disappointed me that they used my phone to rate themself on google without informing me and taking my permission.. They rate themself to 5 star.. Which is not correct.. I get to know about it when i checked my contribution in map and socked by seeing that i rate them(which is not done by me).. They should ask the customer to rate them for there service..not trying cheat and use customer's phones to increase their ratings..sorry but what you had did you do not deserved 5 star rating.

The staff is soo poor And service is also very poor

MI service center is very bad. Please don't go there. If you go there once you have to go again and again cause they don't fix your problems in one go or they will leave you with a new problem. Also the staff is very unprofessional, they have no management skills at all.

I go there for to my change phone's charger pin , but they charge me " services charge" more than change of pin. And in invoice there isn't mentioned about xiomi services centre. But you still want to go there, go because it's better than any small mobile shop repair

The place is on road, helpful staff, genuine service of phone the only problem was they had 4 counter for help however only 1 girl was assisting customers.

They treat their customers very nicely. Their office is in 1 floor . In reception their is a female. So u fell good.

The Service people on counter are very slow and even cant diagnose the problem in device properly. Also, they do some delay due to lack of staff. The Center is on the main GT Road (Kashmere Gate to Ghaziabad Railway Station) after the Flyover in Ghaziabad just before the Ghantaghar. The traffic on the GT Road is with too much of rush. The place is easily accessible by tenpos plying on GTRoad between Seemapuri Border and Lalkuan.

Very dubious as they do not do the diagnostics in front of you and always tell you that the mother board needs to be changed. At least MI should ensure that a customer can see the diagnostic to ensure they do not change any part in the process.

They didn't really helped me they just said they are unable to update the software for my laptop as keys were not working the next time I called them they made the same excuse and they don't really solve your problem just postponed and which is rather annoying.I believe they are making excuses and none of them have a solution for it

Very good and supar fast service

Visited this repairing centre for my Redmi Note 10 Pro camera issue. The back camera was not able to capture the picture clearly, it was capturing blurred. After visiting Mr. Raesh repaired it in 1 hour for 578 Rs there was some part change and after that the camera problem got resolved. Nice experience in terms of technical issue resolution I visited the centre on Sunday, That was even a plus point to keep it open on weekends.

Very unprofessional. Infra is also not good. As per my experience they are totally frod, I never recommend anyone to visit at this place to take any type of services.

The person sitting at reception prefers to answer in binary (yes/no), if you explain or ask something whose answer is expected at least in 20 words but surprisingly the answer in yes/no gives the feel of chatbot.

I had purchased Mi k50i from croma but after one week the phone started troubling me i.e.vibration and screen spot issue. I came here 2 staff members had attended me nicely. They give me surity that he will resolve my problem within a week and now within a week they resolved my issue by replacing faulty screen and vibrator of phone in a perfectly professional way. My phone is perfectly working now. Thank you for staff members who attended and resolve my issue in a promised time. Within a week a big thank you for the Mi for providing a customer service.

It was empty when I visited. The executive there told me that they will repair the phone in an hour. But it is expensive like all the other MI service centres.

Disposal is not that fast. Staff is friendly. Parking is a challenge as it is situated on busy G T Road. Social distancing is being maintained. The firm need to give more attention on cleanliness in this COVID-19 times.
