I recently visited the Croma store in the Gaur mall and found the staff to be very pushy when it came to buying things. While I appreciate their enthusiasm, it made me feel uncomfortable and like I couldn't browse at my own pace. When I didn't end up buying the laptop they were recommending, they seemed upset and it made for an unpleasant experience. That being said, I understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to sales staff. Some people may appreciate a more hands-on approach, while others may prefer to be left alone to browse. Additionally, I can't speak to the quality of the products or the store itself, as I didn't end up making a purchase. If you're planning on visiting the Croma store, I would recommend being prepared for a more hands-on sales experience. Alternatively, you may want to consider other stores in the Gaur mall or in the area that may offer a different shopping experience.

Worst purchase experience, don't visit this CROMA RDC store or even possible than any CROMA store... I bought LG window AC, they show a product i there display, and on there website, But deliver different type of Model.(#Jo item dikhate hain woh dete nahi). LG Team installed it Quickly. When I noticed it and complaint, they simply IGNORE saying already installed.. Complete waste of my hard earned money.. Beware of inexperienced sales person at CROMA RDC store, and way they handle customer post sales. as they simply say sorry... Even Croma website is not updated and you can tricked.. I have all proofs.. Submitted several times, raised numerous complain, even try reaching there Grievance team but no results.. **** I also believe now they reply sorry, do complain customer support, but it also complete waste of time, as already did several times**** I keep on writing this until u deliver me correct product or return my money..

There is a question there "did we make your day brighter"? And i must say they make my day worse... I have to wait half an hour for billing. They were just sending me here and there for billing purpose and that exhausted me alot. Products might be good but not their services.

After sale service is very good And staff is very good . They are talking very politely.

Trusted brand but during billing sales executive added rs 999 extra for extended warranty. Later on raised requests in customer care they promised for a refund. Second, don't believe in sales guys because they used to refuse other product availability if they are promoters of other brand

The product was good but after taking the money there was no one to give a demo or tell me anything i waited for them Half an hour but no one came after that I complained about that , then i got the product fully packed with demo.

worst service experienced. no cashier or payment person is professional, nobody knows anything perfectly. everybody tuns to other 5 person for 1 work. waited more than 40 mins for 1 single transaction. Need too much improvements immediately. first they are promising you offer on your selected product and take advance and next day when you buy the product, they refuse that the offer is not valid.

Good service provided by Mr Bhuvan Jhoshi sorry to say for above reviews i ordered croma refrigerator on emi from kotak bank in your showroom by wasting 1.5 hours and given 1972 as down payment on confirming that I will get the invoice copy in 1 hour as there is server problem and it's now almost 4 hours and they are saying till now there's server problem and there is no ethics to your financers to provide chair he is asking data in standing atleast 15; minutes

I have been a TATA customer for a long time as well as a TATA admirer. I had a worst experience this time after buying a Redmi note 12 recently which has given me nightmares, humiliation and embarrasment at work. The phone faced connectivity issues, lagging, screen blackouts and other app compatibility issues. Sales staff Om Prakash tried to help but he had limits. Within a month I was asked to get the phone software reset but in vain. The manager Prashant i guess and the customer care staff sold me stories that they are taught how to deal with customers.. But if a phone is a necessity and I bought it from my hard earned money it's not for listening to stories. I need it for my daily use and not for submitting to the slow ' Ho Jaega-Dekhtey Hain ' mindset people. I could have gone to Vijay sales but TATA appealed me more due to my customer loyalty. I need an immediate replacement of this condemn set which the staff don't want to believe. Is there a single responsible senior official who would have a mindset to help get a solution. Even the customer care grieviences mail is not helpful. A TATA Customer.

DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY, Pathetic after sales service, rude customer care executives, trying to reach out on call they're just not picking up and even declining the call, giving number that do not connect, I'm facing the issues for over a month now, but getting no response from them and they're just making me visit the store again and again in 43°C , yet still giving no solution, I beginning to regret the choice I made to buy AC from Croma.

5 stars to the range of products available there, but 1 star to the staff. If you decide to visit the place in chappal, you'll not get attended there. Was there to decide and to buy either a S23+ or iphone 14 Pro, but the attitude of staff repelled me away.

The store has been really helpful. We had some issues which even the online customer care couldn't solve but the employees at the store remained persistent and helped us out till the end. Grateful to them.

Rude staff , poor customer servicing , I bought a Russell hobbs 3 speed tower fan worth Rs.9800 on 30th June,2023. By 3rd, August, 2023 , I had to place a complaint of fan not working. Till 17th, August,2023 nobody has attended my complaint, hence I visited the Croma RDC branch where I have purchased from . Instead of providing the solution, the croma customer care staff is telling me rudely, " aap pehle aye yaha complaint karne"

Bad experience in croma because I purchase a laptop some months ago .. But laptop doesn't work properly and they say going a service center ... I hate croma 😤

Very pathetic services standards and products being offered by Croma (A TATA Group Company). Can't provide spares parts of products produced and sold by Croma. Customer care called for services they didn't informed about any charges. Engineer visited and said that they are not capable of providing spares but still we need to pay visiting charges which is higher than fees of a doctors visits . This was very much irritating for my senior citizen mother who made the payment for a visit which was of seconds and not of any help to her. This was never expected from a TATA Group co. Will suggest not to buy any product of Croma brand.

It is good for household items including electronic gadgets and their accessories...they do have multiple products few of them don't have good after product sell services such as Faber they are not intended to give good services, please don't buy these companies products. Clueless staff. Small range of gaming laptops. Poor options for accessories. Not many phones to chose from either. They will try to push you for an expensive laptop/phone. The staff isn't very knowledgeable and extremely unprofessional. Standing in groups and chatting and laughing most of the time. They are definitely not interested if you are buying something inexpensive.

I had visited the store today to purchase a laptop for my kid. In the laptop section, the salesman was available but not in a mood to help the customers. When we specifically asked himy if there was anyone who could help us, he did come and showed the laptops. Then one more customer came and he left us and started helping him. We waited for 10 minutes but he didn't return. When we asked him that we need help, he called someone and asked him to help us but no one came. The staff need to be trained in how to deal with customers. My kid doesn't want to go there ever. The experience was bad.

Electronics store which cater to all your electronics need. You can purchase almost all electronic appliances from here like Led, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Vacuum cleaner, Iron, Laptop, AC and small devices like Mobile, earphones, etc. The prices offered are also good in comparison to market rates, sometimes they may be a little high. During festive season they have discounted prices on products. Salesman in this croma are good, they help you in finding the right product for your needs and if the product is not in the store they let you know about its availability from their internal software.

Actually I hate them. But the behaviour of the staff is so good that it changed my mind. Especially Mr Mahesh who helped me a lot in replacement of a product. Tata is tata you can blindly trust on them.

Unprofessional staff, didn't resolve problem, I bought boat partypal on 14 nov which was delivered on 24 nov, which I got a defective product, now today is 5 Dec, but problem yet not resolved. I thing consumer forum is the only option I left with.

The first thing that hits you when you enter this place is the stench of sweat. It is always hot, humid and stinky - like a local train. On top, the sales people seem more interested in standing in groups and talking rather than helping unless someone asks 3 times. Even if you ignore the unpleasantness of it all, the product variety is abysmally narrow and you'll be left disappointed. I have seen Croma stores in Gurgaon that a person could spend a whole day in. This one in Ghaziabad is just bad!

I've purchased a Phillips mixer-grinder today. I found the staff courteous. They explained the features and schemes in detail. Good place to buy electronics.

Overall a good shopping experience. Store staff is polite and helpful. I have always experienced a very good after sales support in terms of warranty and service. This is what you can never experience in online shopping.

People those who has given one star is really very true. The store staff deserve to get one star due to thier behaviour and not attending customers. Company simply ask us to share feedback via email. Why ? First they should take action against staff and reply us what action actually been taken to improve the service. People has clearly mentioned the staff name still.

I have purchased cooler from RDC croma they don't have any stock of particular product so they ordered me online from their end. When I am tracking my order so it shows return and when I m asking about order they said we don't know. After this I didn't purchase any product from croma Vijay sales is better then croma.

Worst Service and customer support. Service Req. No - BAC260422FS01356 New Croma TV is not working at all. No update since 4-5 days. Customer service is worst. They don't know what reply to give to customer. L1,L2,L3,L4. All are just sitting idle doing nothing..

Poor customer service and support facility. Will have to wait for more than an hour to just pay the money, enquiries happen on the cash counter - no body guides customers to go the concerned section for enquiries, for paying bill you’ll have to wait for a long time due to mismanaged system of associates. Defective products are delivered, No QC is being done by TATA executives incharge. No installation support- you’ll get tired calling customer support - firstly both the numbers mentioned are incorrect and not in use, secondly you’ll not get any time slot for installation. Totally mismanaged and chaotic situation.

This place is situated inside the Gaur Central Mall. You can find here different and latest product of apple ,samsung ,Vivo etc .but the price is too high here. Bargain before buy from here. I will not prefer croma ,use instead of Amazon and Flipkart.

Purchased a lot of items from Chroma and always get the good deal. Their service is prompt, quick and smooth but it might take time if you are going with the finance option. The items are delivered the next day followed by quick installation. Happy with the service at Chroma and will keep on purchasing from here.

Sales person are not friendly and will show as they are so busy. Wont attain properly. Less varieties.. try vijay sales instead
