Even as customer they made me feel threatened no place for family, On map it shows that it's open till 1 am i went there at 12 am they were opened but refused to take my order. it was raining heavily they forcefully and rudely asked me to leave and i had to travel 25km with empty stomach in heavy rain on bike most terrible experienced i ever had

Very Bad taste and dry pizzas as they were cooked two days back. They hardly put any cheese in any pizza. Height of the disappointment is that there was hardly any cheese in Cheese Dominator Pizza and super dry like you neither can chew nor swallow it. Nice place for spending some time with friends or alone too .Great food .Just like somewhere else in Domino's. Impressed once again . In the photo : Indi Chicken Tikka ( Medium ) with Red pepper replaced with Chicken sausage and added pepper barbeque chicken . 2nd is Roasted chicken wings in classic hot sauce (Super tender and juicy )

Customer service is really bad and staff behavior does not comply with the customer service aspects. My recent experience was not good, as the staff discriminate against the customer on the basis of gender. There were two employees working on the night shift, including the store manager, and their behavior was inappropriate. Please take the appropriate action and provide fresh training for the employees to understand the basic customer respect and dignity. Moreover, please disclose the payment instructions clearly at the counter ( G-Pay and Card payment) as the store manager was not granting access to us but to the other customers. Please also check with the staff from when the Dominos started receiving payment after the service is provided. Please look into this so the other customers don't have to go through such a situation.

Hi I visited late night, staff behaved very rude, unethical and bad with us, when I was providing gpay they are only accepting cash payment, they said our card machine is not working, that's fine but Even they were accepting gpay payment, But they denied mine why this kind of discrimination? no one accepts my order for more than 45 minutes, the guy sitting next to the system desk is very unprofessional, is this you providing 5 star services? We returned to home without eating.

I am a regular customer at dominos phagwara, happy with all the services but as per a recent communication from one of the delivery boy, Navinder Chopra, he has been fired from his job due to some misunderstanding and he is facing many hardships to make ends meet. Request dominos team to call him back and help him in this tough time.

ordered pizza along with cold drink for dine in & drinks didn't had any carbonation, So complained about it to the manager, to which he confidently said that our machines are perfectly fine and the carbonation is as per the companies standards. Zero starts for service because a customer doesn't need to know if your machines are working fine or not. If there is a complaint then it need to be addressed rather being just ignored by giving a silly explanation

Worst ever customer service seen here. 3 orders . Each order took 4+ hours and when I complained giving lame excuses like they have to attend wedding etc. No one in store picking call after order late. Pls not order from here if you don't want to starve to death

Ordered Pizza today, It was not upto to the mark. Spoke to Harminder/ Harwinder, he was very rude. Does not know how to talk to customers. Argued with me first on phone and then came to delivery address with a new pizza as if he is doing a favour on me. I paid Rs. 800 for a sour pizza. Returned the new pizza along with the old one. Worst client service. I will never go back to this branch.

The service was very poor! The workers were on their phones watching YouTube videos. Therefore, communication became a barrier. I felt scammed with my purchases, such as giving us smaller size drinks when I paid for larger drinks. All the prices on the meau were incorrect, which also made it confusing. When confronting the issue, they were very rude. The food was great, but poor service in store.

Well no display appear on front corner where you can see your order number. took more than half hour for 3 slides. disappointed. staff standing a-lot and wasting time.

Very bad ambience. Very Unhygienic bottles of ketchup(tomato sauce). Thin crust pizza was not good.

Worst pizza ever........ Even if you owe a brand franchise to run your business but the staff is local.... And that is the worst part for the customers who blindly trust these brand values. We have ordered two large pizza worth 1800 rs and both were like dry bread with a touch of cheese. The height is one pizza was cheese dominator... It should be loaded with cheese but it was hollow and worst taste.

We ordered delivery yesterday night, my husband had food poisoning, he was vomiting whole night. I doubted pizza taste while eating but had one slice. Seems like pizza sauce was expired or something.

Overall, food and service of staff is good. However, there is lack of sitting capacity. Franchise should consider this matter 😡

The food quantity was very less. The restaurant wasn't clean when we visit. I went to use the restroom it was very dirty and the water all over the floor. Such a messy restaurant I ever visit.

The food was the same as usual you can find in any Domino . But the service was very good 👍

Pizza was yum, However they had no veg stock so only cheese pizza or meat pizza. Lack of variety. Lack of drink options too. Request to turn fan down or switch AC unit off on our table was blatantly ignored after a couple of times being requested. Meant that our Pizza was going cold under the fan meanwhile they were freezing us. Bare in mind the restaurant was empty only deliveries were going out & we were the only ones in there dining. So I have no idea what there issue was.

Place is very dirty order delivery too late nd washrooms are so smelly nd so dirty very unhygienic
