I’ll start off by saying I’ve never left a Google review but I rely on them heavily for making decisions on what restaurants to go to. I was looking forward to the grilled chicken sandwich and fries after a long day of work and not having lunch. I was very disappointed when I got home and opened my food to find the bottom half of my bun was completely soggy and the french fries tasted like complete oil; probably had been deep fried more than once. For a meal that cost me $20, I won’t be ordering takeout from there again. Major disappointment from ever other time I have dined-in there.

The restaurant was very busy. Wait was a couple of minutes while they cleaned off the table. Good service. Meal came out pretty quickly for being very busy. Food was really good. Chicken was tender and really good. Salad was amazing. Very good warm apple pie and ice cream.

Decided to place a take out order for a burger and I asked for “medium.” On my drive home I was eating it and couldn’t help but taste a soggy kind of texture which I thought could’ve been the bun until I realized this was literal raw beef that I was eating. Absolutely disgusted. I then called to have this rectified and they told me that it was too late to place an order for another burger and they couldn’t find the manager to do a refund. I waited on the line till the manager finally came on the phone and he gave me a refund after asking extensive questions about my orders receipt and then had the nerve to tell me to be specific about how I should order my burger! Are you joking? I didn’t think I needed to be more specific than medium? Terrible customer service..and I definitely won’t be ordering take out again.

My family and I really enjoyed Yours Truly Chagrin Falls! My waitress Danielle was awesome, our food and drinks was great!

The food is always great; there is a nice eclectic selection. The milkshakes are wonderful, and they had a nice cocktail selection, too. Our server was wonderful and kept up with all of our needs, despite a party of 6 on a Saturday night.

We had a nice family dinner at Yours Truly! The amount of food you get for the price is very fair, my wife and I split a sandwich and fries and we were both stuffed! The servers were very attentive and having our table be on the second floor made it a bit more quiet and private to enjoy a dinner with a great view of the town center.

I eat here super often and for good reason! The service is always amazing and so is the food! They have so many options and they all deliver. The restaurant is super clean always and even when there is a wait, the hosts are always super organized! 10/10 would recommend!

Outside the 3rd floor, very noisy because of the workers and conditioners. And on a sunny day, the umbrellas don't cover the entire space of the table and you have to stay under the burning hot sun. The portions are big and food is tasty. Waiters are fast.

It was busy but we got a seat upstairs. Never can go wrong with their fresh squeezed orange juice. We love their sweet potato fries too! Waiter was on top of everything despite the holiday rush.

Wish I could give zero stars! Ordered a well done burger after waiting forever to get a table only to have the burger come out pink. Then, I watched them recook the pink out in the microwave! Gross! Don't bother going there unless you want microwaved meat.

Food was typical YT, decent all around and affordable. Always know what you're going to get. Stopped in after a run and waiting for a kiddo, sat at the bar and had a great time with Parker, the bartender, who made the evening. Super fun. Mixed a good drink. Super personable. He was worth the night as well. Got wifey a bag of ice after she banged her knee on the bar. Took the time to double bag it because the bags were "risky". AWESOME. Thanks Parker!

I am truly never disappointed when I have lunch with my daughter and granddaughters at this Yours Truly! A wonderful atmosphere and the most wonderful food. I really love their amazing Flash Fried Artichoke Hearts Made from scratch, served with our own fire ranch dipping sauce!

First time coming here with friends. I tried their chicken quesadilla with some modifications and it was perfect. Our food came out fast during lunch time. It's hard to find a parking spot as the big parking lot is shared by many restaurants and stores. I will definitely be back!

Your truly is a nice place for casual but they operate beyond their means. I've eat here scores of times in the last 6-7 years. The ticket times at lunch can often exceed 25 minutes. Sometimes you get tossed in an obscure table. Do not eat on the upstairs patio during the summer. It hotter than blazes up there. Servers are not particularly nice but it really depends. If your going to eat here plan on 45 minutes at lunch minimum. Dinner at least 70 minutes. They have a wide variety of breakfast and casual items.

Visiting the quaint little town of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, was a delight. We ate lunch at this interesting establishment. On a Monday at noon there was plenty of room for our party of 6 to be seated quickly. The server took our drink order and quickly returned, asking if we needed more time. We did. There were many delicious items on the menu and I didn't want to miss anything. I finally decided on the small burger with Swiss cheese and grilled mushrooms and onions on a toasted brioche bun.it had a dollop of sour cream(just right) and was served with cottage fries on the side. As an appetizer, someone ordered fried artichoke hearts. They were delicious. The food did not take too long to arrive and my first bite was delectable. The bun was soft, the meat cooked just right, all with a generous helping of tasty mushrooms and onions. The cottage fries were a first for me. They were small scallops of potato fried to a perfect crispness on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I ate every bite! The price was reasonable, too.

I love this spot in chagrin falls.. very friendly staff and the food is always yummy and hot! I recommend the notso fries and chicken quesadilla!

We had a great late lunch here today! We needed food after hiking in Cuyahoga National Park that was casual enough for our workout clothes and we really wanted to visit this cute town for a couple hours. They had a great variety of foods to choose from! My son Loved his Buffalo chicken wrap (grilled) and I loved my chicken salad sandwich! My husband and I also ordered 1 adult beverage each and the prices were good and they were yummy! The location of this cute diner type place was also perfect! Our server was very friendly.

We asked for a table upstairs and a front desk girl nicely went up and checked for us. It took a long time to get our food except my lentil soup. Appletini was good but Cod was basically tasteless and sweet potato fries were cold. I had half sandwich and soup at Mayfield and it was fine, so maybe it is safer to stay with it.

Food was very good. Got the chicken noodle soup and would definitely get again. The turkey club is huge and tasty. Chicken sandwich and fried artichokes were also yummy. I would order them again also. Service unfortunately wasn't very friendly or fast. No refills on drinks and kinda rude at one point. The server did become more friendly once things settled down.

So i came to this location To get a to go order, was very disappointed!! Order two patty melts both were over cooked (even though we had ask for med) dry and crumbly and burnt. Also got an order of fries which were awful burnt taste hard and greasy when bit into it was fill with oil and very hard all the way through. I appreciate the Manger giving us an extra order for waiting but both orders of fries were hard cold burnt and greasy so disgusting we threw them out.i could understand if you were busy but it was afternoon time just before dinner and only a couple of tables there and allot waitress standing around so I know it wasn't busy. I know know things happen but very disappointed especially the fries. Someone who was packing the fries should of seen how horrible they were. Thanks

This little corner place was wonderful. We wandered around the falls and shops until we were hungry then headed hear. Right at lunch, there was a bit of a wait for 6, but not too bad (15 minutes). Or selections ran from appetizers, all day breakfast items, to sandwiches, and lunch fair. Everyone finished EVERYTHING which is a review on itself.

I never really have "issues" when I'm here, but there's always something that could stand to be improved upon. I get that it was probably trouble staffing, but this last time I went, there were tons of open tables but we still had to wait a half hour. Once we did sit, our server seemed incredibly bothered by the fact we were there? Silly things like "Y'all are okay, right?" As she runs past our table for the first time in 20 minutes...Then audibly sighs when my partner asked for more coffee. Off days are fine, but I hope next time is better...

They used to have good breakfast but something happened. I rarely get a good breakfast from them anymore. Just received my notsofries and they were completely undercooked again. Once is a mistake twice is a bad cook. The bacon was nearly raw and the potatoes were not cooked all the way through. This saddens me since I've been eating here for over 30 years. I will not be going back any time soon. To man bad meals in a row

The food was decent, the service well the host was nice but not attentive, the table order a drink but we were never asked if we wanted water on the side, never asked if we needed anything else, we guest walked in the atmosphere was family style the attendance/front desk host never greeted us just set us down, the service was fast. If we do return we'll try the Independence location on Rockside our friends dine there often and love that location and they say the food there is pretty flavorful.

I love going for breakfast! And this place is my favorite by far! It's always busy but not too long of a wait. Everyone that works here is very nice and the food is substantial and delicious! Emma, at the counter is absolutely lovely. Always in a good mood!

Beautiful day in the falls. On our way home dropped by to have a burger. Glad we did. The food and service were great.

The food was good; the service was great. We sat towards the back, and our server had dark hair and glasses. (I wish I could compliment her by name.) She was calm and kind, which was what I needed after a long week at work.

A real professional hometown feel. The managers are on top if things and the staff is accommodating. Alex and rest of the counter staff have a lot of thankful customers. Being a regular, I can tell ya its at place that's hard to beat right in downtown chagrin.

Food is always good here. However, ordered a hot chicken sandwich, within 2 minutes it came out and was cold. Which tells me it was waiting for someone, namely me in this instance, to order an existing cooked sandwich. Wasn’t made to order but still very tasty. Service was good.

It is always a bit crowded here but there is usually some room in the upstairs area. Food is decent, nothing special. Staff always works hard to make customers happy. Very kid friendly.
