Name- Samarpita Goswami Chakraborty I had done RCT from doc abhishek ghosh 3 yrs ago. Suddenly yesterday a part of the crown came off. I did the best and expensive crowning as per the doc suggestion. It had 15 yrs warranty. But when I went there to claim it, doc told me that it was a trauma induced damage and not a fault of the manufacturer. So I won’t get the warranty. After 3 years I was quite habituated with it and maintained it so it was not possible suddenly after 3 yrs.Though he was unable to show evidence of his words, I still believed what he told as he has 14yrs of experience. He suggested me to get that repaired using ceramic filling which will last 3 yrs again. After that it will take the colour of food & I may have to change it which cost me Rs.2500 I am not complaining about his professional skill or anything. But his behaviour is very rude. So rude that you may not visit him again. When he did the job 3 yrs back, at that time also I told him that the crown is not in line with my previous teeth. He somehow managed to convince me that it will be like that only. Now today when the ceramic was done , I told him the same that I can see that the crown is not in line with the other teeth and as this is done on my central incisor teeth so it bothers me. He told me so rudely that “ were you blind when it was done 3 yrs back?” , “don’t talk rubbish here”, “where were you these 3 years” and then started talking with other doctors about my crown breaking and all that was my fault etc etc. such behaviour is not expected from a doc like him. He may have told me that it was done like that or whatever. I have understood. But the behaviour he did was unacceptable and neither I will visit there nor I will suggest anyone to do. For your info where I was these 3 years- It was covid for 2 years I told you I have 1 year old baby so couldn’t come while being pregnant and even after that just for the alignment because it was just hampering my looks but not my health. I just thought to share the thing if it could be repaired because I was already there so if it could be fixed and not to hold complaints. If I had to do that I could have done a long ago.

I went there seeing the great reviews online but I was misled there. One front upper teeth of mine didn't ever come after the milk teeth fell. I went there for implant procedure. I have beforehand researched online & found out implants are much better than bridges. Bridges has several disadvantages in the long run & since I am in my early 20s I wanted implant. But there the doctor told me that since I smoke implant won't work on me. The implant will be compromised. I trusted him & hence opted for bridge treatment. My mistake was I didn't research online about the consequences of smoking on teeth implant. Later after completing the full procedure, I found out that conventional implants may be unsuccessful in case of smoking but research has found that modern new technique of implant where they use basalt doesn't have any impact even if the person smoke. I was not told about this implant technique. Now I can consider that the new modern technique was not available in his clinic or maybe even in Kolkata. But in case of conventional implant too, a person has to quit smoking for 2-3 months only after the implant. I even told the doctor that I am willing to quit smoking completely for the implant to work but he told that if I failed to quit or again took up smoking in future, then it will be risky. I agreed thinking if I again start to smoke in future but he never told me that I only had to refrain from smoking for only 2-3 months. If he had told me that then I obviously I would go for the implant. I had quit smoking for longer time periods in past twice. Even if I couldn't quit for 2-3 months & the implant became unsuccessful, then that was my responsibility. I would know from the start that I couldn't smoke for 2-3 months. If I failed that's my mistake. I wouldn't have blamed the doctor. He should have given me the choice & said it's only for 2-3 months. Instead he said that if I smoke in future the implant will fail which implies that I can never smoke in my life with implant. So I didn't took the risk. I think he had some benefits of his own to do the bridge treatment rather than implant. I hope the owner reads my review & gives me a proper explanation why I was misled.

Just got my braces removed. Going for braces is not easy. I started my treatment in March 2020 and today I was given retainers which I should put on every night(ideally) for next one and half year. So go for it only if you are ready. If you don’t use the retainers you’ll probably end up where you began. Coming to the doctor Abhishek Ghosh, he is the best and believe me I went to 3 other dentists before him.

Great experience as a patient. I had premature tooth in lower jaw after consulting Dr Abhishek Ghosh back in 2021, i was under his treatment. He did an remarkable job through orthodontic procedure and solved my dental issue. As suggested i got dental braces and it took almost 12-14 months to naturally recover the tooth gap.The procedure also gave me a overall healthy alignment and smile. These people con you and charge you two times what procedures cost. They treat you like you're going to run away by not paying bills and take advances for next session when you yourself aren't sure whether you even want to have another session. Go to better doctors for whom it's not a business.

A money-hungry doctor will do treatments that are not reliable, only to inflate your bill. Doesn't care about the well-being of his patients. Staff & doctor both are the least empathetic. It is not any review or feedback, an honest confession/sharing of experience from a patient. From a middle class family with an ordinary pvt job, it's quite difficult for us to go abroad for advanced treatments/technology. The doctor is very efficient and provides a good treatment plan according to your dental problems. I had orthodontic alignment done with Invisalign, and the overall experience and result were really good. A few cons I faced are: Even though the doctor is very knowledgeable, the staff really needs to improve a lot and get trained. The waiting time is quite long, even after getting an appointment. But the overall outcome is very good, and I am happy with it.

I did my braces treatment at Great Lakes dental clinic. The outcome is great. My teeth got well aligned than before. And I am happy. My reason to provide 3 star is I had a few bad experience (appointments with the doctor). I was expecting a bit more friendly environment there. The doctor treated me sometime like he is the client and I am providing him services. which is totally unexpected. 1. Due to the receptionist's misunderstanding they opened my braces on the upper teeth (Thank God the treatment to the upper teeth was completed). 2. I was late one day for the appointment by 30-40 mins. They let me wait for 1 hour saying my turn will come soon. Then the doctor come in the reception area and informed me that he can not treat me that day and I will have to re-visit in a new appointment. One always need to consider almost 4-5 hours of time for the dentist if you travel 1 hour of distance (As I was travelling 1 hour of distance). After some arguments with the doctor he treated me the same day. 3. One of the clip is still in my lower left side teeth till today 1st Jun 2023. Two doctors attended me on the last day (21st Mar 2023) but none of them observed it. I feel it was careless to miss this clip to remove. Tried to contact them on their what's app but no response received till now. 4. I paid the full treatment cost. And the doctor denied to provide me my pictures of before treatment teeth saying you didn't completed the treatment (Two suggestions were made by the doctor at the end of the treatment). It was not normal that they informed me at the end that if I don't follow his suggestions then the treatment is incomplete. So. I wouldn't be wrong if I ask my before treatment pictures since I paid what I was quoted in the beginning of the treatment.

We had an awful experience! I called and booked a postpaid appointment with their acknowledgement. However, when we went for the consultation there weren't any dentist for postpaid patients. We waited in vain for an hour then went to Smile & Profile for consultation. Nowhere in our country there is any such thing as per-paid appointment in the medical field.

I'm sorry to say, but I had a terrible experience with this doctor. I visited them for a root canal treatment and a dental cap. Unfortunately, even after the RCT, I still have pain, and I am unable to eat properly on that side. As for the cap, I opted for the premium one(~16k), but on the day it was fixed, it came out after just two hours. The doctor had to fix it again, and it stayed in place for three months before it opened up once more. Now I keep the premium cap in my cupboard. This doctor seems to be motivated by money and has a very rough demeanor. I will not recommend them to anyone, nor will I visit again. Unfortunately, this terrible experience cannot be undone, and I cannot get my teeth back. If you want to see certificates, please visit the clinic, as it seems to be more like a museum

This is by far the best dentist in kolkata that I have ever visited. They are very very professional and extremely well behaved and comforting. I have done extensive dental procedures here like - dental extraction, root canal treatment and multiple crowns and I am super happy with the results. It's been 5 years now that I did my treatment and everything looks super good till date . Now my son is undergoing dental braces and cosmetic dental treatment here and all looks great till now. I have to do the caping of my front tooth that was broken in an axcident , my treatment was completed properly , doctor Ghosh is well behaved but frontdesk ladies who books the appointments are rude ，ill mannered and they dont know how to talk to clients they dont understand the emergencies. They should understand your business is working and you are getting your salaries because of your clients so please behave properly with them .please train them first.

Certainly the best place to get root canal treatment done. The price is also very competitive- considering the infrastructure and the latest equipment’s that they are using. I am actually working in Delhi and came for a short visit to Kolkata- for official work. Sadly the teeth which was sensitive for long started paining badly one night. As I don’t know many doctors here - I searched in the internet and found this place as a reliable source. I must say that their services are top notch. Yes their waiting time is a bit more - considering the huge load of patients that they are treating. But believe me - they have everything that a modern dental centre should have. Did my front teeth ceramic filling as my teeth was broken. Extremely well done - looks very very natural. Even my mom cannot find out where the filling is . Extremely professional set up and top quality job. I was amazed to see that all patients in the reception were happy with the treatment- something which I have never seen with any doctor in my life. The supervision by senior doctors are too good during the course of the treatment. All in all highly recommended. Certainly would suggest this dental clinic to all friends of mine.

I used to lick my fingers so my teeth were not in normal shape. So , I had to put braces on my teeth for about 4 years , so that my teeth comes to the right level. Cost of the treatment is on the higher side. And doctor is well behaved but too professional. Not going to pick up the phone and advice anything incase of emergency and insist you to come to their center even you are an existing patient. And to inform you, the medicine was already prescribed and to the take advice whether he can take the medicine or not , had to call atleast 10 times and wait for 6 hours. Ofcourse, the medicine should be prescribed after assessing the true nature of the problem. But the point I am trying to mention is little different. And, I do agree and highly satisfied with the knowledge and treatment of the doctors here.
