Dr Shagun and team performed teeth filling (temporary , not laser ) for my 8 year old son. Entire procedure was explained to me in detail , and end results were shown as well by the doctor post completion. I appreciated the time the doctor took to patiently explain each and every aspect of teeth filling , dental hygiene , the do-s and don’ts and general teeth care - something that I didn’t experience at other clinics. Please keep up the good work.

Shagun dental studio is best place to visit for tooth problems. The doctor is highly experienced.Amazing dental clinic. The doctors are patient in listening to your dental problem & give advise accordingly. The treatments are done in a nice way with proper precautions + well equipped clinic.

I had called looking to understand the details of scaling procedure and I had asked two things specifically - 1. Can scaling procedure be done without going for a consultation. 2. Can I get a starting range of procedure fees. Few facts: Total phone calls I made 2(can be easily verified with service provider). To which they called back twice and responded with details. My tone on the call: respectful. However, in the second call back from the clinic, they said consultation charges apply regardless and then I was rudely told if I did not want to pay the consultation charges, I better see some other clinic. I asked them to kindly not say like that as I was only trying to understand. To this they got irritated and while they were responding, the doctor herself took the phone and very disrespectfully said that I am disturbing and wasting their time and that I should not visit her clinic and cut the call abruptly. I think I could not explain to them that I was only enquiring about the possibility of getting a procedure only and not that I did not want to pay. I respect the doctors for all that they do for their patients. However, such behaviour often disheartens people who look up to doctors. Update- Responding to the reply by owner: 1. I never argued and said that I wont pay. You may confirm from your staff if I was adamant on not paying. 2. And did you just say that I asked thrice for not paying? Wow. I only ever asked once. 3. I did not ask for consultation fees multiple times. Just once. Please quote the incident as it happened. 4. My phone records show a total of 3 + 3+ 1 min of call time totalling to about 7. And you said we spoke for 8-10 mins. (Correction: A detailed look at call records does show 9 mins of total call time. Agree on the call time as mentioned by owner.) Edit 2: I have seen the screenshot you have posted and have rectified my post accordingly. However, I would have expected the screenshot to be posted with the phone number masked. No one should publicly publish someone’s phone number without their consent. Please update the screenshot asap.

I had a visit to Shagun Dental studio for treatment of my rotten jaw teeth. Doctor mam described in detail about the treatment procedure, every nook and corner of the treatment which most of the doctors don't want to describe their patients. Really very nice experience I had. Thnku shoagun mam..

The most caring dentist, I have ever met in my life... The way she explained each and every detail of my tooth related issue was just so good... I'm sure, You will not get unsatisfied by the service which she along with her team provides you... You need to visit atleast once here for your checkup, even if you continue or not, it will be your wish... (as per your financial limitations, as I did my treatment from some other place (in low price), but guess what, she supported me a lot in this also, considering my financial issues)... I recommend all people who are not satisfied with somewhere or someone else to visit atleast once to the Dr. Shagun. Doctors like Dr Shagun are very rare to find atleast in Kolkata. I have visited a lot of doctors in Kolkata, Delhi and many other cities regarding my wife's health issues but never satisfied with neither doctors nor their narcissism behaviour. After reading a few reviews we were hesitate to visit dr shagun but fortunately we made our best decision regarding our dental issues and visited dr shagun. She explained each and every procedure and effect/side effect in a common language. We were atleast aware about our whole procedure. In terms of money, i was charged consultation fee ₹ 300 only and i can visit to dr in the same fee for 2 more times within 3 months. Other charges are also very nominal. Drs in india have a lot of ways to snatch hard earned money from patients but i meet first dr who suggested me to not do unnecessary things as these servises are not long lasting and even not value for money. I want to express a lot but words can't explain everything. #Thanks Dr Shagun 🙏🙏

The doctor is highly experienced and can be fully trusted to handle all major issues including a recent one I had. I find his clinic state of the art and has all the required facilities and spic and span. His team is capable, efficient, friendly, and highly professional. I highly recommend his clinic.
