Stayed there for 6 days.the best 6 days. The rooms were nice and clean, the AC was nice and cold. Our view was perfect, over looking the water.the owners were really nice,very accommodating. Very small hotel but amazing service. Way better rooms than the Hyatt. Thank you for having us.

This hotel is in an ideal location just steps from a gorgeous beach with crystal clear water. The owners, MJ and Irma go far beyond any expectations! If I am ever blessed with the opportunity to return to the tropical paradise of Saipan, I hope to be able to return to this hotel!

We loved our stay here. The owners are fabulous people. Yes! The hotel is almost on the beach. Perfect ocean views. We are planing our next trip. Awesome weekend trip from Guam.

This hotel has just recently been completely renovated, and they did a very nice job. Rooms are very clean & comfortable, everything looks shiny & new. They have a back up generator and their own water storage tanks, so you never have to worry about going without. They offer a rooftop breakfast and evening BBQ's. The hotel is right on the beach so very convenient for swimming & sunbathing.

We had a wonderful time staying at Saipan Beach Hotel. It’s location is beautiful with great views of the ocean and walking access to stretches of gorgeous beaches. Most importantly, it was clean, updated, and Urma was a fantastic host. Make sure to ask MJ where to eat too. Definitely would stay here again when visiting the island.

Excellent location on the beach and very comfortable rooms. Wi-Fi is strong on all the floors of the hotel. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend having rental car to go places as there isn't tons of stuff by the hotel. Although the hotel can assist with calling a cab or recommend/arrange excursions.

Recently renovated, new, clean, modern, cozy and convenient. The perfect sleepy getaway with beach access 100 meters out the front door. Spend a serene evening dining outside with soft music and good company.

They don't want to share restroom or city water unless you're a customer. I was looking g forward to renting out a room for a weekend getaway but since the customer service was bad just have my 4 yr old daughter to use the restroom was an issue had me change my mind about it .. so I highly recommend to anyone , if you're not a paying customer than you're not welcome .. BUSINESS FIRST!

The hotel staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for vacationers and travelers looking for a quiet and comfortable hotel by the beach.

Kept my family safe during Super Typhoon Yutu. One of the only hotels that had power and water in the aftermath. Excellent service. Excellent rooms. I highly recommend.
