I had my first consultation at this office and with Brooke. I left feeling so good about the experience and with confidence about my upcoming appointments. I was hesitant because I have had not good results from another local office and had dumped hundreds of dollars into it for nothing. Brooke is so knowledgeable and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. She told me what would be best for my skin and what products to purchase. Very happy overall, including receptionists and check out. Will be looking into more procedures in the future. Thank you Brooke!

I feel ill treated. I went to this practice for several years. The last time I was there I was told it might close and I was given a list of dermatologist in the area. I stumbled across your page and found that you were not only in operation but that you were accepting new patients. I called to get on the schedule and was told that only new patients with specific issues were being accepted.. That doses not seem to make sense to me. If I don’t get regular screenings how do I know if I have an issue. My birth date ,in case you want to check my records is 2 5 37.

Carrie McMahon leaned against the counter on the opposite side of the room for my entire "exam". She never once looked over my skin or really listened to my concerns. I went because I have skin allergies and develop persistent rashes when I come in contact with something I'm allergic to. She told me to just avoid what I'm allergic to...If I knew I would already being doing that, but since we have no idea and it seems random the rashes need treatment! After telling her I'm allergic to most creams she prescribes me Clindamycin for my face...and I proceed to break out horribly. And you can forget about emergency appointments for even established patients. I had a doctor referral for a cyst beside my eye thanks to the Clindamycin and they told me it would be at least 3 weeks. Carlisle Dermatology Group was able to get me in even as a new patient within the same week and that doctor actually touched me and looked all over my skin with a bright light. Drastically different and more positive experience in Carlisle!

They have treated me well each time I am there for skin cancer checks. The waiting room is too posh for someone nervously awaiting an abnormal mole excision procedure, but that's just my experience. Privacy at check in is a bit lacking, but at checkout it is fine. It just feels too open or something. Facility is always clean and Maintained. Support staff all seem kind and caring.

First visit was alright, however I had to wait a while after my appointment start time. The second time I was a couple minutes late and was treated with much disrespect at the front desk. Good Doctors though just poor customer service.

The ladies working the front desk when you sign in are very pleasant and willing to work with folks that can't pay everything all up front. Always greet you with a smile. And hey, shout out to Dr Greg ~ Very Good at what he does! God bless you all ...

My experience with this office was 10 stars if I could give it a go here. Dr Ledinh and his assistant Samantha were super professional and always very thorough with my questions even after my surgery and some other concerns and difficulties that came up from a totally different area of the same umbrella hospital. Dr Ledinh is very courteous and very understanding. I wish every doctor was so supportive and proactive. I am very happy that Sam was there to coordinate everything for me as well! Thank you all 💛💙

Other than being overbooked, the staff was friendly & kind. They took time to address my issue and answer any questions I had. Would recommend them without question.

I called to schedule a consultation for breast implant removal and the receptionist was so rude on the phone and she stated that the doctor would not even do a consultation with me because I don’t have records from the surgeon who did my implants over 20 years ago. I’m sure this is not proper protocol being that the plastic surgeon I called in Maryland said that they don’t expect me to bring those records since surgeons are only required to keep them for 7 years. Either Wellspan needs to hire better staff to answer their phones or properly train them on etiquette and requirements.
