    All you can eat shrimp and 1 side for $20! We were able to choose 2 of each kind at a time from a selection of about 5. Special right now, so it was perfect for us to treat my son-in-law for Father's Day. I chose a double serving of Walt's fried shrimp, one of my favorites and coconut butterfly shrimp. Done and served perfect. The guys had shrimp scampi, shrimp Alfredo with linguine and shrimp on a skewer. Our server was exceptional in making sure our next serving came quickly almost as soon as we were finished with the ones we were eating. We ate plenty of shrimp until we had had our fill. Great special!

    60$ for a 10oz steak and a piece of half done fish. The steak was no bigger than 2 of the free biscuits. The best part of the whole meal was the biscuits. From start to finish it took 50 minutes for a lunch meal. Don't waste your time or money unless you like wasting both.

    Went in early tonight to beat crowd on a Friday night. Greeted at the door and welcomed. Seated immediately. Waitress was great and very attentive. Food was cooked perfectly. Love that Red Lobster has stood the test of time. Also happy to see an updated menu with new dishes to experience. If you haven’t been to a Red Lobster recently, I would suggest giving them another look. Excellent restaurant and would highly recommend!

    No curbside, terrible service. Ordered food for curbside pick up on my way home from work. It asked for the make and color of my car when I checked out and was sent a text message confirming the time of my order. I texted that I had arrived as I was instructed to and the message told me me to turn on my hazards lights and wait for my order to be brought out. 15 minutes later I had to go inside the restaurant and retrieve it myself from the bar. My order had been ready for a while, but no one on staff had bothered to bring it out to me. By the time I got it home my order was cold, soggy and had to be reheated in the oven. If I had been instructed to go inside to pick it up my order I would have. The message said they were bringing it out. I would give zero stars if I could, terrible service.

    The service was amazing, fast and friendly. The food came out quick and was nice and hot. It tasted great and our waitress was very nice and attentive!

    Went in for lunch and was not happy with the turn out. When the previous frozen flounder is nothing but mush and they serve it anyway does not say much about the establishment. Although the fish was disappointing all the other food was good. The service is great and the place was clean. Really not sure why the flounder is even on the menu... Don't order it. Im sure my next visit will be better... I'm not going to order the flounder.

    Our company used this location for our dinners presentations. The staff was efficient and accommodating, the food was delicious and well-prepared. The only drawback was they did not have a private room separate for our group and the bathroom that had two sinks, one was non- working. But I still recommend this location. We have used many red lobsters in the Northeast…this was one of the better ones.

    Our meal was fine, but our appetizers and salad were missing. The staff were overwhelmed with people, Veterns Day We were treated with grace and kindness and it made the whole experience so much better than it could have been.     Not as good as it used to be… My mom and I came here for an early dinner. The service wasn’t great at all. The hostess did not speak. We said how many were in our party and she took us to a table without a word or a smile. Our server was nice but she wasn’t very attentive. She didn’t bus our tables and wasn’t very attentive to our refills. The Lobster dip appetizer was tasty but my entree tasted strange. I told my server that my crab linguini wasn’t very good and, at that point, I was informed that Red Lobster was no longer under the Darden umbrella. Maybe that’s why quality and service seemed to have declined. I doubt we’ll be back anytime soon.

    Waited nearly an hour for our food. Have to think that they were understaffed as they were not many tables with patrons sitting. Food was mediocre at best. Waitress was pleasant when she was around, but never really waited on us. She just took our orders and then brought our food. Next time we saw her was with the bill. Will not be back.

    I went there for lunch, and i noticed the air was very cold , so i told the waitress if she could turn up the heat instead .i got up to see the thermostat, which was 55 degrees inside and the other 63 degrees. In the end, one of the girls told me that the heat is broken . The furniture has seen better days back in the 90s , and the whole place needs a deep cleaning. The service is fine,It looks like the owner doesn't put any money back into this place , he pockets everything. I don't recommend anyone to eat there, the food is terrible.

    Just walked out because of standing waiting for the hostess ro seat the 2 other couples. She sat 1 then came back to disappear for another 10min before seating anyone else. She was in o hurry to get people sat. This is ln the 1st time its happened. Every time we come we have seating issues. And its not busy!! The hostess is never in any hurry to acknowledge or seat us. We like the food but the service always starts off horrible!

    Almost 60$ for a half done piece of fish and a steak the size of the free biscuits. Not worth 20$. Beware of the amount of food you are getting for the amount of money you are paying.

    We went for a date night and we're very disappointed. Stuffed mushrooms was our favorite but half the tops were missing the mushroom on the bottom. Food was mediocre compared to a year ago and the prices have increased. 2 dinner 100.00 and no alcoholic drinks. Crazy!!! Please improve the food and menu items if your going to charge so much. Very disappointed today. not worth the money

    This place is an absolute joke. We waited for 10 minutes as employees meandered around chatting and checking their phones until someone finally noticed the volume of people growing in the waiting area. At that point they were fairly clueless as to when a table for 2 may actually be available, and said it could be over a 30 minute wait....when the dining area was literally HALF EMPTY! We were then REMOVED from the first come-first serve bar area due to a new customer that favored eating in the bar area, in which our presence now made the area much congested to even sit and enjoy our drink(which we never actually received) while we waited. Needless to say this establishment was obviously a train wreck so left and will probably not go to again.

    The server here was really nice. I’ve been to this location a few times and rarely had any issues. The meal was as expected. I’m not sure if it’s just me or not, but it feels like Red Lobsters in general are a decrepit, dying chain. All the locations seem outdated, old and dirty (this location is no exception).

    Food was good. My mashed potatoes where warm I Like my food hot. The biscuits where delicious I swear that's why I go there. Waitress was nice. It was not busy it was a Thursday. Might be the best day to go. I did try two Saturdays in a row and there was a 45 minute wait.

    Server/waitress took a phenomenal amount of time just to get a drink, the salad, barely came by. Food came out cold also. Was at the restaurant at not even half capacity for over 45 mins and still had only gotten appetizer and salad.

    This was my first time eating at this location-and we will NOT be back! The staff were very unprofessional- we could hear the bartender, host and waitresses talking about how they hate their job and are going to be applying other places. Our waitress rushed us as soon as we sat down, she forgot to place our appetizers and did not address that until we confronted her. Our drinks were never refilled and the food was very poor quality and came out cold! Our bill was over $160 for 4 of us. Highly recommend to go elsewhere!

    Came in for some lunch in a rush. There was a new server named Hailey and she was terrific. Very polite and I could tell she was working hard. When I come back I hope she is my server again. Great Experience!

    When I arrived at 8:45pm there was nobody in the lobby to greet me so I waited for about 3 minutes and then went to look for someone. The waitress I found said they have a reduced shift at this later hour due to lower volumes and apologized. The friendliness and service that she provided was outstanding and made up for not having a greater in the lobby. I had the admirals feast and it was delicious. I would highly recommend dining here. Thank you!

    Me and my wife use to love to eat at this Red Lobster in Chambersburg, PA. The food was always great, but our last visit on 08/22/22 was the absolute worst. First of all it took forever to receive our order. My wife ordered shrimp scampi, flounder, lobster tail. The scampi was rubbery, the lobster tail was also rubbery, had a terrible smell and taste and was so tough my wife could not chew it. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish (cod) smelled like it just was pulled out of the ocean (smelled really fishy) to the point it was not edible. The fries were cold.. My grandson ordered chicken tenders and fries, The chicken was so dry and over cooked it was in edible and again the fries were cold. We complained to the manager and the only compensation we received was a piece of chocolate cake. By the way the bill was over $77.00. PS the bathrooms were disgusting. Do not waste your hard earned money on this place. Long John's Silvers (if it was still around) is a million times better for your money and a whole lot cheaper.

    Experience Was awful The Portions On The Plate Were Measly & the Food Was Cold -shrimp tasted as if it had Been Sitting There for some time.. (As We had been) Asked the Waitress for Straws Which Weren't Delivered Till 13min later After Having Asked for it the 2nd Time. Ive Been To Several Red Lobsters This One Was Not Worth The time nor Money Spent.

    Food was great! We did have to wait quite awhile until our waitress showed. Once she got to our table she blamed the seater for not telling her we were in her section. Unprofessional in my opinion but we moved past that. The rest of the night our waitress Amber flirted with my boyfriend in front of me. She did this every time she came to our table. I’ve never had this happen before so I was very shocked. That is why I felt the need to leave the review. Blaming other staff members and flirting with customers? Very unprofessional behavior.

    The food here is typically on point. The biscuits are well worth it any time you visit Red Lobster! I selected the Mariners Feast. I thought everything was good but wanted the flounder to be great. I mean, that's the headline of the feast. I expected my mouth to explode with spices and flavors. However, the fried flounder was minimally seasoned and was disappointingly bland. The shrimp trio dish was on point. All 3 shrimp specialties were legit. The ONLY bad thing, and I mean REALLY bad thing, was the rice. Yuck! It was literally rock hard and prevented me from giving them a 5 in addition to the bland flounder. Food came out fast.

    My brother, girlfriend, & I had a great time here. We hadn't been to Red Lobster in a while, but none the less the experience and customer service was immaculate. The food was outstanding and I would highly recommend this restaurant to those wanting seafood & a positive, friendly enviroment. I will definitely be dining here in the future.
