I got good service through the drive thru which is rare on some occasions. This was not the point with this store in particular. The order taker was very polite and courteous and even offered suggestions. Then, once I got my food it was hot and fresh and made just like the picture on the menu board, No Lie! Absolutely the best service. I will definitely return again when I'm in the area and also refer people to this location.

They have retired the Western Bacon Cheeseburger! The first and only hamburger I ever ordered since in California in the early 70's! No reason to go back now!

We love Hardee's and stop most times when we see one on a trip since there are none close to our home. Fantastic burgers! Hand's down one of the very best fast food places for quality food done right. Puts the golden arches place down the street to shame (consistently) by comparison!

Food is okay. Your typical run of the mill fast food experience. Burger was a bit dry but usually they are better. Curly fries are always on point.

Stopped at this Hardee's to get 3 Mushroom n Swiss Burgers. This menu selection has been a family favorite ever since we started vacationing as a family back in 2001. The Hardee's service was fast and friendly, and the food was hot, fresh, and tasty (soda had way too much ice), but everything else was the way I expected it to be from this restaurant. The only thing keeping me from a full five-star salute was the fairly high prices and too much soda ice. I will definitely be back as price n ice will not deter me 😀

Unprofessional general manager. Does not specify that you have to use coupons only through the mobile app and nowhere else. Gets very defensive if things are not done their way. (Mobile app) Wants the customer to spend as much money as possible for food that is burnt and or passed it's consumption time. Depending on who is working, make sure you ask for fresh food and everything you need. No matter if the person is an employee ranging all the way to a general manager. Recommendation #1: properly inform customers about Hardee's mobile app and coupons instead of just saying certain coupons will not work or only mobile apps are acceptable. This will save you various negative reviews next time. Recommendation #2: Lastly, make fresh biscuits throughout breakfast cycles. This will keep regular customers coming back.

Burger was good, chicken was super salty

Staff was very kind. Wasn't busy when I was there in the afternoon. Food was hot. They were short staff, so you had to wait like 6 minutes to order.

No atmosphere rating because we hit the drive through. Ham and Swiss sandwich as well as the chicken very good.

Chicken tasted like fish. Expected some crisp to the tenders and got none. First and last time I've visited a Hardees. Staff seemed fine, restaurant not so much. I'm sure they're underpaid like most food service staff.

We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday. They were fast. The food was good and the customer service phenomenal! They brought our food to our table and asked if we needed anything else. She brought us sauces and was very friendly. Highly recommend this fast food restaurant.

It was very clean, and the staff was actually happy to see me and help me make my selection. The Philly Cheesesteak Angus Thickburger was amazing! I had it once before at another Hardee's and they were both 💯!

The one lady who took our order was very nice to my children and took time out to talk with us and my kids. First visit to Hardee's in like a decade and did pretty good

The window cashier wasn't listening to what we asked for they had to remake our order and we asked for a drink no ice she gave us lots of ice then we handed back to have it corrected she put her finger over the top to pour the liquid into another cup instead of just MAKING ANOTHER DRINK. Which of course we made sure that's exactly what she did. I will not be going back to this Hardies or any Hardies restaurant. I couldn't believe it she and the cook seemed more interested in their conversation then us as a customer.

Probably son's favorite fast food hamburgers when he is in town. Great value with the recent 2.99 doubleburgers. Drive through has been courteous and efficient with our orders.

For a fast food restaurant, you get what you went for. The food was pretty good. The service ok. The person didn't smile or do anything pleasant. Even when saying, "Have a good day," her voice was flat with no emotion, and really, a, I don't really care attitude. I will go back at some point because I like the sausage and gravy and hash browns, but I won't make a point of going there. Other places serve the same dish and are friendly. You don't have to drip kindness, but wow. We all have worked, and there were times we didn't want to be there, but that was not how you treated people. Those people who come in are how you get your checks. If they don't buy stuff, your company doesn't make money, and they have to close down. At least be nice. That is it. No more, no less. Good meal though.

I usually dislike fast food but Hardee's is the one exception. They have the best fast food burgers.

They guy at the window handed me and mom our shakes and dropped fresh pies in the fryer. While we waited he told us to pull up and park. He said set back and relax. Drink your shake. When there done lll bring the pies out to you. You all just relax.

I got a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. I kept crunching on something like sand. I took the sandwich apart and there was sandy dirt on my lettuce. The bacon was also raw. I hope I don't get sick.

I went here for delivery no real issues except it was not ready when I got there I was given the order 15 minutes prior to arriving, which means they got it before me plenty of time for them to have it ready

It's a clean restaurant with plenty of free parking. The staff was not friendly but they were efficient. We didn't wait very long for our order, which was brought to us. The Frisco Angus burger was hot, the condiments were fresh. Good bread. Hamburger was good but not anything unique in taste. Onion rings were not great. Reasonable prices.

HORRIBLE MANAGER!! After going through the drive through I was missing a fry. I was greeted by a gentleman who said harshly "what do you want now?" After telling him that I didnt appreciate being spoken to that way, I just wanted a missing fry he then continued to be rude and tell me that I was "entitled" . I just paid $56 for food and wanting everything i had ordered. I then asked to speak to the manager only to find out he was the manager. He then told one of the young ladies to get my fry and he walked away. Not sure what made him mad today but taking it out on a customer who did nothing to him is NOT ok!!!

Used to be my favorite but chicken sandwich was dreadful. Dry & tasteless. Same with the roast beef. Disappointing.

Haven't been there in a long time, but they were very good about switching out the roll to seedless. Sandwich was very hot and tasty. Will go back when in area
