Great place to find loads of information on Franklin County! Pamphlets, fliers, and books on the history, people, and food of this area! They also have special events here. My bestie and I had a fabulous evening at the "Flavor-300 years of food" event! We tasted over 25 foods and drinks from local restaurants. The personnel were friendly and professional! Also check out their Christmas tree fundraiser in December. Second floor overlooks the downtown in the square!

We had a blast during our first public investigation of the year. The Ghost PIT is very happy and excited to be picked as the official paranormal team of the new 11/30 Visitors Center in downtown Chambersburg, PA. We are looking forward to future events as well as spending time with the visitors to this awesome location.

I love the visitors bureau, Janet and the staff are always so helpful. There are so many great things to do in Franklin County! I would recommend everyone to visit.

Group meeting on second floor had good meeting amenities. Handicap access from side parking lot was excellent: ramp with sturdy rails led to immediate access inside to spacious elevator. Ample public parking just 1/2 block away.

Very friendly people!! (Alas, I do have trouble hearing in a crowd now.) Great food. A very, very nice event.

Master Crafters of Quilts...all unique and beautiful! Worth to stop by and enjoy the display. There are some for Sale items.

While vacationing in Pennsylvania, I was lucky to meet a young lady in Harrisburg who invited me to stop and visit her at the Franklin County Visitors Bureau. Three days after our chance encounter in Harrisburg, I found her again in Chambersburg at the Franklin County Visitors Bureau. What a WONDERFUL place! Lovely people working there! Excellent information about Chambersburg and Franklin County! Great opportunity to learn about American history at 11/30 ! Had a fabulous lunch at the Falafel Shop ! Got to see an indoor Bi Plane at the Heritage Center! A magical place to stop and meet great people! Five star *****
