    The customer service was good… at first, but when we called to complain about roaches and the smoke detector beeping all night long we were told the hotel was booked and we couldn’t change rooms. There was fresh food stains on the floor like something was spilled and no one bothered to clean it. The shower was dirty and o had to Lysol the bed to feel comfortable sleeping in it. There was visible dust on the table and desk. The price and location were great but I would never stay here again.

    The front desk staffing is very kind, very helpful, rooms are very clean. It’s very secured here and pet friendly 🤗🤗. If youre looking for suites here their available and very prefect looking. Smells great inside the entire hotel. If you’re looking for a nice stay well the esa clairmont will surely service you at your best stay here.

    Greeted by roaches, and the staff knows they’re there. It’s such a problem nothing good about the location matters. You’re either living with roaches or bringing them with you wherever you’re going after. *edit there are more roaches since waking up this morning. If they’re going to fix the issue they should hop to it instead replying to save face.

    I came to Atlanta with my boyfriend on business, and besides traffic, it's been a blast. I don't drive so it's in the perfect location for food, shopping, my Dr's office, and of course walmart. The staff is amazing, Helpful, and always go above and beyond. I would definitely come back.

    They canceled my entire reservation which left me to pay way more than 3 nights just to stay for 6 hours. Front desk clerks are not available after midnight literally waited an hour just for someone to come check me in. Put me in a room that had no dishes missing two cabinet doors and bathroom was half cleaned. Had to rebook for my other nights. I never had any issues with Extended Stay until this go around. As travel professional I do not recommend since they do however have a pest problem per clerk on why it took so long to accommodate my stay.

    We had a weird stay. When we arrived at the room we found that the door was wide open. We closed it and the room locked, but somehow the door was just left open. Front desk was not concerned. The room itself was fine. Most of the light switches were missing the part you turn and some serfuaces wers not dusted. A little gross, but not that bad. Finally I had to call to get my $100 deposit refunded. When I asked how they charged me the full deposit they said someone probably just messed up. Were not at all concerned about overcharging customers. Extended stay has been great in the past. I've stayed with them maybe 60 times. This may be my last.

    I booked a room to arrive after midnight that same day, and when I got there, they told me check in is only available after 3pm. This was never mentioned before I booked. I asked for a refund, and they said I had to do it online. I went online, and it said it was "un-refundable." I tried calling customer service and every number I could find online, and my calls were all immediately declined. They should include that major detail before bookings, and make it very clear. And if they claim it's the fault of third party booking sites, then they should make sure these sites include this information, otherwise they should just stop accepting bookings from these sites. So yeah, basically got scammed.

    I had to wait and cool down before posting. I stayed here based off a friend who had a good experience. I did not. There is a bed, desk, bathroom, TV, and small but good kitchen. These rooms ARE NOT cleaned well. I arrived and went ahead to the Laundry (you can use a credit card or APP but you won't get your money back). Even after cleaning the sheets I noticed small roaches, fleas, and ended up with travelers itch. The bed skirt smelled of urine. I did everything possible to clean the room. I kept all my luggage off the floor for fear. I did try to contact someone about this room conditions but was told it was me. So on that note I left. The front desk staff were kind but unable to help me. I noticed police in the parking lot on several occasions. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

    Another guest advised me to knock on the counter pretty hard. It took forever to get service. The room was spacious and on the surface looked very clean. Any place that I have to share with roaches is not ok.

    Awa was very nice and she went above and beyond for me when I was having issues with scanning my ID. I recommend her anytime you have issues she's great!

    For the value I highly recommend packing a hot plate and staying at the Marriot nearby. This place is a dump. My stove smoked and the fan and stove light don’t work. There are weird little bugs all over the kitchen. The carpet is super gross and stained. Smells musty in here. One of my beds appears to have like a damaged frame? It’s slanting off to one side. It’s super loud with the planes and the neighbors. The AC/heater is super dusty on the intake and gross. The blanket on the bed is basically just another sheet? So confused and cold. The fridge kicks on and off all night with a weird clicking for the first few minutes of the cycle. The bathroom feels dingy. Just ugh. I’m hear for a medical trip and I am now so tired to go to my appointment because of a terrible night sleep. Seriously, go to the marriot it’s super nice. I stayed there last time.

    The hotel was filthy, so much so I didn't want to use the bathroom. The floors and furniture hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. The bedding was clean however. The clientele was very undesirable, even scary, hanging outside, drinking smoking then loudly going from room to room. When we left at 6:30 a.m. a young man was loudly pounding on a door with a handle of vodka in his hand. He had obviously been drinking it. We only stayed because it was after a long day driving and we had a dog. Never stay there!

    My stay was ok, the hotel needs work, Bella, the the front desk clerk on 3- 11 shift was a breath of fresh air. Very helpful, and cheerful, with excellent customer service skills. Abu the manager was also very helpful.

    My room was clean and peaceful, the staff are friendly and attentive, decent coffee, I like the location, it’s near a lot of restaurants and a park, I would definitely recommend this hotel..

    Pricey per week. Also need to put benches, charies & tables around front lobby. Also in front of property. Customers need to be able to relax and enjoy. Extended Stay can & must do better ❗️

    Essentially no breakfast. So it is almost a lie that breakfast is included. If I knew the breakfast was so bad I would have booked somewhere else. There were choices. Breakfast would be on a table of around 2 square feet. and on the day of our departure, there is no hot coffee and no muffin. The only things they had was hot water, a few Granola Bars and a few bags of cereal. Front desk service was 3/10.

    The management and staff have been very courteous and helpful during my stay. I wouldn't normally write these things out, but BC of the very many times the management has helped me thru and with situations I've managed to still be here now over 9months. Great Place Great Staff Great Services. 👍🏾👍🏾

    I had to call to get my deposit refunded to me after several days of being checked out. If I were to ever stay there again it would only be if I were to be given a free night.

    Great area and very relaxing. Staffs and manager is very nice and are willing to do what it takes for you to enjoy your stay. No problems when it comes to checking in or out. Rooms are nice and clean, even housekeeping are respectful and friendly.

    I currently have a room...the toilet tank was not filling I told the front desk ,lady came and thought it worked hours later after a nap the same thing was going on again by this time there was a shift change had occurred and the new lady says she can't do anything about it because the other person didn't leave word so I have to spend the night in a room with no working toilet!!! Never Again!!!

    The sales rep really worked hard to get us in here at a reasonable price in a very overpriced area. We are working construction building the children's hospital and this hotel really feels like home away from. It's less than 2 miles from the job so we don't have to fight Atlanta traffic every day. And everything you need is within reach. With several grocery stores within 1 to 3 Miles. Haven't seen bugs, or been harrased. Beds are comfortable. I could go on and on. If your coming to work up here. Try them out.

    One of the best hotels to stay at. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious with all the kitchen amenities. Abou is very prossional I will definitely be staying here again .

    The reservation I made was cancelled without my knowledge so when our traveler got to the hotel he was unable to check-in for that reservation but was given a room for the night. On my end, the reservation was still active and the staff didn't know why the reservation was cancelled(I'm assuming because they were sold out of double rooms? who knows).Our employee ended up wanting to move hotels anyway due to the bugs in the bed...

    I made a reservation for a king size room weeks in advance and when we got there they had "overbooked" and given my room away. Not clean, funky smells... Not impressed.

    there's is this lingering odour that is so unbearable, they need an overhauling of everything, it would be a lovely place but hygiene here is questionable. Pest control was prompt and effective. the manager is amazing but the rest of the staff are cold.

    The customer service was outstanding as always. This is my go place to stay, the noise level isn’t to loud, everyone respects everyone’s space. The cleanliness of this hotel is very top notch.
