This little food court tucked in the side streets of Buford highway is the definition of a hidden gem and one of the most fun places to visit here in Atlanta. Many of my friends who have moved from ATL still dream of this place so I'm really thankful to have been introduced to it back in 2015 by some friends. The Dan Dan noodles are a must try (they're like crack) and I also enjoyed the beef hot pot at medium spicy level. A few of my favorite parts of visiting below: 1. The Dan Dan noodles basically come separated, they have the special chili sauce at the bottom and mixing it together is oh so satisfying... 2. I've always had really good customer experience, they have free rice and soup as well as really nice service so it's just a nice place to visit 3. The whole setting in the food court just really feels like you're transported into a different place and out of Atlanta If you're looking for Dan Dan noodles this is your spot, you'll see more from Atlanta China Town soon

We had the crispy pork hot pot and it was sooo good. You get as much rice as you can eat with the hot pot. Bring your own water!! I also ordered the chicken lo mein to go. It was sub par. It had 2 different noodles (flat noodles and thin noodles) in them, which I thought was weird. It had little to no chicken and pretty bland. Had to add my own seasonings to it.

If you want to experience authentic Hot Pot this is where you need to be. We tried the crispy pork HP and it was delicious. Rice on the side. We plan to come back to China Town try other dishes in the food court but nothing beats Hot Pot on a cold night. Excellent service and the price!! Super affordable!! Love it!

I would have given five stars for the food, but after a couple of visits I noticed that the soup is not the same all the time. Lately it's been missing flavor. Service is basic, you order, you pay, they called the food and take it to your table. I still believe you should come and visit this place. Atmos is like a cafeteria, if possible, give the tip to the cleaning person, don't just like it on the table, they work hard to keep the place clean. When you go, definitely get the Hotpot, that's the best thing they have.

spicy whole fish (tilapia, I chose mild spicy instead of medium spicy) was good especially with the good price of only about $11. Free rice and free soup. Went back the next day and tried the crispy garlic chicken and hot pots that other reviews recommended. overall it was good

The bean curd with vegetables was dry and had no sauce at all. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years and I'm 100% sure that they didn't cook the dish, they simply fried up the bean curd, boiled the veg and tossed them together with some chili oil+chopped garlic. I had to re-cook the dish again with salt+pepper because it had no flavor at all.

Really delicious, flavorful food and they give you sooo much for the price! A side of string beans is a must. We also got steamed dumplings that were outstanding, garlic chicken + spicy chicken. The spicy chicken is super hot, but is still great. I wish I would’ve ordered a hot pot, but there’s always next time!

4 out of 5 stars. The food is decent, with a good variety of options to choose from. However, the flavor is not particularly authentic and can be a bit bland at times. Additionally, the service is not always efficient, and the atmosphere is not particularly pleasant as it is a cafeteria. Overall, it is a decent option for a quick bite, but not the best Chinese food you'll find.

My favorite spot at the Atlanta Chinatown. Spicy crispy chicken, cumin beef and a szechuan pot with white rice and I am in business. Me and my wife love the food here and has been coming here for years. The price has increased over the years but it is still worth it. Bring cash to avoid credit card fees. Service is fast and friendly. Definitely recommend this spot. Carpe Diem with your taste buds good people.

First time hot pot experience. Chose to order the beef hot pot with no spice then add our own. Green beans with pork and fried dumplings rounded off our meal. It was delicious. Best dumplings I've ever had. We were given chili oil to spice up our hot pot and WOW. DELICOUS. Less is more with this. Be careful as it will quickly overpower you if you aren't used to spice. My 4yo loved the beans and dumplings. Beef was tender and the pot stayed warm over the flame. Absolutely recommend. I feel like this hot pot and chili oil could heal whatever ails you. So good and everyone was very friendly. We will be back! Masks are still encouraged in the food court.

I lived and worked in china and got accustomed to authentic Chinese food. Since coming back, my taste for Americanized Chinese food is no longer there. I simply cannot stand Americanized Chinese. This place is legit. I’ve been to several authentic sichuan restaurants around the country and this place is easily as good or better than almost everyone I’ve been to. They have my favorite sichuan dish on the menu…Ants climbing a tree and it’s just like I remember from eating it in China. I’m here on business for one more night and I’m going back. Next time I’m in town for business, I’m going back. It’s. That. Good. You’ll notice I gave the atmosphere 5 stars. I would assume most Americans would give it 1 because it’s, well, a food court. Thing is…it reminds me of the restaurants in the malls that I’d go to in china so…5 stars it is. The facility even has a small garden in the middle which gave me pause. Don’t get me wrong, it’s no Suzhou garden but there’s something about it that is comforting. Bottom line, you have to try this place. If you like Americanized Chinese food then I’m sure they have something you’ll like but I don’t know because I didn’t look.

Meh...I wanted to really like this place, but it was just okay. The hot pot was disappointing. I got the beef one but the broth wasn’t really flavorful, didn’t even want to eat it the next day. It was like water broth with oil and chili flakes in it, not really any flavor. I don’t know if it was just the person cooking that day, because I’ve seen so many good reviews. I also got the garlic chicken. That was pretty good and I did like that they put the sauce on the side especially since I was getting it to go. The rice tasted old. They do give you large portions, but it is definitely quantity over quality. When I got my food I ordered it there. When my food was ready the guy didn’t tell me or say anything or call out the order. He sat it on a table where the door dash people come and grab their food. So essentially my food was there for 15 minutes until I walked up and asked him where my food was after waiting 30 minutes. I may try some other places in the food mall. But I don’t think I will be coming back to this one.
