The room was wonderful, modern and elegant, clean, quiet. You have lights everywhere. Bed was really comfortable. Unique bathroom sink. Beautiful view of the city from the 12th floor where I had a good breakfast.

Exquisite hotel! I really love the design of this hotel, especially the lobby. The rooms are clean, beautiful and modern. There is decoration in the rooms. At the bottom of the hotel, there's a gym and a big calm pool. The breakfast is at the top of the hotel, on the 12th floor. The service is what you can expect, that means normal, and the location is well chosen. It is alone with a bunch of parking, it overviews Drummondville. I highly recommend this hotel and they must be a 4-star hotel instead of a 3-star one.

5 Star +. The hotel is easily located off the highway. The hotel is clean +with a wonderful touch of modern European charm. ALL the staff were welcoming with smiles and looking to be helpful. The rooms are a perfect size, the bed super comfortable and extraordinarily quiet. The stay couldn’t have been better. We will definitely return/ try out other locations 😀

I like everything in this hotel. There is only one downside- it is not possible to open the windows for fresh air. Breakfast, pool, gym, laundry - everything is present.

The Times is beautiful, clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. The design elements really make this hotel a cut above the others in Drummondville (we stay in Drummondville about twice a year). The only downside is the smell of cologne (air freshener) in the elevator and lobby, for those who are scent sensitive, it is fairly strong. But overall, everything else makes up for it. We will definitely be back! Merci énormément!

Great hotel, had a better price using booking app than at the desk directly. 1 star less because the gym is small and no window.

It was nice. The lighting in the rooms are a little weird and took a little while to find the right light switches but it was comfortable and clean.

Just check your credit cards after you stay , I had a false charge for a night a week after I left the hotel and realized a month later , had to call 5 times to get the refund

The perfect hotel to bring you’re mistress… modern look, big impressive lobby… but like the relationship with your mistress, this hotel is a big empty shell. Yes the rooms are descent size with a shower big enough for 2 people, but there’s no coffee machine in the room and their continental breakfast is a joke. The cherry on top is this 4$ naya eska bottle of water that you find in the washroom.

They put you on the same floor as the people who are in confinement for COVID.More security than help from staff for issues that arise the room or any other type of problems .

Lovely place. Nice people. Very modern and beautifully decorated. The king room had a wonderful view of the city with windows that take up the walls. The shower was the best thing in the world. I will say it seems more suited for a couple, but my friends and I enjoyed our stay.

I like the design of the rooms in this hotel. It is very modern look. The room is very nice and very clean. The bathroom is big as well as the room in general. The parking is a big one. You will be surprised that the city view is nice beyond expectation. The breakfast is standard continental one but that is all you need to keep going. We will come back again.

Great hotel. Have stayed there twice now. Front desk staff are very professional and courteous. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well done despite covid restrictions. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is clean and new. The administration is cold and unaccommodating. We tried to rent a conference room for our hockey team to have a coaching meeting. Although the halls were all free they refused us simply because we were accompanied by children. I couldn't understand why all the other hotels were booked, even though this one is newer, it was empty.....now I know.
