Gala Banquet If you are looking for a unique and fabulous experience for an event in Montreal, the Windsor Ballrooms is a perfect venue! We host our annual gala and all of our guests have had a magical experience: the beauty of the venue, the quality of the services and the food. We love the all-inclusive concept: the venue has everything on site and made it very easy for us. A big thank you to Leilani, the event coordinator, who made us feel like stars and enjoy our evening. We look forward to coming back for more events!

Our office had organized the holiday party there. Very interesting configuration. The cocktail took place in the corridor between the two rooms. One of the rooms was set up for meals, the other room was reserved for dancing. Desserts and a candy bar were installed in the corridor which connected the two rooms. We were around 350 people. The decoration was very beautiful and festive.

The staff is very polite and friendly the food was great and the decor was amazing. The multitude of rooms allow you to plan events specifically to your needs and desires. Having 2 Big rooms from across each ensures that. When I emcee the events here, I always have a blast and an easy time communicating with the staff which is very important in situations like this

I came here June 3 for Dawson‘s prom event of 2022 and it was mostly Dancing my group and I paid a total of 170$ to get in and the finger foods were not really nice for my liking. I feel like this place has more potential and is a very beautiful place. I thought there would be tables for us to be sitted at but it was almost like an empty room. with little to no chairs. Most people was sitting in the hallway on the stairs or on the sofas at the entry. The bar had like four drinks and orange juice. anyway it was still a lovely night just my observations. What a venue, it's majestic. The event team is really kind and helpful and the chef is a star himself. Our organization rented the place for our annual gala and it did not dispoint us.

Beautiful wedding venue in Montreal.

Wonderful place for reception and parties in downtown Montreal. Ellegant, historic, good service, great food. Convinient parking garages near by. Organized an event pre-pandemic here. Prices were high and surprises in the bill. Unfortunately cannot recommend this place for hosting an event.

Attended an official dinner hosted by SAARC countries. Had amazing experience having wonderful dinner at the magnificent Windsor ballrooms. It was really great facilitation and catering by the courteous staff.

I totally recommend this lovely place. It’s accessible and has plenty of little restaurants besides it. This place hold important memories for me and my family ❤️. It’s good for parties too

Nice venue. Big space for 360 booth

Unable to host a university gathering for around 200 folks. Everyone has to wait in line for at least 25min to get a drink. Many people were unable to get a drink at all.

Great place to have a traditional/ old school celebration. The two ball rooms offer majestic views and vibes with their grandiose. The view from the elevated dais overlooking the entire corridor is also excellent. Great place from the following points - 1. If you’re into aesthetics 2. Gives a traditional vibe 3. Great for arranging ceremonies like marriages, anniversaries 4. A good location

The place is nice and it's The Windsor, but their in-house bar for an event short pours and over charges. A high end place like that should serve real tequila too... they don't.

We were here for the 2022 St. Andrew's Society St. Andrew's Day Ball, and had a great time. The ballrooms are well decorated, and in the main room, there was enough room to move around despite there being so many tables. The room we used for the presentation of the Debutantes, Scottish Country dancing, and couples/group photos was definitely a versatile space, and had a good mix of seating and standing areas. Coat check and washrooms were on the lower level, and there was at least one venue staff member at the front desk throughout the whole event.

The most beautiful venue for a wedding! Spacious and very elegant!

Very beautiful place, except food. I went to a university graduation ball, and the food was beyond horrible. Chicken tasted like cardboard and dryer than the Shara desert, entree was decent but couldn't feed a medium sized dog, and desert was good, most likely because they didnt make it themselves. The staff was generous, except this one blonde lady who kept giving me dirty faces for moving the placement of my cutlery. I give 3 stars only becasue it looks very chique.

Beautiful ballrooms to host events and conferences, absolute luxury! Parking is an issue since it’s on the street but rest is great

The place itself is nice. Drinks were expensive and the food was good but i expected better. The staff are very polite and friendly.
