Terrible service. We bought a perfume and realized at home that it was the wrong one (same bottle, package..). As per the note on the receipt which clearly stated that we could exchange within 7 days (but no refunds) we went back for an exchange. The employee refused to exchange claiming there is no exchange if opened. There is absolutely no mention or condition of exchange on the receipt. Not only that, she tried to call the manager who did not even have the professionalism to talk to us. The manager (over text), claimed that the person who sold us the perfume a few days earlier is a manager of 15 years and that we the client were wrong. Excellent customer relationship, where you totally disregard your exchange policy which is noted on your receipt (a legal document between the buyer and the seller if they are not sure). On top of that you disrespect your customer by saying they didn't know what to order (a perfume they've used for years). Avoid at all cost. They are not an honest business at all. Ps: this is my very first bad review in google! Well earned!!!

SCAMMERS !!! They sell you perfumes for x3 price ! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE. Everything they sell is at least x2 or 3x the price. They will lie to you and tell you this perfume is so and so, and retails at 90$ (when it is actually 30$) price. If you ask them why it is like this, the sales lady will tell you that the ones from other stores or online are "fake" LOL what a joke.

This is a SCAM I bought a perfume by carolina herrera GoodGirl at their shop and it doesn’t smell like it at all. It’s just alcohol. They sell fake perfumes. And they don’t give refunds Ill make a complaint.

They sell testers that clearly say not for sale and then say they are authorized to sell them when even the perfume companies customer and authorized dealership service say that under no circumstances can a retailer sell testers its a breach of contract as an authorized dealer.

It’s a scam. Even the supposedly real parfum has a fake box and a fake QR stucked on the box. Avoid at all cost.

This place sells FAKE perfumes. I had a perfume that I first bought at sephora and really liked it. When I wanted to buy it again it was out of stock so I bought the same one at this place. When we compare the sephora one and the Les sens ciel one they smell COMPLETELY different. The perfumes at this place smells really faint like it was diluted with lots of water. And unfortunately we also bought a second one and same problem. You could do 4-5 spray and it still won't smell like anything (I tried).This place is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY HERE. They are selling counterfeit for sure! You should definitely stick to places like sephora and Hudson's Baie even if it's more expensive (it's because the perfume are actually real!). If I could give -10 stars I would. I spend 300 bucks for water, all that money down the garbage. They don't do refunds so really don't even take the chance!

Thank you to all the ones who left the reviews saying it is a scam. I DID NOT FALL FOR IT THANKS TO YOU. This place sells Jean Paul Gaultier Elixir for 140$ which is 168$ everywhere else. The lady tells me this perfume is BEST SELLER. When I asked why it is cheaper if it is best seller..! She goes because jean Coutu has a higher rent to pay compared to them. YEA RIGHT NOT BECAUSE IT IS A COUNTERFEIT 🤣 I read the reviews then and they confirmed my suspicions that it is a scam. The place gives nothing but scamming vibes anyway 🤣

This place should not exist. The lady that attended me was very impatient and tried to sell me a perfume for the triple of its normal price. It also told me I could get a better price for perfumes "without an original box"...

Super overpriced perfum

Total scam. Same box and bottle as the real thing, but it’s just a bottle full of alcohol. They do not refund, even if you go back an hour later. They know what they’re doing. $200 wasted.

Horrible. The receipt says “exchange within 7 days” and they still won’t let me exchange a very bad smelling perfume. They also charge way higher than other places for lower quality fragrances. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

I had a horrible experience with the sales lady on the 9th of December at their location at Eaton Center. I went in to return a perfume that was sold to me for an outrageous price which I only found out after buying. The sales lady called me a list and had a really terrible attitude. She even refused I never bought from her forgetting I was with a colleague at the time. I will never recommend you guys and will continue to let the public know that you guys are a real scam!!!

Normally I don't give a review about anything no matter how bad the service or product they produce. But this store is essentially a SCAM and no regards to their clients. That fluffy Arabic lady changes its mood and become totally rude and gives you all the preposterous reasons to not take back their fraudulent items. Best perfume shop in the mall the prices are on point if you need anything make sure to ask for milla she’s the best
