I recently visited the Chick-fil-A on 1960, and I must say I was extremely disappointed with the state of their kids' play area. It was absolutely filthy. There was food everywhere, and it was clear that the area had not been cleaned properly in quite some time. As a parent, I was deeply concerned about the hygiene of the play area. My child ended up picking up some of the food debris that was scattered around, and I shudder to think how long that food had been there or what kind of germs it might have carried. It's crucial for a family-friendly restaurant like Chick-fil-A to maintain a clean and safe environment, especially in their kids' play area. I hope they take this feedback seriously and address the cleanliness issues promptly. It's not only about the reputation of the establishment but also about the health and well-being of their young customers. I'm hesitant to return until I know this issue has been resolved.

Found a new Chick-fil-A right next to the office and they are doing a quality job with the food and friendly service! Today I enjoyed my free cookie reward for being a new regular. Thanks for being so welcoming and keeping your standards high and consistent. You guys are great 👍

Super sweet employees in the drive through especially the manager!! I’m so disappointed they stopped selling the ice cream by the quart though!! But that’s at all locations.

Kale salad. - Even for a side, this was a very small portion. It was very soggy and just disappointing. It's been a while since I've been to Chick-fil-A. Their salads were a lot better and came with a little package of cranberries and walnuts or almonds that went on top. This one had nothing. For $4.00 I really expected more than this.

Spirit night for kid's school. They always handle it so well. Food was perfect and staff was awesome.

I came here randomly for lunch and I was greeted by Sonja at the front counter. She was amazing! Super sweet and friendly and even included the extra cherries I asked for on my milkshake. Great location with great staff!!

I don't eat here often but when I do, I have a high level of expectations. I ordered the new pimento sandwich and switched the regular bin for a gluten free option. They gave me the bun in plastic and the other parts in a cup container. Why and how was I suppose to eat it. Picture for reference but definitely below my expectations.

We went and got a cool wrap, chicken sandwich with lettuce, and grilled chicken nuggets with some fry’s. When we got our food it was wrong, we got a chicken sandwich with American cheese even though we said chicken sandwich with lettuce multiple times. The food was still delicious and fresh and we got our food before we even found our seat.

Food is great, but the play place is absolutely disgusting. I don’t think they actually clean it. The walls are caked on dirt, floors are disgusting, the play structure has dirt and trash in it. The smell is nasty as well. I always feel so nasty in there.
