These apartments have the WORSE management/ team you can think off. I wouldnā€™t even give them a 1, but have to anyways to leave a review. Weā€™ve faced multiple issues in these apartments, and the management hasnā€™t done anything to make it any easier for us. And sometimes it just feels like weā€™re being discriminated. Let me start out with the things we faced in our old apartment before we transferred to the new one (SAME COMPLEX). 1) AC issues, 2) apartment getting flooded ruining our furniture, clothes, electronics from upstair neighbors, and worse to worse, our car getting stolen from the apartment complex (where is theft or damage insurance coming into play with any of this that we pay every month?) Mind you, the apartment complex never used to have their gates closed (still doesnā€™t), and when our car was stolen, their cameras werenā€™t working or have the quality from 2000. After listing all the problems and concerns, SARAH, one of the manager at that time, mentioned our only solution is that we can just transfer to another apartment in the same complex. And we did. This apartment itself was dirty when we moved in. We put in so many tickets for the dryer and other issues and listed them to Sarah, and nothing was done for us. Monthly flew by and we finally got a new car. I spoke to Angela last week to get it to her that now that we have gotten a new car, we would like to get the parking sticker Sarah promised us before we transferred over to another apartment in the complex, and guess what? Sarah left the company, and all the issues we have ever faced were never notated, and SARAH did not mention anything about our parking sticker for it to be replaced since it was already paid previously. We had given our stolen car police report when it had happened. And they donā€™t have anything on the file. My husband had to repurchase a whole another parking sticker (for something that was paid to Sarah previously), and the least this apartment complex could have done was give us a replacement of the ticket without charging us AGAIN. Please donā€™t move here, I am just counting months for us to move out. They wonā€™t help you in anyway. Thatā€™s why none of these employees last any longer and end up moving out or leaving. Itā€™s very shameful that we are residents of these apartments. They donā€™t care about the resident at all. Save your time and look to move at other apartments nearby.

PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING HERE!! Please be advised before considering renting at this location. If you appreciate a high risk of car break-ins, unclean and moldy premises, along with the persistent odor of garbage and pet waste in the summertime, then you have discovered the ideal place. There is a multitude of issues with both the establishment and the service, as evidenced by the 1.5-star rating on Yelp. For the price you pay for these apartments, there are undoubtedly superior options available. The only redeeming qualities are the leasing office and the scenic view from it. Maintenance issues frequently arise, necessitating numerous work orders. Living here can be incredibly frustrating and detrimental to one's mental well-being. It's worth noting that the management seems to believe they have the authority to employ their personal officer, Patrick, despite the lease explicitly stating that they do not provide law enforcement or security services. This individual has been permitted to harass residents without proper justification, even in cases where no prior warnings or complaints were made by Vintage Park Apartments or their office associates. An apology has not been extended for this behavior. The manager exhibits a lack of respect, entitlement, and appears to be running the apartments ineffectively. There are instances of double-charging for fees and harassment, and the office staff often portrays themselves as too busy. It is essential to remember that they are employed to serve hardworking, law-abiding citizens who pay their rent promptly. As a piece of advice, prospective tenants, regardless of their racial background, may want to reconsider this location due to numerous other superior apartment options. The mandatory AT&T internet service is slow and non-negotiable, which can be frustrating for residents. Despite occasional events meant to distract from ongoing issues, this place requires significant improvement. Instead of addressing these concerns, the manager, Cerra, appears to prioritize the presence of her associate, Patrick, who acts in an inappropriate and intimidating manner towards tenants who have been punctual with their payments. This situation is especially concerning given the diverse racial backgrounds of the residents involved. The first interaction with Patrick was marked by disrespectful behavior, including intrusive questions about our parents' whereabouts. These actions are wholly inappropriate for a grown man residing in the same apartment complex. This place also suffers from issues like unsanitary common areas filled with dog waste and children's play areas being misused, which is particularly concerning for families without pets. Vintage Park Apartments is a disgrace to the local community, and the management's actions are cause for significant concern.

I've lived here since 2019. Don't move here unless you like being woken up at 4am EVERYDAY by trash collection and stepping over piles and piles of dog poop in the dog park. Also, the gate by the trail has been broken for over a year and after many calls and work orders--nothing was done. I was promised carpet cleaning every time I renewed my lease and only until recently was it honored and even then it was a fight to get it completed. You'll get the run-around by management. I've been here through many management team changes but nothing seems to progress--just empty promises. Very disappointing because I like my apartment but this is my last year. Update: Lake is impossible to get ahold of-- I still haven't heard from her. The new office manager, Ollie, promised to email me back last month and hasn't. Trash still comes at 4 am.

I'm still in the process of moving in, but so far so good. When I found this place, I loved the area and it's pretty close to my job. Nathan sounds so cheerful every time I call in, and Raquel is personable and down to earth. I appreciate the easy move in, and can't wait to get fully settled.

The complex is designed to attract people who need to live in the cheapest apartment available in this particular area. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple hundred dollars more a month across the street. I only moved here because I needed something quickly and they had immediate availability. I understand why now. Hair from the prior resident is visible in the bathroom paint and grout. They charge $75 for a replacement parking sticker if you have a new car. Not another parking spotā€¦. Just a piece of plastic to put on the windshield. They have contracted a man who circles the parking lot and immediately tows anyone without a sticker. That sounds great until they tow your Uber Eats driver. Or your friend who came over to check on your son who sliced his foot open. Imagine heā€™s helping your son out to get in his car to take him to urgent care, and his car is being towed. Meanwhile there are 20 open parking spots. I could go on but if youā€™ve read this far and still want to live here, good luck.

Angela is awesome! Me and my family literally came by 3 different times to check out the facility as I am so particular about apartments and wanted to make sure this was a place i could easily stay in long term while Iā€™m finishing school. She was very welcoming, wasnā€™t pushy at all and just really made us feel right at home. The property itself is very well maintained and there are tons of amenities that the kids will love ! We went ahead and put in our applications. Will update review as my experience with the complex continues.

Do not rent here if youā€™re looking for compassionate office staff. Angela is the most condescending individual I have ever encountered in my life. I locked my car and apartment keys with my purse inside my car. I called and asked to be let in and she told me I would need my ID, I told her I had a picture on my phone but it was locked in my car. She said thatā€™s acceptable & agreed. She then said she never met me so she canā€™t verify my identity even when I offered to show her a copy of my lease and ID in my email. She was snarky, hateful, sarcastic stating that she wouldnā€™t call down a maitence employee who knows me or call the manager who also knows me. I told her I was almost there with my 2 year old & she went back on her word & LIED saying ā€œI never said I would accept the picture of your IDā€ after me and the people who agreed to bring me HEARD her accept it. I have proof that I arrived at 5:01pm after calling and pleading to her that I was minutes away and she tells me ā€œI donā€™t get paid overtime, if youā€™re not here itā€™s not my problemā€. She locked the doors & when I called I was told I would need to get a locksmith or come back at 1pm tomorrow. Purse with funds and ID in car, no way to get a hotel, no phone charger, no car keys & no way to get into my house. Worst day of my life and all could have been solved with some compassion or atleast a little from the staff of the place thatā€™s supposed to be home.

Vintage Park Apartments offers a fantastic location, but there are some frustrating issues that detract from the experience. The heated outdoor spa, a sought-after amenity, is unreliable ā€“ it's a toss-up whether it'll be working or not. The gym, which is a big selling point for many residents, has been closed before, adding to the disappointment. On top of that, the common areas often have dog waste scattered around, which is unsanitary and unfair to those of us without pets. What adds to the frustration is that despite calling multiple times about these issues, nothing has been done. It's disheartening and makes it seem like our complaints don't matter. We're paying a significant amount in rent but can't fully utilize the amenities we're promised. While Vintage Park Apartments has the potential to be a fantastic place to live, management needs to address these recurring issues promptly and show that they value the concerns of their residents. It's not just about improving our living experience; it's about creating a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone in the community.

I was looking for a good apartment in the area and then I came across with Raquel while looking. She was so caring, friendly and eager to help me out, and I have rented my first apartment with them. Special thanks for your time and gesture RaquelšŸ„³.
