I will let the consumer decide. I took my wedding ring to Broyles to have it polished and re-antiqued. I specifically told the owner and the manager to not over polish it. If you do, the mil-grain on the side will wear off and flatten. The picture on the right is how my ring should look. The picture on the left is after I picked it up from Broyles. They blatantly over polished the ring and took off the mil-grain, you don't even need a loop to see that. They told me it was normal wear and tear and only offered a refund. Luckily the ring will be able to be repaired and is not a family heirloom. They have lost any of my future business.

Allen was ahmazzzzing and repaired my watch while I waited. Not always easy finding people you trust. I had already been to two other places and was told a week to ten days simply to get an estimate on price for the repair. I will be back! Not only that I’m going to continue sharing with others!

This place is awesome! I don't know much about jewelry; I'd bet many of you don't either. My wife's wedding ring had become broken (the ring itself). I shopped for a place to do a repair, found Broyle's. Based on Google reviews, I decided to give them a try. What a great experience. I picked up the ring today and it looks brand spanking new. They repaired the ring, put a new "head" on it (the part that holds the Marquis-cut diamond), and cleaned it. Wow! My wife is happy, I'm happy. Simple as that. Great job Broyle's. I will be back. Everyone else: go here. There's no other option.

I have known Alan Broyles since he was a very young boy. Knew his dad also. My son and Alan raced BMX bicycles together back when they were young boys. He’s honest and alway does a great job with whatever I ask of him. I highly recommend.
