The lady that took my order was extremely rude. She didn’t have a name tag. But said her name was Cornishe. I asked to add 1 stevia inside and she told me to put it myself and that she is not going to waste time doing that.

The guy at the window was super nice and gave my dog a little cup of whipped cream! How sweet is that?! This Starbucks isnt even the closest to my house, I drive an extra 10 minutes for the great service I always seem to get!

Twice in two weeks I have been cheated with the same scam where the barista cannot open the register but has given me the wrong change probably pocketing the rest of my change. Yes it's only $0.25 or $0.30 but I'm tired of the scam. Additionally, because I get the same order every single time, I know I was just overcharged. I didn't want to make a scene because there was another customer there and don't want to embarrass the only employee working at this time or become an internet target, but this is not staying local. I'm contacting corporate. Let's see how far that $0.50 gets them. Edit: this is at the Starbucks inside Randall's, not the stand-alone across the street.

Usually I like Randall’s Starbucks, but the girl there is HORRIBLE. I’ve never seen her before, I don’t know if she’s a new hire but the drinks she made were soooo bad and disgusting, and it was so watery even though it was a Frappuccino. She even called out the wrong drink and my drink got switched with my sister’s. Also, she’s so slow at making drinks. I get she’s alone and by herself at the place but legit some lady finished her shopping before she came back and the girl wasn’t even finished making her coffee yet. $13 for trash drinks!!

If I could give a 0 to this place I would! I went to get some Starbucks with my friend today and the person that was there today mad for some reason , speaking with another women who was also working there I am not sure if it was her manager but I am very very upset 😠….. we ask for the caramel Frappuccino , which I ordered 5 and she was mad cause we ordered 5? Like wtf….. They both women were African American , I don’t even know their names cause they don’t even have it on! They really need to hired people that does know how to treat customers!

Very slow worker believe name was DQuan. Literally got sweet milk and no traces of coffee or espresso. Never had issues before. Usually better than the stand alone across the stress but guess not.

She is racist she heared me and my son talk spanish and she said we are abt to close and said to hurry up when we has just Walked in she also said they were cleanning the machines alredy we then waited for someone else to walk in they were americans and she acted completly diffrent and she attended they while we waited outside.

Usually when my drink is wrong I don’t complain I just take it and go. I used to work at Starbucks so I know it can be hectic. But this time I was really just craving a Marble Hot chocolate with soy milk because it’s chilly outside.. well I did go back because I realized when I got Home it was only a White hot chocolate.. so I went back and they had my drink made so quick I was thankful but then I got Home and realized it’s not soy milk 😭... so sad I don’t feel like driving back.. so so sad
