I do not recommend this apartment to anyone infested with mold and roaches terrible new management do yourself a favor and look in a better area I have watched at least 10 New families move in and all left within a few months. One of my neighbors was shot in the head on her front porch. The catalytic converters were cut off of my car and I was shot at in the process. My car has been broken into several times. My car has also been illegally towed several times from right in front of my home in what is supposed to be “our” parking lot. It’s honesty sad this used to be a decent place but over time they have let it run down with little to no effort to maintain these old apartments the pool is dark nasty green about 80% of the year the dishwashers leak water onto the floors and stink if not used daily. Take my advice and avoid this place and general area!!!!!

I’ve been living at the Arden for 14 years now. 2009 is when we me and my family moved in I remember it being nice over here . It was so nice I that when my family moved out , I came back to rent my own place . Staff and maintenance was great until it became a problem with bees surrounding our bedroom window , coming inside our home with my child. The roaches are horrible , doesn’t matter how clean you are !! On top of that we didn’t get moved in with a/c we had to get a old unit installed into our bedroom window for the first couple of weeks until they came to fix our a/c. We moved units , and that was no better, the space was better but apartment has same problems but worse , there’s holes in the door to where ants are crawling around sleeping with us . The water system has a consist problem, if the hot water is not working , it’s the whole water not working at all. I have a wet smell in my bathroom area that won’t go away , I try to clean and keep a freshener in there but the wet smell is overpowering. This morning I wake up to use the restroom and the toilet won’t flush. The list goes on !!! Don’t recommend living here, if your going to pay a arm and leg , don’t do it here !!!

This property has really improved since the new manager started. The leasing office staff are so sweet and super helpful. They always respond quickly even if it’s just a simple question or a maintenance request. The property is clean, & my neighbors are polite. I love my townhome, & I definitely recommend this apartment complex!

Been there five and a half years. Quite and peaceful neighbors. Maintained in pretty good condition, but there's an off and on plumbing issue with some units.

the new manager is doing a better job. she answers right away and is trying to get the issues addressed. she calls and let's us know when maintenance is coming. she helps anyway she can. I feel alot better with her in charge. I feel like someone is listening and genuinely cares about our concerns. I've lived here 12 years. I've seen many come and go. The new manager makes me feel seen and heard and tries to get things handled in a timely manner.

The leasing manager Tanesha Richardson was very rude to me and my little brother when I came to talk to her about getting a key for my cousin apartment to lock it up. She began talking about me and my little brother who was quiet the whole time as soon as we left out the office twice and was very passive aggressive with me during our conversation. I apologized if I offended her by asking questions about how to get a key and what email my cousin needs to email for the key to be given to lock up the apartment. I was told I did nothing wrong but behind my back called names like i was unwanted even though we are guest at the complex. If you have a short fuse around people why work with them.

The lady at the front desk( Tanisha Richardson)is so sweet and kind she made us feel like home we are officially gonna be moving in on February 18 so excited can't wait for this new chapter in our lives ❤️

If I could give zero starts I sincerely would. ROACH INFESTED!! if you live in building 3 you are bound to live with roaches. The office is aware of the roach infestations. There is no pest control service but charging people for it. The maintenance man is spraying water and that’s all!!! I lived here for 30 days could not take it anymore !!! The leasing office are not credible people. Tanesha took my personal file and used it for personal use!!!!!! There is a harassment case against her!!! The regional manager is aware of this situation and has yet to do anything!! Overall I would not recommend living here unless you like creepy neighbors whom stay amongst you, roaches in your bed!!! I’ve shared 3 different reviews about this complex starting over a year ago NOBODY has ever addressed my concerns like I see them under other reviews I wonder why ? Lol is it because truth speaks volumes , my car gets broken into , they said file a police report . I did . Nothing ever happened, we’re getting charged for things we don’t use or get to use Pest Control , the whole entire complex is very old and run down roaches in every unit , trash over flowing at the dumpsters, the janitors are very rude and will trash your porch with dirt and leaves , SOMEBODY FIRE TANISHA ALREADY SHES RUDE ! SHES a LIAR ! Like how many different people have to mention this lady

Patrick the manager is Awesome. Very easy going and helpful. Happy to say I live here!
