Good Place to visit, map needs correction.

Dholidhaja dam is very close from my house and i can say also near my best memories. Dholidhaja dam is One of the best place for youngsters now a days . Every sunday their are more public. Everybody can enjoy younger from elders this is a place to visitable in Surendra nagar and mostly people comes for best photoshoots.

Dhareshwar mahadev mandir is there and surrounding it dam so very attractive natural place .kind of peaceful place sunset view is great of it.on mahashivratri small feir is there and food stall was there otherwise on common days not much people and peaceful place only with beuty of water

Its a wonderful place where one can enjoy the beautiful evening in surendranagar The only place in surendranagar where you fine the pease of mind !!

One of picnic place in Surendranagar....two temples are there near dam...one is Dholeshwar Mahadev and one is of that Meladi mataji....now the dam is most of the time in entire yr remains full bse of Narmada water. While water through Narmada canal is needed to realeased in Saurastra region, first dam to get filled is dholi dhaja dam. It is situated on Bhogavo river and was built n opened for public in 1959. It provides drinking water to approx 3 to 4 lac people of Surendranagar, wadhwan, joravarnagar n Ratanpar area...it's length is 3891 meter.
