🫤 Good for body building. Not for general fitness. Equipment for cardio is low quality. They donot allow shift swap. If you miss an evening shift they will not allow to join in the morning vise-versa. 1st 3-4 days trainers will cooperate but after that it's your own practice. Trademill is not working....
