He listens to all the problems so patiently and the techniques he taught me helped me so much.. I was really depressed but after coming under his guidance I was able to feel better just within few days.. He is so patient while listening to all my problems.. I started taking therapy from Soumyadeep Koley in 2022. In less than a year, he initiated me into self-compassion, healing and complete autonomy - three things that are most important to come out of deep-seated trauma. Mr. Koley is a very patient listener, the most empathetic counselor and his solutions also centre around simple somatic and ritualistic exercises/tasks that are are tailored to suit your personality and issues.
