Our 4 nights Dubai tour had been organised by TCL on behalf of Thomas Cook. Dhow boat cruise, belly dance, desert safari, sightseeing everything had been arranged smoothly and we had enjoyed a lot. Hotel Grand Excelsior, Al Barsha was good but not the best. Temperature is a prime factor though it was October. Sightseeing was well planned. Over all nice experiences for me and my family though highly expensive.

In this pandemic, they had provided good hotels and well sanitized car. Itinerary was very smooth and we had enjoyed a lot. We had 6 female members and never faced any problem. Last month we 6 had visited Guwahati and Manas National Park with customised package from TCL. They had booked airtickets, hotels, car and it was excellent trip. Driver Binod bora was friendly. We can't forget our visit to Leh-Ladakh in May end and can't mix it up with other tourist places. While going Khar Tongla La pass (Highest road in the world), we had a feeling of flying. At one point of time, we were scared also, as breething is difficult due to thin air and low oxygen level. Pangong lake is far more beautiful than it looks in pictures. TCL had arranged everything superbly. Leh-Ladakh offers, nothing but absolutely breathtaking and pristine beauty. Not frequented by many people still comparing other tourist places. The 2 lakes Pangong and Tsomoriri are one of the most beautiful. The flight from Delhi was hardly 55 minutes so easy to go too. Overall highly satisfying with some unforgettable moments. Early planning is a must to book Delhi-Leh-Delhi flights to avoid hectic journey by road.

For the first time we did our tour to Vizag - Araku- Hyderabad in February with TCL and we are happy with hotels, transport, EC tickets to Araku and back. Nice arrangements by them. Very good services.

The tour were planned by us from January and in April We were in total confused state of mind due to Europe tour time frame, itineraries and our office holidays during Puja. We contacted them end of April and they had given us 3 options. A. England and France (6 nights) B. Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland and France (11 Nights) C. Only Switzerland (4 Nights). Option A was rejected due to 2 costly visas for such a short period tour and B was totally impossible for the time scarcity. When we talk about Rajasthan, we imagine lots of sand, folk music and unique culture. Rajasthan is the place where you can find it very easily with decent people, pure Rajasthani culture, cool folk music and more over lots of sand spreads in miles. TCL had planned our February end entire trip seamlessly from Jaipur –Udaipur –Mt. Abu – Jodhpur – Jaisalmer – Agra –Delhi and back to Bangalore. Jaipur which is known as the Pink City because of the colour of the stone used exclusively in the walled city. Udaipur, Mt. Abu are great to feel the luxury of the rulars. Jodhpur is great, the landscape is scenic. Jaisalmer is the place to understand Rajasthani culture and food. Agra is famous for the  mesmerizing Tajmahal. One night Delhi had been included in the itinerary for the flight back home. All the hotels were 3 star plus category with bf and dinner. Car was Innova. We had enjoyed a lot and it was a memorable one.  Strongly recommend them.

We had an amazing trip to Mauritius with them. Stayed in the wonderful Anelia Resort and spa, a 4 star property at Flic en Flac resort Island with amazing friendly people and lip smacking food. The spa was excellent and definitely worth a visit. Surroundings were so beautiful we never forget. We had covered Pamplemousses Botanical Garden, Port Louis, Cathedral Saint Louis Church, Jumbo Hyper Market, Ile aux Cerfs Island by Trou d'eau Douce by speedboat. Done underwater walk, parasailing. Visited Grand Bassin also known as Ganga Talao, a sacred lake which communicates with water of the holy Ganges in India. Overall my wife and daughter enjoyed the most and for that I am thankful to them. Highly recommend.

We had booked 7 day Best of Switzerland through TCL and covered Zurich, Lucerne, Schaffhausen, Montreux, Bern, Interlaken, Lausanne, Geneva and Zermatt. Enjoyed the rotating cable car at Mt. Titlis. Visited financial capital Bern. Hotels and Restaurants were very good. Friendly English speaking guide was there. Overall amazing trip and all the members were very impressed.

We have a child, so, we preferred a local agent and my father had spoken with Kalyanbabu of TCL and during Puja vacation, we had finalised the Usa tour through them in association of Thomas Cook representative. It was a 7N/8D tour from Delhi to Delhi with 4 Nights Leh, 1 Night Nubra, 1 Night Pangong, 1 Night Tsomoriri. They also booked our Delhi up and down by Rajdhani Express. I have seen quite a few places across the world but the kind of beauty Leh/Ladakh offers, nothing that I have seen across the world. It is absolutely breathtaking and pristine. The 2 lakes Pangong and Tsomoriri are one of the most beautiful. They had provided camps in 3 places and decent hotels too in Leh. The flight from delhi is hardly 55 minutes, so easy to go too. They had provided breakfast, dinner and 4 lunches and discount coupon for balance lunches. Also provided 1 small 8kg oxygen cylinders for our group. Cars were Innova in Leh and Xylo for other places. But now they are offering the same tour with discount. Our price was ₹78000/- approximately. May be due to Puja rush. Visa, sightseeing programmes were inclusive. Certainly recommend.
