    Amazing place for Yoga for beginners! The instructor is not only calm and composed but has a really positive aura! If you’re just starting your yoga journey, do attend classes here. The studio is lovely, bright and spacious as well💐

    Kaval Ji is an amazing yog guru and one of the most kindest people I've met. Her classes feel like therapy which leave you feeling zen and ready for the day. I started doing yoga for the first time when I joined Yog Cafe and I've fallen in love with it. Both beginners and people who have been practicing yoga should join, highly recommended.

    The best part about Kaval's yoga classes are that I have always left feeling calm and more energised. Even though, I have only been able to attend classes via zoom - Kaval pays great attention to detail and like a true teacher she pushes you to achieve your best but also watches you carefully to ensure you are not pushing yourself in a way that can cause an injury. Kaval's voice and way of teaching makes me feel so calm and present in the moment - which are really the highlights of any Yoga Session! Highly recommend her to anyone!! I cannot wait to visit her studio 😃😃

    In my busy schedule, when i decided to give atleast one hour to myself , Kaval's Yog Cafe made it worthwhile and fruitful. Specially for a beginner like me with a stiff posture and changing work places, her online yoga classes has really helped me in overcoming issues of all aspects of my life. Her dedication to help, motivate and reform her each and every student is really amazing.

    Kaval is one of the most intuitive and result driven yoga teacher I've learnt with. She has a meditative way of taking classes and classes are a lot of fun along with focus on learning different asana names 🥰 Highly recommend!

    I have been attached to this class for over a month now and I have been more than satisfied with the changes I see within myself. The asanas and the flow of exercises seem to cover all parts of my body. The instructions are accurate that help me in getting the right posture during the asanas. For a beginner like me, Kaval is the perfect mentor to start the yoga journey.

    The yoga sessions are excellent, ambience is extremely calm and the studio is very nice and clean. It’s by far the best studio in town. I completed my 200hr TTC under Kaval ma’am’s guidance. I couldn’t have asked for better guidance. Really thankful and would strongly recommend!

    One of the best yoga centre I have ever come across. I want to thank ms Kaval mam for teaching me so well and enlightening me with her excellent knowledge. Words are not enough to describe the experiences I had with this centre. If anybody is looking for mindfulness experience please visit this beautiful place.

    The only and only one stop for learning and enjoying Yog is here!! The aura of the surroundings and our guru, Kaval is surely the highlight and absolutely not to be missed. The practice here leaves you in a blissful and peaceful state of mind. Even if you feel soreness of the body you want to come back to the place again and again!! Thank you Kaval for making the practice so so easy and joyful😊

    When i joined kaval classes i didn't know how i will do the yoga and how it will benefit me. But kaval mam made it easier. She teaches yoga with best effort and full energy. 1 houre will make you sweat and calm at the end. This is the best yoga classses in chandigarh. She teaches you from the core and that is the best thing.
