We were invited back after a horrible experience. On the second try Hyatt did everything in their power to make it a 5 star experience. I enjoyed the culinary talents of Chef Daniel from. Milan. His set menu of Italian cuisine was excellent. I particularly liked his lamb meatballs, pumpkin salad, ravioli, tortellini soup and profiteroles with chocolate sauce. All in all it was a much better experience than the first time. My only add is that this is the way you should always treat your guests.

Wonderful prodigious Italian food experience. We just went their for a small meal and ordered Poached Chicken Kale salad. The salad was perfectly made with delicious dressing on kale. Focaccia bread served in complimentary bread basket was very light and yummy. And the same was bellpepper relish. Good job!!!

Pros : 1. Service The service was great by Lalit and Ratna. The order got messed up in the end and we graciously treated with complimentary dessert as an apology. 2. Food The Pizza is the most authentic Italian I've had in Chandigarh. Silken Tofu was a recommendation of theirs and it lived up to the hype; crispy on the outside, soft and smooth on the inside with brilliant flavours. The Sushi was decent as well. Cons: Had 2 Ice creams, Gianduja and espresso. Both were below average though, tasted as if it was just a basic Vadilal. All in all good experience though. It was good value for money.

DON'T TRY THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE A STRONG STOMACH AND DEAD TASTE BUDS:: Based on an earlier pleasant meal we went to enjoy some quality Italian food to celebrate our sons Birthday on 25/08. However, the service has completely dipped in both quality, service attentiveness and server knowledge of the menu. Due to our experience felt this review must be put out to alert others who may be lured for the claimed Italian fare......a starter of Mini Bruchetta was average and all main course dishes were pathetic. Herb Roast Chicken Thyme Infused, Roasted Vegetables, Truffle Mash, Mushroom Jus - the sauce was over salted and very basic, not even close to our expectations. Pork Ribs Grilled Ribs, Roasted Baby Vegetables, Palm Crushed Potato, Pepper Jus - the sauce was bitter to taste and destroyed the entire dish. Palm crushed Potatoes were more of a hash soaked in the same bitter sauce. Chicken Lasagna Thyme Infused Chicken, Parmesan Cheese With Homemade Pasta - completely below par infact it tastes far better at local eateries in Chandigarh. All of us landed up feeling uncomfortable on reaching home with variously upset stomachs.

We went there last night, my sister and I. It started very well with Sapna, among the sweetest manager and then it only downhill. Maybe it was because we answered regular water when given a choice between regular and bottled. Because just 2 mins after that when we asked them to do something about the mosquitoes, they said they will get onto it but for the next 45 mins, they didn’t seem to have done anything, didn’t even offer to change our table. At one point, Anushri, my sister actually said- atleast ambience vibe this is not a lot different than having Pani Puri outside. It was funny, slightly exaggerated but only slightly. Food was not bad not great and while they are serving asian Italian and bar food all at the same place, it was slightly off place to be given Khimchi as a complementary snack to precede A pasta and a pizza. Definitely missable

Service is exceptionally slow. Can not expect 2 servers to wait on 5-6 tables, not fair on them either. If the restaurant is hosting a private party then adequate resources need to be provided to both, dine in can not be ignored. The servers were doing their best but this is something management needs to look into...

The best Italian food place in town. The flavours are perfect. The place is quite and very well decorated and the staff is polite and helpful. Pasta and pizza are best and so is the tomato soup.

A pleasant place for Italian food, the Hyatt ambience and the Italian chef add to the charm. And with an adjoining Oriental restaurant one can enjoy preparations from both cuisines. The food varies from decent to excellent, depending on the choice of dishes, but the overall experience is inevitably good.

I was on a short visit to Chandigarh and visited the restaurant with my family. Right from the time we stepped in till we left, the experience was fabulous. We were served with Japanese, Chinese and Italian delicacies which were amazing and took us on a different trip altogether. Also kudos to Shweta and her manager Sumit Sharma for the warm welcome and hospitality which took the dining experience to the another level.

Recently visited here with my family and we have an amazing experience, definitely love to come again . I ordered their Veg Tandoori Platter (which includes Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Malai Soya Chaap, Dahi Ke Sholay & Hare Bhare kebab) which taste absolutely delicious, Dal Makhani with Garlic Naan, Chicken Biryan, Cheese Pullover Spring Roll(totally love it), Achari Tandoori Soya Chaap, their super refreshing Mocktales and we end our lunch with their tasty & yummy Chocolate Spring Roll with Icecream & Gulab Jamun. Super friendly staff, overall I just love it. Highly Recommended.

Nice restaurant where you can get both Italian and Asian food. Food quality was good and tasty for both types. Prices are reasonable. Service is sometimes a bit slow.

Descent autmosphere. Easily available for one who wants to dine in silence and Peace. Available bar menu is enough to make a good evening.

They deserve 5*, but for limited menu. the Chef 'real Italian' Gian Franco is par excellence, friendly and will customise the dishes as per request. A gem waiting to be discovered it is a nice quite place to have leisurely meals over conversation, washed down with endless glasses of wine.
