Beautiful and well maintained hotel with a grand lobby. The rooms despite being aged were extremely cozy and clean. We had the club room and kid me not, the club lounge is an amazing perk especially during happy hours. The staff at the hotel is mostly youth with great professionalism. Breakfast was fantastic with one of the best spreads i have seen. Will surely visit here again.

The breakfast buffet was nice. The ambiance of the hotel is good. Also to mention I found it a bit expensive as compared with other luxury hotels around. Still would prefer to visit again for my next trip. Recommended to visit once and experience yourself.

I had gone to Hyatt regency for lunch.. the buffet had a lot of options and the taste was up to the mark.. the dessert section is too much to handle. With so many options you are sure to get confused what to try and what not to. Just 1 suggestion to add some more dishes in the vegetarian section for main course

Near the Hyatt Regency Hotel, there is a huge luxurious building Elante The Mall, which has a lot of shops, in which you can do all kinds of shopping. Hyatt Regency is Chandigarh's largest and five star hotel. Hyatt Hotel is built in the very center of Chandigarh, near which railway station, airport, bus stand, all kinds of facilities are available.

What an amazing experience, one I will never forget. Walking into this Palace Hotel I immediately felt relaxed. Upon entering our room they had setup wine, fruit and dark chocolate cake dessert it was such a beautiful site. Then we went up to the rooftop pool which we had to ourselves, back to the room to lounge and enjoy the beautiful tub in the well displayed glass washroom which was impeccably clean. Then back down to for supper and a tour of the art in the hotel near the conference rooms. Very well laid out, I did not hear any noises from the city around the hotel during my stay. I would definitely spend more than a couple nights here again.

Nice Hyatt property with amazing location and great staff. Especially Nisha from the front desk was superb and made our stay very comfortable. The Lounge is great with good views of the Elante mall. The breakfast is exotic with a nice spread. The pool area and Spa was also exquisite. We enjoyed our stay. Recommend it.

Amazing hotel, great location and good value for money. The buffet food selection for dinner and breakfast was endless, fresh & amazing. One of the best spreads I've had from any hotel visited across the world. We also opted for the executive lounge upgrade, which had unlimited drinks and more amazing food selection in a comfy surroundings for a few hours. All the staff were super polite and very accommodating, especially Ramesh & Super Mario from the dining staff 🙏🏽🙌🏽 The twin rooms were large, airy and spacious with great modern facilities, plus a huge TV with Bluetooth connectivity/screen sharing. Beds & pillows were plump and very comfy. There was also a beautiful out door pool & spa facilities, however we was unable to use as we passing by for the evening to catch a morning flight. Plus the spa needs to be booked in advance to avoid disappointment. The massive mall behind is conveniently less than a 5min walk and has a great range of top end shops & food options during the day. Night time there are 3/4 impressive bars/clubs for a great nightlife experience of Chandigarh Overall would highly recommend this hotel as it was luxurious, comfortable & convenient!

A Harrowing Experience-Courtesy Hyatt We were three couples looking forward to celebrate the Valentines Day at a property we thought was known for its fine dining. We booked the tables in advance and went there with utmost eagerness and excitement which was soon turned into utter disappointment. Never did we think that a Five Star Property would treat their guests in a way that will make them so furious. The service was extremely pathetic and slow and waiters there were roaming around the premises aloof and ignorant of the guests that were present there for so called "Fine Dining". We were promised Live Music for the evening. When we enquired about the same, the staff at the reception told us that was a separate entry and charge. We were stunned by such Rude, Unprofessional and Unapologetic behavior of the staff. We sat at our tables for almost 1.5 Hrs and the only food we got was a single bite sized piece of watermelon. We left our tables for the insult that the staff of the Hyatt meted out to us on a day we thought we would make special for our loved ones. The staff did not heed to our complaints nor the other customers present at the premises. Will never again visit Hyatt Regency, Industrial Area Chandigarh. Pathetic Experience. Wish could give them negative stars.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff exceeded all expectations with their super-friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor. The service was not only fast but of exceptional quality. What stood out the most was the authentic interactions with the staff – no corporate pretense, just real human beings, and we loved that. The hotel's location next to Elante Mall was a huge plus for us, adding to the overall convenience. The staff's behavior and service were truly commendable, from the car parking and security team to the check-in process and room service. Every interaction was marked by friendliness and efficiency. I’ve stayed 2 weeks in the hotel. It’s clean, located attached to a mall, good Indian food, and a very friendly and welcoming staff. The lounge is nice with snacks every night evening, and a nice service with Mr Pradeep and all the staff

Had been thrice at Hyatt in last one month and all experiences are worse! Problems- Average service, staff needs to be more courteous and attentive! Chef never takes instructions seriously or I must they ignore customer instructions!! If you mention any specific requirement they are never followed! Highly not recommended and please go for other similar chains in Chandigarh for better experience.

Good place to stay considering the location and the adjacent mall. Def a family friendly hotel. There were some issues with our room so they upgraded us to compensate. But the daily service does need improvement though to live up to its 5 star rating. Special mention for Ms. Vibhu at the front desk who was very nice and warm, my child would look for her everyday. In general pretty friendly staff.

recent dining experience at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh left much to be desired. The food quality was shockingly poor, with dishes lacking flavor and presentation. The menu promised an array of exquisite options, but what arrived on my plate was far from it. The service was equally disappointing – slow, inattentive, and seemingly indifferent to the guests' needs. It felt as though the staff couldn't be bothered to provide a satisfactory dining experience. Even basic requests seemed to fall on deaf ears. To make matters worse, the prices were unjustifiably high for the subpar quality of food and service. I've had better meals at local eateries for a fraction of the cost. It's a shame that a renowned hotel like Hyatt Regency would allow such a dismal culinary experience to tarnish its reputation.

Probably the cleanest hotel I have been to my entire life, other than some Oberois. It was absolutely pristine. The hotel didn't have heating in the HVAC so it capped out at 24 degrees C. The TV remote in the room was also of a different model that they replaced promptly. The food and the drinks in the club lounge was also quiet varied. We went to the restaurant, the Italian one, and the mutton was one of the best I've ever had. I could just drive to the property to have that mutton again. But please guys use a different cleaning agent in the room, the smell is horrendous when you check in.

Had food at the Skyroom but the quality and flavours were not good. The pasta was the worst. They need to improve on the flavours and the quality.

In heart of industrial area at Chandigar, centrally located. Meeting rooms are good ideal to conduct up to 200 people gatherings good food excellent services cordial staff. Parking is available for guest.

We had 2 night stay with my family at hyatt. All over experience was fabulous. Rooms were clean and tidy including showers. Food was amazing as we got breakfast including. So much variety in breakfast that kids really liked and enjoyed. Coming to the staff, duty Manager Rameshwari- she was fabulous in terms of hospitality. So kind, approachable and dedicated towards her role. One of the staff member - Himanshu he was amazing while we were having our breakfast, making sure everyone comfortable. We also had salon services including manicure pedicure head massage etc etc , girls in the salon - Aman and Dhara were fabulous, so welcoming and lovely. Overall experience was fantastic. Giving 5 star rating to the whole staff of Hyatt. Thanks 😊

Had a very pleasant, luxurious stay at Hyatt Regency. Stayed for 2 days with family. Staff was very courteous and helpful need to specially mention Abhay Agarwal very soft spoken and helpful. Breakfast buffet spread was very wide and tasty. The South Indian section needs improvement in taste especially idlis and sambhar. Pool was very nice but water was very chill. Very close to ELANTE MALL so very convenient for Shopping. Overall had a great time staying at Hyatt Regency

The kids loved the activity room, and the rooms are typical of an upscale hill station hotel. We also loved the pool which is warmed to a temperature that was almost like a jacuzzi. Where this hotel really stands out is in the quality of service that it's staff provides. There is an absolute culture of providing exceptional service in every aspect. The restaurant prepared customized dishes for us, all of which were excellent. The front desk was excellent at meeting our every need, including local transportation, restaurant recommendations etc. Overall, you just can't go wrong with The Oberoi Cecil

My stay was nice. But I happen to leave my belongings in the room, but to my surprise the hotel hasn't been picking up calls, even an enquiry can't be made. I called them on three separate days, rang twice each time and no one responded. Very weird but yeah it happened.

Being one of the prestigious business hotels, Hyatt has never disappointed in its services. Very well maintained, well behaved staff, great ambience, astonishing view, well maintained rooms with bath tubs and delicious menu! Anytime recommended.

Amazing place to stay in chandigarh in the industrial area right beside the elante mall. The facilities and interiors are high class typical Hyatt. The staff at the front desk especially Tanish and govind are very helpful. The staff were extremely helpful and the front desk went to great lengths to make my stay comfortable. The only disadvantage with the room is that the bathrooms are not climate controlled and will become cold in the cold weather. Also the water in the shower is lukewarm. The staff promised me that these shortcomings will be fixed. Coming to the food it is above average , the breakfast fare is great but the quality of dinner is good with some variation in quality on different days.

Hyatt is a good place to stay and have business meetings. I have been President of one of the chapters of BNI and had our weekly meetings here. They have nice food but have seen that when the strength of your members is more then they bother less and service is affected. Overall we have very amazing experience with Hyatt. Very much recommended.

Needless to say anything about the Hyatt. You think of it and its right there. Finest chain of hotelaires. Visited here for dinner with our companies owner and it was a good experience altogether. The pictures are of the bar, would go again and share other pictures aswell. So, the food was very good and they have the finest of the dishes. Pay a visit here and relish the food.

I went to attend a seminar in their convention centre. Large capacity hall, large space adjoining it for food and snacks. Nearly unlimited parking space. Truly 5 star experience.

Visited Hyatt Regency Chandigarh on 28 August 2022. Guards at the entry point should be more welcoming. The Check in counter staff was also not very efficient. As they had to match the names of guests they took long time, more so as 40 rooms were booked for conference. Rooms are okay, as it is in a 5 star property. Food was average. However, the contact person and few hotel staff were helpful and met our conference requirements. Overall for me Chandigarh Hyatt was not a satisfying experience.

I went for a day and it was an absolutely amazing stay. One of the best hotels. The rooms were clean, easy check-in and check-out, amazing range of breakfast. Great location near Elante Mall and Railway station and Airport. Just that the swimming pool should have been a little more clean as per the repute of the hotel.

It was my first visit to this place. It is located in the same premise of Elante mall. It is strategically located at a popular spot. There was a wide spread of Drinks and starters for vegetarians also, which i find is something rare. Staff is well groomed and friendly force of youngsters. Food and cocktails were good. Warm and efficient service was extended by the staff.

What a warm and welcoming place, once stayed here years ago when it first opened and we were so happy to be back. The trainer at the gym was so helpful and it felt so luxurious to lift at such a neat and well set up gym. The pool was so relaxing after a hot day and they serve food and drinks by the pool which was so nice! (They said they’d opened up the pool recently since Covid so there was a bit of a rush but people and families were keeping to themselves). The location is amazing and we always felt really safe coming back late at night after dinner at the mall next door. The staff from housekeeping to the restaurant, from the front desk to the security are so helpful and gracious it makes me want to come back again soon! The Reception staff was really friendly and helpful and despite being busy throughout the day always greet guests with a smile. The food in the Urban Cafe Buffet is very good and the staff in the Restaurant goes out of the way to cater to the guests dining there. The housekeeping staff is prompt and makes you feel at home. The gym and the swimming pool are top quality and so is the spa. Overall a great experience at an excellent hotel.

Loved our stay at the Hyatt. Did not use a lot of services but the room, pool, general cleanliness was great. Special mention to the lunch and breakfast we had here. Food was really good. Good taste across the board.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Excellent property. The breakfast was a 'wow'. The added attraction was the longue facility. Unlimited alcoholic drinks from a wide range of top brands, though I am a beer person, plus very comfortable seating & books to read along with some delicious food is what will make me a regular guest.
