I have been in hospitals more than being in my own home. (Kokilaben Dhirubhai in Mumbai to Most of them in Punjab & Chandigarh , even government). On that note, I didn’t like their conduct. Lack of ethics and professionalism in the hospital. Dr Atul Malhotra seemed alright, although I would not recommend this hospital. Many a times in India, people have this thought of ‘Doctor is like a God’, and such thought usually makes this profession/industry very abusive (not always). With our holiday trip to J&K cut short due to ankle fracture, Dr Atul and his team were true saviors.We did have option of going to more flashy hospitals like Max or Fortis but ultimately went to ARV as suggested by family and friends and that indeed was the best decision What differentiates Dr Atul form others is his approachability, down to earth nature, excellent pair of hands and most importantly ETHICS. We were explained in minute details the procedure, extent of injury, course of action to be followed. When admitted saw him visit all patients atleast 3 times daily. Recently both knee replacement (TKR) on 14-May,23 by Dr. Atul Malhotra (ARV Hospital) of my mother shakuntla Rani age 57+. All treatment done in ARV hospital only. By God grace surgery successfully done. Dr. Atul Malhotra is very co-operative and he answered all my enquiries when i comes to my mother checkup. I am fully satisfied by treatment and surgery process. The best part is that Dr. Atul ji was totally involved during surgery even stiches are done by him only. The nursing staff and helpers are very co-operative and helpful. All staff and management was very calm and very good. I am very happy to take this decision that i m not gone in anywhere in bigg or multiple special hospital.
