Horrible experience such unprofessional service they provided such a pathetic hotel which was miles away from central manali it took us 12 hours to reach there and upon that room was extremely pathetic there were bunch of flies upon bed while bedsheets were smelling dirty bathroom was uncleaned my list will be endless to describe this service provider and upon that the driver they provided he was so irritating whole of our trip was been ruined even he took extra cash and missed some of the sight seeing points as he use to tell us a story out of it as there is not safe to visit and blah blah overall it was extremely bad experience it's just to make a aware you guys what happened with us doesn't get repeated with you also

It was a very good trip we really enjoyed all the places that were mentioned in the itinerary we visited there.The driver was also very good he took us to all the places mentioned and didn't make excuses to go the carnival in shimla that was held at late night .
