best to but branded stuff on heavy discounts, i bought one leather jacket one cotton jacket one sweater and one upper of Bufflow brand. i seriously enjoyed shopping here and seriously i got 50% discount on branded jacket and huddy and which i can't find anywhere thanks Big Bazaar for such a great job..

I was very impressed by the way Elante Mall has done everything to ensure safety during the Covid-19 times. They are taking all sanitary measures to keep shoppers safe and even in toilets you can see the way they are trying to keep everyone safe. The footfall seems to be increasing and while it is a good indication all shoppers need to ensure they are also taking all safety first measures. A luxury mall which is not only a shoppers delight but of tourist value too. Revisited after 10 long years and yet felt a premium mall. Great options to eat, shop etc.

Big Bazzar is known for cheap n best items....and you can get every product what ever you want...cloths for everyone children women men every season , grocery items , vegetables, non veg, kitchen items, for me if you want any item you can visit big bazzar and most of the time you can get easily......one thing if are going to purchase any item so be careful check properly defect and oll.... thank you 🙏🏻😊

I always visit the store as they have a good collection of items for personal shopping to groceries. But of late i have observed the scratchy behaviour of their billing station staff and also of security guards. There was a very little time spent on shopping but lots of minutes gone in vain at billing and exit. Pls do something about it.

When it was a Big Bazar...... Really it was. The service was up to the mark But now it is Smart Bazar....Only with the name.....Very bad service. You have to wait for staff or you have to call them to help you out....Not available on their counter

Amazing place, you can find everything easily. But Only one thing was not good their billing services and boy. He was taking too much time and more time spending one thing customer don't have SBI credit card still he was asking again and again same thing. Because of that, things were getting delayed.

It doesn't exist in this location. What you actually have here is Reliance Smart Bazaar which isn't half as good from what I saw. So please don't waste your travel time and money if you're expecting Big Bazaar.

Found most of the shelfs empty...bought few crockery from hime section. Service provided was good. Cashiering was prompt and helpul. Packingg of glass items was fast and efficient . Need to work on increasing assortments all across . Didn't find drawing book/copy in stationary section. Few articles in FMCG sectuon were also missing.

Staff is polite and helpful. But some times the payment got stuck and they do not let us to go with the product bought. Even we have paid the bill showing on our payment gateway.

Big Bazaar gone already after taking millions of customer money. If I pay 10000 instant membership then I can buy worth of 12000 in a year. But when this store closed for always may be due to bankrupt. Millions of customer lost their money due to taken membership.

It's a nice place to shop on budget for men women and kids. I bought many clothes for my friends and myself and everyone is very happy with quality and it's the material is also quite durable

All the prices mentioned there is fake, all the staff workers give poor services , gives fake info if you ask something, poor billing system, one or two customers you will always see near billing desk arguing in frustation as they had to deal with so much problems , but they dont care about all of these things :) They will keep saying sorry as they are now used to it. Side note : prices are not what they have shown so must cross check before going back home

As the name suggests, the bigbazar never disappoints. Get best offers on groceries, utensils, clothes and more. Last time it wasn't crowded and I had a hassle free check out.

Post take over by Reliance, the store was opened to public, I bought some items today out of which 5 item's were taken out due to issue with MRP. Bad customer experience. Didn't expect this from such a big brand. Guys this could have been better.

You will not get all products (brand wise) as mainly available products are manufactured by reliance/future group. Rest, substitutes are available on lower prices. Overall its good, most of the products are cheaper than outside retailers.

Good stuff, but I wish they have more varieties of fruits though. BB is always there for any emergency things needed. Like a quick bite, a drink or mask. Thank you BB.

Its a huge market where you can buy all the essentials needed at home. All the packaged products, even fruits and veggies are available here. People who try to save time by buying everything at one place usually visit this store. Its a huge store divided into various categories. Explore and find what's required and what suits you. Went there to buy home groceries. The staff there is so untrained i had the worst experience ever. I had so many things to buy, staff had no idea about the section of the products, they were confused themselves. Guys on the counter were even worse. They were taking customers for granted. Zero product knowledge. I won't visit there again. And won't suggest anyone either. So many of our things were taken out by them. I am confused here once i am home. I'd give them 0 if i had the option.

All Billing counters never be seen working...two or three of their staff focus on gossiping... prompters r there but not even a single fruitful deal they offer...and kids section for stationary does not offer any deal...so if u need to choose for online...better go for online
