Five stars and more for Hygiene, Staff behavior, Hospitality, Care, Food and everything. I am eternally grateful to ILS Hospitals, Salt Lake for their extremely commendable hospitality. How hospitals maintain hygiene - is a very crucial aspect to consider, where a surgery is to be done. And be it the reception or the hallway or the temple area or the area in front of the OT, or the twin cabin - the cleanliness was thoroughly maintained and that gave us a lot of confidence for proceeding with the surgery over there. My mother had a TLH BSO surgery and she was in a twin cabin and the overall experience from consultation and admission to discharge was very commendable seamless. The staff members were very caring and cordial and my mother was treated very gently. The food was very well packaged and served. Very palatable to have, not horrible enough to throw away yet not unhealthy for the patient but tasteful too - as my mother described. Surgery is a stressing aspect but the hospital experience was comforting enough to manage the stress and anxiety better. I am sincerely grateful to ILS Salt Lake for the overall hospitality.

Patient lift very small and makes you travel with visitors. Need to improve that. The patient calling system for outdoor visit also very slow and seems unorganised.

I was admitted for my Gall bladder OT surgery at ILS Salt lake branch. In patient services are really very great at ILS Salt lake. They extremely take care of their patients. Nursing care is good they are punctual and well behaved. Rooms, beds were properly neat and cleaned. They have proper team of medical professionals including Dietitian they attend daily on regular basis. All thanks to the Management of ILS Salt lake..... Thank you very much

My friend's baby is undergoing surgery. I'm writing to express my concern about my finances, as it appears that your staff did not offer me with appropriate information prior to admission, because what your personnel told me was that we would be paid based on the number of days we were in our accommodation. I would like to bring to your attention that when we took admission, there were no cabin rooms left, so we ended up in a multi-sharing room, and we were promised that we would be provided with a cabin room as soon as one became available, which did happen eventually as we were provided with a cabin room for 1 and a half days, and we stayed there for almost 4 days, out of which we were provided with a cabin room for 1 and a half days. Out of which we spent two days in multi-sharing and one and a half days in a cabin room, but when we were discharged, the bill was made for a total of four days of staying in a cabin room, which we did not. I don't mind if these are your policies, but I was told the exact reverse of what happened to me: I'll be charged for sharing a room until I receive a cabin room, and then I'll be charged appropriately, which seems very reasonable. Hospital staff and doctors are wonderful, but the people who work at their insurance desks are liars who commit fraud and refuse to admit it.

The place is nice. Staffs are well behaved. Facilities are upto the mark .. Overall experience of treatment was good.. I'm satisfied with them..

One of the best hospitals I have seen in terms of service and quality. I was recently admitted due to gall bladder stone surgery. 1. One thing which I found best is there is no traditional hospital smell, which we usually get as soon as we enter any major hospital buidling. 2. The staffs are helpful and the hospital is super clean. I have opted for a sinle cabin where the cleaning staff mopped the floor every 2-3 hours and ensured the rooms and the floor are clean. 3. The gents nurses are more experienced and efficient compared to female nurses. I think few female nurses need extensive training. 4. The food for the family member (as I have opted for cabin) was excellent. Its pure Vegetarian. The portion and food quality was great. 5. The front desk was helpful and explained all the points and amount covered under insurance. Overall very happy with the service. 9/10

ILS Hospitals is located in Salt Lake city, Sector-1 near City Centre. It is a multispecialty hospital. Most diagnostic tests facilities are available in the hospital. My wife was admitted on 1st week of November, 2021 in this hospital for hysterectomy surgery under Dr Rupa Saran Ganguly. Operation was success and she was dischaged on 5th day. Our overall experience was good. Hospital staffs are very polite and quite cooperative. In 2010 I was also admitted in this hospital for my Piles surgery. That time nurse Miss Hiya was on my duty, she was very polite and punctual. She gave excellent services to me.Though hospital is more than 20 years old but very nicely maintained.

Admission and discharged process is pathetic. During the admission the executive will say there is no room available once OT will be done then move to a room based on availability. When I asked to show the availability in the system or asked to talk with senior, they took some time and allocate the room immediately. It raise a great concern if the room is not available after the OT what will happen to patients. Apart from this concern all other medical facilities and nurses are good. Food, Hygiene and Services are good. The process need to more transparent and digital.

We had a great experience in ILS for both knee replacement of my mother. The place is very well managed and attending doctors and nurses demonstrate excellent empathy in interacting with the patient and associated family members. We have taken a single cabin, which is bit smaller in compared to some other hospitals i visited, however it is kept very well maintained. My request to administrative department will be implementing a system through which temperature control of the room can be maintained as per convenience of the patient. Presently it is pre set and becomes extreme chilled quickly. Please continue and improve with the great service.

Recently both of my kids were admitted there, and I must say I am overwhelmed by their service...they took so much care for the kids and the food they serve is just outstanding. Nursing care is very very bad. Which may lead any patient to death. Nurses and Medical Staffs doesn't follow Doctor's advises. They are always in complain mood. Always angry. Don't check vitals as advised by doctor. Don't give medicines and injection in time. Doctors are very good, ground services are good. Food is also good. But nursing management is lethal for any patient.

I was admitted ILS Hospital Salt lake under Dr. S Ray. Here i felt great hospitalisation service. Sisters Nurses ward boys attended me very well, even during night they were very attentive & responsive. Food served was also great.

BEST.....I'm not from Kolkata,but shifted here for job and since been staying here. So don't have much knowledge about other hospitals. But since recently I had to get admitted in ILS Salt Lake for a surgery, I'm sharing my personal experience only. And in one word it is 'BEST'. Doctors,nurses,other staff, ambience,pre and post operative care... everything about ILS was absolutely superb and beyond our expectations. My father was admitted for chest infection. Under the guidance Of good doctors, quick diagnosis was done. Hospital is very well maintained, neat and clean. Staff / nurses are very well trained and were very courteous throughout the stay.

You only need to opt for veg food, but trust me, they do not compromise with the quality, quantity and items. My 4 year old daughter was admitted at ILS SALT LAKE facility. The care and treatment she received was excellent. Each and every staff was so warm and professional. I had a great experience at this hospital. Dr Om Tantia is a wonderful, talented and very experienced laparoscopic surgeon; he is capable of doing bloodless robotic surgery too! I would also like to thank my anaesthetist Dr R Turi, the doctor behind the curtain , who kept me completely stable and sedated during the procedure.Apart from the doctors, the staffs are also very supportive. ILS Hospital is a great hospital ever, It is perfect hospital for OT. Doctors are excellent and sisters were very attentive and caring and well behaved. Canteen food was very nice and hygienic. This is the best hospital ever at Kolkata.

I got admitted in ILS saltlake in the month of October 2023 for a surgery. I have no hesitation to say loudly that the quality of service received from the nursing staff, nutrition expert and the medical experts are truly astonishing. Moreover the overall management, cleanliness and services are very appreciable. I recommend this hospital for budget treatment at Kolkata.

If I could give negative rating I would. If soemone wants to risk their life then please go over here. On 15th Nov , my father was brought to ILS Saltlake emergency department for uneasiness and bit of breathing problem at around 3 PM. He was supposed to be admitted under Dr Goyal but the admission all of a sudden was put on hold after a chest xray suggested by emergency department's doctor and then we were told a chest CT scan needs to be done for which I had to pay. After CT scan I was called by the assistant doctor of Dr Goyal(some lady doctor) and she told me that CT scan result shows lungs of my father is in very very bad condition and it's probably covid and then she added not probably but it's 200% covid. I was totally shocked after hearing that and then asked the other doctor who was there in the emergency and who initially checked my father and he also told the same thing and he also added lungs totally damaged and needs immediate treatment. Since ILS Salt Lake does not treat covid patients, suggested to go to ILS Nagerbazar. The lady doctor told me that without wasting time we should go there and admit under Dr Pinaki De. She even told she would call him and later told Dr Pinaki not picking up the call and told no problem we should take him to ILS Nagerbazar immediately and would get the admission under Dr Pinaki easily. At that time my father was lying in a bed unattended in the reception area (near the xray room) and he was very uncomfortable. Myself after coming out of initial shock arranged ambulance from ILS itself. The ambulance was big one but not having any monitoring and attendant. Only oxygen was given and that too was less , which on request the driver increased as my father was feeling very uneasy. The doctor in emergency checked the CT report and said again it's likely covid and took nearly 30 to 40 mins taking history from us. ). After that he gave the prescription and asked to go for admission to ITU.after checking the details finally told no bed in ITU now and bed might be available not before 10 PM.in emergency department and they were saying patient's condition is very very bad and requires bed immediately and treatment otherwise take him to any other hospital.We were in a dumbfounded situation at that time and then tried to get bed in ILS through some contact but could not.After calling few hospitals finally one hospital in south side near bypasse agreed to take him.We arranged an ICU ambulance through ILS . My father was very uncomfortable in BiPAP and was telling to remove and the attendant after sometime removed it and said if oxygen saturation didn't fall then would keep it out. By God's grace father became bit comfortable after removing it and thank God oxygen saturation didn't fall with normal oxygen mask. Finally we reached the hospital at 9 30 PM. By seeing the CT scan plate, the other hospital emergency doctors said the report looked bad but symptoms not that bad and asked me to wait. After sometime the doctor called me and told me she has checked the chest of my father and it didn't look that bad as report but why the ILS doctors have said such and even written so many things it's a surprise to her. Father having a bit of heart failure but not that serious and the doctor under whom my father would get admitted told to admit him in general bed if covid report comes negative. I met my father in emergency isolation room and he was far better at that time and with a sigh of relief I returned back to my home. Next day morning covid report came negative and father was shifted to general bed and me and my family just cried hearing that reliving news. My father was treated in there for next few days and thank God and doctors in that hospital he became fine and got discharged on 22/11/21. The treating doctor even said that my father had an attack and heart failure due to so frequent movement from ILS hospital salt lake to nagerbazar and then to here. The emergency doctors in ILS salt lake didn't even bother to put stetho to see the lings of my father and confirmed covid.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the services getting from an honest employee of an ILS hospital one an only Mr. Swami, he is extra ordinary and dynamic person by his dedication outstanding work , they way he handled my mother case and solved very easily i am glad. Very impressed with the ILS facility and the professionalism of the staff. They provided very prompt response and the vaccination process went very smoothly. The staff was very helpful and I want to specially mention staff member Swami. He went above and beyond to help us out. I will highly recommend this place to anyone.

I was admitted at ILS SALT LAKE.Overall it was a good experience. I am fully satisfied with the services rendered to the patient.Even more impressive though, was that throughout my 3day stay on the 7th floor ward 23, every single member of staff I encountered, from ward cleaner to consultant, was engaging, friendly, humane and, yes, CARING.The 7th floor nurses/sisters are very courteous,cooperative and helpful.Their kindness and generosity which was really so helpful to us at a time of great vulnerability and worry.The housekeeping/cleaning staff were superb and was spotlessly cleaning after every single minute.If you talk about the food, Wow !! It was really good,healthy and tasty food.

I admitted in ILS HOSPITAL for Galbladder stone in ca Critical Position under Dr Om Tantia,a best doctor of Gallstone operation.With hum his all Doctors all Stuffs Nurses and other lady stuffs are devoted for their work for doing best for patients recovery. With that they are aware for patients duty from dawn and too much careful to keep the environment of the whole hospital including admitted patents .cabin and Grneral ward too much clean. I am glad to day here as a patients and feel dorrow to knave here though doctors and dieticians had done all essentials carefully. ⁸

Each and every staff members as well as doctors are so caring. The hospital is being cleaned every 5minutes. The food is also top notch and yes no non-veg its a vegetarian hospital still the food is great.. sisters are there 24/7 to attend you. I would personally recommend you this hospital.

Doctors are really very good and cooperative. No complaints about the employees working in reception, admission and maintenance department. But some of the nurses need to be more polite . More or less experience is satisfactory.

I was admitted 31st of August for my Gallstone operation, It was emergency and the PR staff and admission Team took only 20 minutes time to admit in multibed ward for Covid result, next day morning my operation was scheduled and Dr. Om Tantia and team successfully done the operation without any hassle. My wife delivered a healthy male baby, all the doctors including Dr Madhumita Das Lala and paediatrician Dr RK Goel along with nursing and administrative staff are highly qualified to look after the patients and my baby, I have taken the multibed facility on 7th floor which is overall good, food quality is top notch. All the insurance people Debanjan, Arunima Di were really cooperative, Only issues I faced with the baby insurance which was not billed along with the mother in the single claim which got rejected hence I need to pay 25k from my pocket. But all I believe is mother and baby well being is of utmost importance, hence that can be ignored. All the very best to all the staff and ILS team.

Very good service of all the staffs and nursing personnel. I am a regular visitor of ILS saltlake and had interacted with most of the staffs. Mr. Swami had assisted me all the time for last three years. I am very happy with the services and hospitality.

Over the years, we have received due care and compassion from esteemed professionals such as Dr. Aruna Tantia, Dr. Om Tantia, and Dr. Goyal. Regrettably, the recent experience at the hospital has failed to uphold the expected standards of care. The level of service we encountered during this unfortunate incident was not only shameful but also disgusting. The stark difference between the care provided by Dr. Aruna Tantia, Mr. Om Tantia, and Dr. Goyal, and the negligent conduct of other staff members, is deeply troubling. We rushed my sister to the hospital due to a miscarriage and severe bleeding. However, the conduct we encountered in the emergency ward, particularly from Dr. Tripti, was nothing short of appalling. Dr. Tripti displayed an alarming level of rudeness towards the patient and her family members, demonstrating a lack of empathy and indicating a disregard for the immediate health concerns of my sister. The substandard treatment continued in the operating theatre, where the individual administering anesthesia was extremely disgusting, conversations amongst medical staff regarding the poor quality of the hospital and gossiping about their colleagues created an atmosphere of resentment and anger, which is wholly inappropriate in a healthcare setting. The Doctor, who operated on her, Dr Kasturi came 2 hours late for the operation and interestingly, all nurses were aware of this unpunctual behaviour of hers. It was a total fiasco! Furthermore, the overall facilities provided by ILS Hospitals were of poor quality. It is deeply concerning that the very individuals responsible for the well-being of patients openly criticized the institution and sowed seeds of discontent among their peers. Post-discharge, there was a notable discomfort on her wrist due to the forceful and improper way of giving anesthesia via saline. Please note my sister was a patient of Dr. Aruna Tantia and had a smooth delivery five years back. However, this pathetic treatment in the hospital, by the incumbent doctor, forced me to write this. I will be taking legal action if her conditions persist like this, reflecting a breach of the duty of care owed to her. This entire experience has left us not only dissatisfied but also deeply concerned about the quality of medical care provided by your institution.

SWAMI da was so helpful among all the procedures there… I have never seen such a humble person like him… my mom was admitted in OT, under health insurance policy, but due to some technical issue from the other end ( insurance company ) , i got the denial of payment from the company and my case goes into the reimbursement… Even after getting discharge from the hospital… i got the full co-operation of the hospital side & again Mr. swami da… under his directions, finally i got my money from the insurance company & i would like to thank Mr. swami da for such co-operation… & hospital for good treatment… !!!!

Doctors on call and nurses were prompt in responding to the patient's queries. Cabin rooms are spacious with proper functioning amenities. Food, although veg, was quite good in taste and in amount.

ILS hospital provided a very seamless experience with my IPD admission and treatment of intestinal obstruction. Nursing staffs were well behaved and well skilled in carrying out those activities that were prescribed by the doctor. Very supportive even at night, responded swiftly to any allergies pointed to during the course of treatment, calling the doctor and getting it resolved. I started working in ILS Hospital at Salt Lake, Sector-I, Bidhannagar only a few months back. Initially, I had no idea about the system of working of this hospital and also about discharging my duties and responsibilities. Therefore, I started working here in a confused state with determination to adjust any situation. Gradually I began to feel that I am within a big social group and each member of this group is ready to extend every support to each other. Basically my job here is to work as Doctor’s coordinator and with this I also take feed back from patients and their families about patient’s care and satisfaction and in this process, I am so overwhelmed that I began to consider this area as centre of attention. The feelings of patients, their response to our calls and their dependence on us always filled my mind with great satisfaction. The ILS hospital works as a family having many members in different wings. The bonding amongst all doctors, ward sisters, ward attendants, desk faces and their relation with higher management help this hospital influence the quality of care and also to discharge the duties of hospital staff to the best satisfaction of the patients and their families. The environment prevails in the hospital 24x7 enables me to enjoy my work happily. We all work as a team and our concerted effort has made the relation between patients and hospital trustworthy. I always receive all support and necessary guidance required in discharging my duties. In my brief stay in this organization I feel extremely happy in my day-today working amidst strenuous job which is made possible only because of constant overall supervision of the higher authority and sincere support from all of my colleagues. Doctors and nurses were very cooperative and very caring. The room was being cleaned at regular intervals and diet was very well taken care of.

An excellent hospital.....staffs are extremely cordial , well behaved, cooperative and understanding of the patient and patient party's problems. The service my received is excellent. They always catered to her needs promptly and in no time. Even the insurance desk is extremely cooperative. I must mention the name of Tanmoy babu in particular who helped us a lot. Most importantly, their billing is extremely honest.we had to pay only rs 350 from our pocket , rest we received from our cashless insurance company . This is really astonishing as in many hospitals we need to pay 20-30k despite having insurance. If any one is looking for high quality care and treatment in a corporate hospital with a decent and middle class friendly rates, ILS, Saltlake should be his go to place. We are extremely satisfied with the treatment of this hospital.

I have been admitted for 2 OT under Dr Ohm Tantia and Dr Aruna Tantia. From the day 1 all the nurse have given their 100% in attending me and all my needs. The food was good, all the staff behaviour was polite. Main thanks to the 2 main doctor of ILS and their team for my surgery that went smooth.

Nice experience for smooth conduction of OT and other services. My wife was admitted for aone night after OT. She was first admitted to Pre Labour 2 room which was a twin sharing cabin. However, according to our preference she was shifted to single cabin in the evening. Both the cabin is very well maintained. Food is also good and they also serve the accompanying patient party staying overnight with the patient in cabin. Overall very good nursing home in the heart of salt lake

I had a very good experience in ILS hospitals, salt lake branch. The length of stay for my wife was 5D/4N. She has undergone a very complicated surgery and in the path of recovery. The staffs here ar extremely courteous and helping in nature. I opted for the cabin option. They allowed me to stay in the premises. Overall its a 5 out of 5 from me.
