I’m a first time mom, and my husband and I have had a positive experience with all of the staff at this office. One person that consistently always goes above and beyond is our ultrasound tech Andrea Erickson. We enjoy the fact that she takes her time to explain everything she’s doing and what is being shown on screen. Her personality/energy comes through instantly. She feels like family after only one visit! Our midwife Melissa is also very attentive and provides a comfortable space for us to ask any questions we might have. Overall this is a great place to receive prenatal care and will gladly return again for future children.

This is my first baby and I’ve enjoyed coming here the whole time. My ultrasound tech Andrea is amazing! So knowledgeable and puts me at ease as a first time mom seeing my baby each visit. And then my doctor, Dr. Carlton, is great. She takes her time with me and explains everything and answers all the questions I have and addresses every concert I have. I may have to wait a little bit but I really enjoy my experience and always leave my appointments feeling confident each time! 10/10 recommend.

My ultrasound technician Andrea is awesome . She is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She makes me feel comfortable , easy to talk and straight forward. I always make sure to schedule with Andrea for my next ultrasound. I couldn’t ask for someone better . Thank you very much Andrea

I went in for birthcontrol and Estrella was very sweet and helpful. She was asked a question from another patient and she answered as professional as she could. Next I heard the same woman say something that was just unfair for her. She was not rude she was been as polite and helpful as she could. I had no problem with her. She was respectful, helpful, kind and very sweet. Thank you Estrella you are doing a great job. Don't let others get you down.

On Friday, October 13 was my first visit with Dr. Carlton. All you women know when you have your womanly exam it’s not fun and can be painful. Well, this was the first time it was pain free for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a great clinic I recommend this facility. Thanks Dr. and staff for a great experience !!

From check in to check out, the process is always so easy. Dr Partridge has been my OB/GYN for the last five years and always has time to talk and never ever rushes me out of the office. It is so convenient to have blood work done on site. Their billing staff is always accurate and helpful. The scheduling people do all they can to work with your schedule. Have no desire to ever leave this office. I would highly suggest him to every woman looking for a wonderful experience.

I really like this place and the doctors. I've been coming to MomDoc when it was Goodman and Partridge and I was pregnant. Dr. Laird kinda delivered my baby. I say kinda because I pushed my kiddo out in 29 minutes and she joked she really wasn't needed. Dr. Laird was the best doctor I saw while pregnant, and even after. I felt so safe and nurtured. My daughter is now 12, and I still remember all the kindness Dr. Laird showed me. I still come here for my GYN needs. I appreciate the ease I feel coming in. I wanna say there's only ever been two doctors that made me feel uneasy but I never saw them in office after my first visit with each of them. Maybe they left? I referred my mom here and my mom enjoyed her visit as well.

This place in general, all the staff is really friendly and nice people. I’ve probably encountering all the techs at some point throughout my journey and they are all super sweet and professional. I love when I get to see Andrea for ultrasound, she is just so warm, sweet, and funny. She is awesome! Alongside my OB Dr. Carlton, I just always feel calm and collected like everything is just going to be alright. I love that she is honest and wants to make sure the baby and you are your healthiest.

I've been coming to Andrea for my ultrasounds since my first pregnancy. She's amazing! She's very thorough and knowledgeable. I prefer her every time. Definitely recommend seeing her for the ultrasounds

For starters, the office is gross and dirty. The room I was seen in was covered in hair and crumbs. A week after my appointment, I received lab results to my email which were abnormal. 48 hours passed, and no one called me to inform me of this, seriously? I had to call myself, to get an explanation of the results. Only to be told, I need to make a follow up appointment to receive a prescription. Another $50 copay, just to ask them to treat me for an issue I originally went in for. A classic practice, only trying to get more money out of their patients. I have now been in discomfort for a week and a half, never was called with my results, and have to have another appointment to receive treatment. Do better MomDoc!

This review is strictly based on the professionalism of the regular employees and not the Doctors. The Doctors are amazing. I was penalized for a mistake made by one of the scheduling girls, in which they told me they wouldn’t correct it but yet they will fit me in 2hrs after my initial appointment. The first girl I spoke with was not budging on her stance and when I asked for a supervisor she was visibly irritated. The supervisor Malinda or Belinda then came out to basically tell me I had to wait at least an hr but no promises…. I didn’t receive any notice of an appointment or missed appointment for that matter, but if I would’ve been 16 mins late they would cancel my appointment immediately. Very poor patient experience.

I hate leaving reviews like this because it means I might have to share. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Carlton. She is so warm & informative. She made me feel like I was talking to someone I’ve known my whole life & it was our first visit. I not only left with a wealth of knowledge but I felt heard & seen & overall she’s just amazing. From the beginning to the end of my appointment the staff was amazing & I’m glad I was able to get my appointment so quickly.

Andrea the ultrasound tech is beyond amazing! She was able to figure out why I was having pain and give me peace of mind with what was going on with my body. She is very compassionate and you can tell she is passionate about what she does and helping people. She stayed late just to do my ultrasound and is always happy and very informative every time I go to see her. After my ultrasound experience I switched to the Chandler office specifically so that Andrea would do my ultrasounds moving forward. 5/5 stars for sure! Andrea definitely deserves to be recognized and deserves a raise!!!

I wanna start by saying I generally really like this office and the doctors that I see. I really do. Which is why I chose MomDoc when I found out I was pregnant. I really like Dr. Curtis, Mogar, and Alex and ultrasound tech Andrea. And I want to apologize to Dr. Alex for my attitude this morning. It’s not their fault the technicians misinformed me. However. After being told I’d have an ultrasound today over a month ago and after experiencing two losses, you’ve got to understand my frustration and disappointment when my husband and I arrived to see our daughter and were met with a ten minute appointment. MomDoc was my first choice in OB but now I wish I’d done a little more looking around before I made my choice. My biggest issue with this place is 1. The technicians say you’re scheduled for one thing and when you show up for your appointment is for a completely different thing. This has happened to me twice now. 2. You tell them 6 times your insurance is one thing and they continue to run it under a totally different insurance. 3. After continuing to say you want either this provider or that provider, they schedule you with whoever they feel like it. 4. In my case they neglected to give me any kind of paperwork for medications I can take while pregnant. Or any medical information on being pregnant at all. While I was home for the holiday in December I contracted Covid. I was told I could take a certain medication. Then went to urgent care the next day and was told that medication is in fact not safe for pregnancy. They made me book two different appointments to talk to someone about medications I could take. Then wanted me to come in office to pick up a list. I was across the country. This wasn’t possible. So I suffered for three days before they sent a picture of a list of medications I could take. I generally have a good experience here. I like the doctors. I like the staff. The office is nice and so are most of the staff. However. I do not like being told I’ll be seen for one thing and it ends up being a totally different thing. I will continue to seek care through them only because it’ll take too long to get into a new OB but I’m starting to wish I’d have done more research before choosing an OB. Hopefully they read this and make an effort to fix things. However I highly doubt this review will get noticed.

I’m giving this 5 star review specifically because of Andrea, the ultrasound tech. I am 37 weeks pregnant with my first baby and she has been amazing throughout the entire process. She is always friendly, knowledgeable, and makes us laugh throughout each appointment. We request each ultrasound appt be with her only. I couldn’t have asked for a better ultrasound tech to go through this experience with, especially considering how many ultrasounds we’ve needed.

Andrea is the best ultrasound tech I've had thru my entire pregnancy! We request her as she truely loves the job she does and remembers us and makes us feel welcome. We are high risk so everytime we come in we are expecting the worse and she is just calming and we always feel better after seeing her. She truely is the sweetest person and I cannot say enough how much we love her! She talks to the baby along with you and I love that! I highly recommend requesting her as her bedside manner is always appreciated!

I love this place. I had to switch OBGYNs at 34 weeks and was so grateful they were able to take me as a new patient. Dr. Carlton was amazing and took excellent care of me and my daughter throughout the remainder of my pregnancy. I now have a healthy, happy baby and I fully believe it’s thanks to Dr. Carlton and MomDoc!

My ultrasound technician Andrea Erickson is the most wonderful, caring, beautiful souls I ever met. She has scanned me a couple of times and I so gentle and just a wonderful person. You can see she cares about her patients and does amazing at her job. ❤️

I went to Momdoc when I was at the end of my pregnancy with my daughter so going back to them for this pregnancy was no doubt. Everyone at this office (Frye and Dobson) was great to work with. Dr Carlton and ultrasound tech Andrea were my favorite. They were both friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about their craft. They both were easy to talk to and straight forward. Andrea has personality out of this world. The first time I met her, my mom and best friend were with me and that experience was amazing. Dr Carlton has an amazing personality as well especially when discussing a trial labor. Although this location is far from my house, I would still choose them again if I got pregnant.

Andrea the ultrasound tech was amazing. Always so happy and in a great mood. She is very polite and courteous. She definitely made it to where I loved coming here for my wife's appointments. Even when my wife was having bad days, she always helped put her in a better mood and get her to smile. Thank you Andrea and we will be back to show you our blessing that you helped us with.

I used to work at their corporate office so maybe I'm a bit biased. The employees are top notch and seem to really care. Their decorating is a bit too fancy for me but it's not really for me now is it haha. My wife likes it so far though. They aren't the quickest place we've been but the quality difference is noticeable and worth it

MomDoc Chandler has been so incredible in my journey through infertility. The ultrasound tech, Andrea, is a joy to see every visit and makes me feel so comfortable every step of the way through this daunting fertility process. I highly recommend Andrea to all my friends/family because she is excellent, knowledgeable, and so positive. I appreciate all the support MomDoc has given me!

Andrea is THE most awesome Ultrasound Tech I. I request her every time. She makes you feel right at home and speaks to your baby and encourages you. Not only that she gets all the information she needs and tells you what is happening. Her bedside manner is admirable and all techs should follow suit.
