Ashley is an exceptional nail tech! She's super talented with all the nail art ideas I bring her and she's super fun to chat with. (Including a few pics from previous visits.) Everyone is so nice too, from the front desk staff to all the hairstylists. And it's a plus getting a free coffee or glass of wine when getting a service done. 😄

Love Salon Terrene! I have been coming here since around 2014 for nails and brows (it was the first experience where I actually enjoyed having my brows done), they take their time and actually consider face shape and make recommendations unless you really want to do something bold lol. Post pandemic, I finally started coming here for haircuts too! I grew up going to great clips and having one bad experience from another even at higher end places (my mom's eyebrow got cut off once), so I didn't understand the value of a good haircut until now. For the first time in my life I don't have to wait for my hair to "settle", and I feel confident going out in public now right after a fresh cut. For as long as I live here I'll continue going to Salon Terrene and the owner Megan is fantastic with an unbelievable memory. Could not recommend this place more.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Ashley for a little over a year and she always does a wonderful job! She has helped me to grow out my nails, is very knowledgeable about nail care, and is always down for doing fun nail art! I also love that I can go somewhere and get fun, cruelty-free nails :)

I've been coming to Salon Terrene for over two years and I feel welcomed every time I visit. Shelly is incredibly talented and takes her time to explain the process and makes sure that I leave the salon loving my hair. I love the conversations we have in her chair and she is so kind. This place is amazing and the atmosphere is just so welcoming! Everyone was so sweet when I came in. I highly recommend you take a chance if you’ve never been. I recently had a baby a few weeks ago and needed some mommy time and a new cut! Was nervous since I haven’t had a haircut in a while but I want to thank Rachel for doing such a good job with my haircut and just being so kind and making me feel great with my new cut 🙌🏼 she was awesome! I will definitely be going back :)

Shelly is outstanding. You can tell she loves her job and truly cares. I’ve been a hairstylist for about 15 years. I wanted to for once relax while getting my hair done. Shelly did just that. She is very detailed and pays attention to the condition of the hair. I had dark hair going in, I wanted to soften it up and go blonde. I know it was going to be a process, but Shelly unbelievably got me to where I wanted one the first go. That doesn’t always happen. But she knows her colors and how to formulate. I hands down will be going back. The others that working were also amazing. They talked me and made me feel very comfortable. Just an over all outstanding experience. The owner is full of knowledge on hair extensions too!!! So if you’re looking for an over amazing outstanding people that go above and beyond this is your salon!! The first one is the before. I took my mom to this salon for a haircut. We were able to get in on the same day of booking. Aislyn was so kind and really listened to what my mom was looking for. Such a cute salon and very friend people. Will definitely be going back!

TLDR: Excellent service. They clearly care about their customers here. I was a long-time customer at Salon Terrene a few years ago when it was the Pampered Pinkie. They did a really great job, so I decided to start getting my hair cut there again after the prices at my other salon increased. When I scheduled my appointment, there was a misunderstanding that left me feeling disappointed. However, the next day, I received a nice voicemail from the owner, Megan, wanting to resolve the issue. I returned the call and spoke with the manager, Nicole, who kindly asked how they could make it right. I am so appreciative for their understanding and concern for their customers' happiness. Highly recommend!

I can not even find all of the right words to describe how INCREDIBLE our experience was here!! My mom had a military ball to go to and you can see from the pictures, my mom NEVER spoils herself and they had her on literal cloud 9!!! Thank you SO much to the owner for giving my mom the most beautiful glow with that makeup!!! We were felt so bad she had to sacrifice time away from her new baby (my mom happens to be a labor and delivery nurse so that especially touched her heart hearing about your new addition) And to the gal that did her hair, THANK YOU!!! You absolutely made our vision for her come to life and it’s very clear in her after photo just how amazing she felt!! She sent pictures from the ball and she was still equally twirling around like a teen at prom!! I sincerely thank you from the bottom of our hearts!! 10/10 recommend Salon Terrene! GORGEOUS facility, the friendliest most welcoming staff! It’s a whole mood and experience here!!

Im posting this after a lot of encouragement from family as I was hesitant to say anything negative as I really don't like to, but I had an appt in August with Kate and by Sept I started having the worst ingrown issues with my big toes and I've never had this happen in my life. My MIL says its because they cut my toes too short and I should report this with how much issues I've been having with my big toes, which are still healing as of now. I haven't gotten my toes done before this and I haven't after, and the pain of them growing back has been awful and they have been bleeding. I wish I could go back in time and never get that pedicure, it's my biggest regret in a long time. I still might have to go see a Dr and all my family said I need to make this post to avoid it happening to anyone else.
