Plenty of stores to shop and places to eat. However due to it’s having so many popular stores and eateries parking is a challenge and that’s not just in parking your car, but getting in and out of the complex itself and navigating through the lot. Few actually obey traffic laws, stop signs are optional and consideration for others shows weakness. Be careful and know where you’re going. Recommend Cheddar’s if hungry as they offer great food at good prices with excellent service!

Lot of eats in this area. Right next 2 the freeway. Kept up. Clean area. No one asking for money or bugging u.i got in and out no problems.will go back

Apparently I visited somewhere called Chandler Festival and though I don't remember it, I'm sure I totally loved whatever it was I did there 2 days ago. I loved it so much I completely blocked out any memory of the trip. Waaaaiiiit a minute, is that where the Cox store is? I did go return come equipment a few days ago, it must be that.....which, in that case, why can't I even do something as simple as return something without being sold something else. You know? Seriously.

A clean and we'll kept mall of shops! Easy in and out off freeway and abundant parking. But then again it's not the Christmas season!

Big modern malll open and functional. Barnes & Nobles bookstore, Crayola center, Cheesecake factory, foodcourt with good Japanese food and pizza options, jewelry stores, Macy's, Dillards, and a zillion clothing stores. Big expansion planned for 2023. Great choice when temps are in the 100's.

They have a variety of awesome stores. Restaurants to choose are great also. Definitely 5 stars

I go to Einstein Bagels all the time, love the bagels and coffee! Ask for a plain bagel fresh hot out the oven..sometimes they will and it's UNREAL!!!

Safe place to park while your shopping there

Once a thriving mall it's subcomming to cheap stores with a 5 & dime atmosphere, it's a strip mall

Hey, it's easy access off the 101 or Chandler Blvd easy in and out (no pun intended) get a burger after the Lowes visit, right?!

If you like to go shopping this is the place to go. When u get hungry there are lots of fast food places here, if that's you thing.

This is a nice quaint little outside Mall it has a little bit of everything here even a Dollar tree store fast food restaurants. You just got to come here and check it out I enjoy it I'm sure everyone else will enjoy it too

Chick Fil A was our last stop before going to the emergency room at Chandler Regional and it was the best Chick Fil A I ever had! Great customer service as always.

Great selection of eateries in the area and conveniently located off Dobson Rd, south of Santan Freeway.

I waited all day for the Chandler festival. I never saw it. I asked where it was. Then someone just laughed at me when I asked where it was and I got embarrassed and I left

this is the mall that the shoe store is in. do not know much else about it, only that it is a hugh but great mall and if nothing else across the way from mega CM.

Nice place. Not a single peiice of garbage or cigarette but kn the ground. We went to TJ max and it was a good experience.. the whole area has really gotten nicer in the last 10 years

Enjoy the mall went for Chedders, but really find myself going to other strip malls.

Chandler festival was ok for little kids, but it was outright boring for teens/adults. I wish they had done it indoors (it was way to hot to be having FUN outdoors). The rides and games were typical.

If you are in Chandler this is a must place to visit. They have a variety of restaurants, food and activities for the kids. It’s a awesome place to go walking with friends and is super close to a lot of the attractions in Chandler.

Went to Ulta for mascara. Not just any mascara...IT Superhero. For those of you who don't want a heavy spider lash look check this mascara out. It won't disappoint. The associates were great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Rachel who runs the brow bar answered all my concerns in getting an eyebrow tint. Will be booking an appointment soon.

Love Sprouts. Fresh vegetables and fruits. People are so friendly. Great Store.

McDonald's great spicy chicken sandwich.

I love coming to the Chandler fashion center. The employees there are always so helpful and nice to me. I went there this time cause I was birthday shopping for my lady and the employees at Bath and Bodyworks were top class that day! Every question answered, good recommendations, with great and speedy service. They treated me as if I were their friend which is something not many people do. I loved every second of it. Made my day and my visit worth while. You just have to see for yourself. I'm really grateful for them.

This was my first time going to Jersey Mike's, I was pleasantly surprised at the number of staff there was on hand. The shop was busy but well organized and clean. I have a new favorite sandwich shop, the giant big kahuna is big enough for almost anyone. Can't wait to try some of the others on the menu. I have tried some of the other shops [subway firehouse etc] but this is my go to. Both for the grill and the speed not to mention the quality of the product!!!!

Quick friendly and professional. Show up early because a wait time are usually about an hour. Check n with the app and it lets you know approximate wait times so you can come back near your time....or make an appointment but who has time for that.

They always have plenty of parking. I love the selection of stores they have. They also have a great selection of eateries. It's perfect day for shopping and eating afterwards. Their stores are clean and friendly staff.
