As
someone
who
had
been
a
runner,
I
never
lifted
weights
because
I
was
somewhat
intimidated
by
not
knowing
what
to
do.
The
coaches
at
Tribal
find
ways
to
scale
or
modify
every
movement
until
you
are
able
to
do
them
safely
and
they
are
always
encouraging
you
to
do
more
when
you
are
ready.
After
just
over
a
year,
the
best
compliments
ever
are
having
people
notice
my
shoulder
muscles,
something
I
never
earned
from
running!
There
are
always
celebrations
-
doing
a
new
movement
or
lifting
a
heavier
weight.
Everyone
is
accepting
and
encouraging.
I
love
my
Tribal
"Tribe"!
