Small little hidden gem for Mexican street food in Chandler! Affordable prices and delicious tacos and burritos.

Cozy neighborhood spot with quick service and a simple menu of classic Mexican dishes. Definitely the kind of place where 2 people can share an entree, but then you would miss out on trying something new. Whether you dine in or takeout, the food is served in to-go containers. Wasteful, but makes cleanup and taking home leftovers easy. I ate outside in their fenced patio. They have misters and umbrellas set up to make it comfortable. I'd like to see how they set it up for live music. The house green salsa is delicious and tasted refreshingly fruity. Order a big bucket of chips for the table.

Got the tacos (without lettuce and tomatoes) with rice and beans as take out. Was really good. There was a long wait but we did go during the lunch rush. Whole family enjoyed it!

The food here was really good, and the price was really affordable. The view outside is beautiful and sitting outside while eating the burrito feels amazing.

This restaurant is my happy place. I crave it and it's a must whenever I'm in the area. You must try the enchiladas, which are my favorite. With that said, their tacos are ridiculous and bigger than expected. The service is quick and efficient. The atmosphere is chill and you can eat inside or outside. Cute decor is around the outside areas. Definitely come hungry and I promise you will leave happy.

I loved everything about this place! The chicken tacos were amazing! (Plus, I can’t believe how affordable) both people in my party loved what they ate and I was going to go back but closed on Sunday. I’m sure I will be in sometime this week. The watermelon agua fresca us enough to come for! The food is a bonus!

Really nice patio. No waiters or waitress. You order at the counter. They call your number and you come get your food. I got the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans for $8.50 not including tax. Also got one shredded beef taco. All seasoned well. Cheese enchiladas are spicy. I will be back.

Food was okay, not fresh tasting, my tacos had bits of something hard in them I had to keep stopping to take out of my mouth. Tortilla wasn't fresh either. Beans were very bland, no flavor at all. Rice was probably the best out of the whole plate. Cashier appeared bored and annoyed that they were working. There are plenty of options for better quality elsewhere. Ate outside which has a nicer atmosphere than inside. Time was around 6 on a Monday. Establishment was not overly busy.

I've said it for years and still believe it, Espo's is the best Taco Tuesday in the east valley. Street tacos are fantastic and just $1 on Tuesdays. They also have specials on margaritas and some beers. It gets PACKED, but if you want to sit you can usually find a spot after just a few minutes. You go up, order, grab salsas, and either find a seat or step aside to wait. They're quick! The patio is super cute and bigger than you might expect. They often have a DJ on busier nights, and a bar out back also. In rhe last year or so, they re-did the parking lot and also went straw- and lid-less, so they are making improvements.

Tacos are loaded with meat... The salsa bar is amazing. All the sauces are so good I could drink them on their own unlike most Mexican restaurants that are completely watered down and flavorless. Tacos are small... So definitely to for the 10 taco deal. You won't be disappointed.

I've been watching The views about this restaurant for about a year and a half and always wanted to go. I finally got my chance and I kicked myself for not going sooner. Everything is excellent. It's family-owned, and their Abuela is an absolute master in the kitchen. The staff has always been super friendly, and I say always because since I went the first time I've already been back three times.

Every time I'm in the Phoenix area I hit this place. It's so amazing! Best chicken tacos I've ever had. I've been eating here for over 17 years and I still can't get enough!

They have an amazing green chilie burrito! I recommend getting it enchilada style with the green sauce. The rice and beans were really good too. The only reason for not giving it a 5 star is the service. The girl working the front was working on either schedules or inventory and never asked us if we needed help until we approached her and told her we were ready to order.

Love the small market feel like your eating in a plaza in mexico. However the food is expensive and it takes forever.Tasted good though.

I have eaten here several times the last 2 times my order was incorrect so I had to turn around and go back. I have called an order in and they rush me off the phone while I am trying to confirm the order to make sure it is right. It is very frustrating. Not sure if I will go back. Customer service is poor.

El chapo isnt on the menu but they still make it and its the best green chili ever! And the orange salsa is the best.

What a great place for Mexican food. Came here on Tuesday for lunch. Having many lunch special like tacos, quesadillas, burritos , nacho and the best is the Margaritas for $2 per cup! Indoor and outdoor sitting. Casual dining and you need to make your order and get your own food.. lovely place and tasty food too. This is a place for fairly realistic Mexican Food. Basic food with old world taste. Menu has good choices. The wait was short and service fast, but not fast food taste!

Food was good. We got the enchilada combo, with Chicken tacos and chicken tostadas. The service was quick and friendly. What we did not like is how the enchilada and beens and rice where all mixed together in one big goop. It was hard to eat and feed the kids. I would recommend it but get things individually rather than a combo. We also got the bucket of chips and that was good as well.

Excellent restaurant that's been around forever. Pretty much all the dishes are great, even though somewhat simple. It gets packed at lunchtime with its proximity to Intel and Microchip, but always a good take-out option!

Disappointing, at times it seems busy and crowded. I ate the egg, chorizo, and potato burrito. It was ok tasting like every other burrito. The item that was plain was a chicken taco. The chicken tasted canned and the water was not drained. The taco became soggy from the canned chicken water. Canned beans taste better than the beans they served. I don’t think I will be back.

The food was delicious! Ordered tamales, a taco, and a burrito. No complaints whatsoever about the food from us. Only issue was the long wait for the takeout order. They told us 20 minutes on the phone, but it took closer to 45. Must've been a busy day for them!

Food here is excellent! Service is great too, but there is no table service here, that's the only reason I gave it a 3. You place your order at the counter and they call your number. We had no issue with that, just weren't expecting it. There are seating areas inside and outside. They had lots of gas heaters so even during the cold evening it was actually very comfortable. Great place! We will definitely be back!

Went to Espo's for the first time...what a awesome surprise! The staff was very helpful with placing my to go order. Quick and efficient and the owner brought my order out and thanked me for coming in...First Class restaurant! 4.7 stars. This place was great and awesome service only complaint was the chips and salsa was lacking, cold greasy chips and salsa was just liquid no texture. Margaritas were great! And service was awesome super nice people. Green chili was fantastic.

Mexican food that is good and still affordable. We have visited twice since our return to the valley. The food is tasty. Nothing fancy. The prices are right. Plenty of seating outside.

I went here a month ago, I had tried it recently before for the first time and decided to try it again because I enjoyed the food, hoping to make a habit of it. This time unfortunately they were charging $2 more per combo. This adds up when its a family or multiple people ordering together. We had looked at the menu's that they have available while you wait in line. Afterwards, I was a little suspicious on why it came out to be more than last time. The price's on the physical menu did not match what they charged me. I even looked at their menu they have on the wall and those price's also did not match what I was charged. I asked the woman at the counter, she said they must've not updated either of them. She was a little oblivious to it. She just said "sorry". No compensation offered, no honoring their advertised prices, no free chips or anything that would've been practically no cost to them to make up for failing to update and correctly advertise their prices.

I gave this place another try as I came a few years ago and I was not impressed. This time I placed an order online for two carnitas burritos. The wait time was 30-45 minutes and I had to create an account online at first . That’s something I did not enjoy. But I went there for the food…right? The burrito was so delicious, it was under $10 a piece and I was very pleased this time. I’ll definitely go back . The reason I ordered online was to avoid the wait time in the line which last time it was so long. As I entered to pick up my order, I only had one person in front of me . It was probably not the rush hour , as it was around 4 o’clock. I’ll definitely go back.

Expos has got to be many peoples favorite Mexican restaurants in chandler. Their menu has so much good authentic Mexican food and August’s Fred as. Their margaritas are the best! Any flavor! Taco Tuesday they have the best deals! They offer a bunch of different salsas options and have a salsa bar. One of my personal faves are their tamales! So good!

Great experience. I wish I could remember the guy's name who was running the front counter because he was great. Funny. Fast. He got everyone through the line in a timely manner. Our food was good. The outdoor dining area was clean. If I pass through Phoenix again, I'll return.

I do feel indifferent leaving a 1-star review because it's not the worst (but) The FIRST time I visited Espo's (if I had to guess 5yrs ago) it was great! The Red chili beef was tender & juicy & spicy yum! Many visits following the food quality & sometimes even the workers started going downhill. My last 4 visits I said would be my last. Welp, Today's taco Tuesday, I gave them (yet again) another shot & I'm just so underwhelmed. Pros: Taco Tuesday/salsa bar Although not great- premixed margaritas available Spicy red sauce Cons: Quality Price increases not updated New staff Again, Quality

Taco Tuesday was amazing! Salsa, guac, and tacos! The 3 taco special w/drink was just the right amount. I couldn't make up my kind on what types I wanted so I asked the cashier to pick her top 3 and they were all delicious! Will return next time I'm in town!

best authentic Mexican I've ever had. This place never disappoints or lacks in flavor. I generally get the 3 ground beef taco combo that comes with Spanish rice and a side of beans. The meat is perfectly seasoned with a nice dash of salt lingering on the tongue. I'm not a beans person by any means but I thoroughly enjoy eating the entire container of this each time. Prices are also affordable making this a great weekly pickup.

Awesome food!!! The ground beef taco was my favorite. The red beef tamales rocked my world!! The tamale was spicy, but full of flavour. Definitely going again, and bringing the whole family. If you love Mexican food you have to come here!!

I haven’t had good real Mexican food from back in the day. The food was absolutely delicious. The red chili is fire and the beans were out of this world. I am bringing my family to try it I know they will love it. Oh yes margaritas ? a must .

This place was authentic, fun, and busy. The food came fast though and I appreciated the atmosphere change from my training.

I liked the setting. I'll try it again bypassing the ten tacos Tuesday special. I wasn't impressed with the taste of the 'giveaways' tacos. I've heard the good is good so I'll give it another try on a non ? Tuesday.

There’s an outdoor eating area as well. Parking was fine (during lunch). Restaurant was clean. Lots of options on the menu. It all looks good ?. If you’re ponding about going here, ponder no more. GO! ? Give it a try.
