Wow, what an incredible restaurant! The vibe was full of energy, our server was attentive and thorough in explaining the menu. He offered suggestions that helped to truly make our dinners delightful. I ordered a delicious rosemary Moscow Mule - yum. Can't recall exactly my dinner but it was one of the 'create your own' options with gnocchi. For dessert, we were able to have items from the bakery brought to our table - we enjoyed a delicious cannoli! After, we went to the bakery counter and ordered some extra desserts to take home. They have authentic flag cookies (my calls them rainbow cookies) that definitely competed with my family's recipe. Would definitely recommend.

So good and tasty! Not a single thing was subpar. This was our first time coming and certainly will not be our last. One of my all time favorites now. Our server, Ernesto, was absolutely wonderful and made some phenomenal recommendations.

My wife and I stopped for lunch at this restaurant in mid November 2021. The service is as expected for this type of restaurant: polite and efficient. We shared a chopped salad and a meatball pizza. The chopped salad was fresh, but typical. I could use a bit more dressing though. The pizza was pretty good. Its crust was crispy. We will be back to try other dishes.

First time visiting and our first impression was very welcoming. Unique decor, clean, attentive service. Our waiter Ernesto was awesome! He really explained the menu with detail and recommendations, he was also very pleasant to chat with. We tried the lamb meatballs which were very juicy and packed with flavor, the chicken cutlet sandwich was huge so assume you might have to take some to go. Overall a great experience. Will definitely come visit again.👍🏻

Went here for dinner with some friends. The Bruschetta Board ($15) is great, offering 4 types from a vast selection, cut into halves. Great to split with another person, or as a starter to go with a few other apps for a bigger table. I ordered the Giant Nonnas Meatball ($20), a Herculean sized meatball that surprisingly was cooked all the way through, tender, and tasty as heck! It comes with your choice of homemade pasta and sauce. The gelato is killer too, overall this place was great service, delicious food, and a glass of wine, split bruschetta for two, and a giant meatball and pasta with tax and a healthy tip came out to be just shy of $48. A superb value for the quality, taste and service!

Went here with my girlfriends for Sunday brunch. The location is gorgeous. We sat outdoors with nice heaters that kept us warm on cold January morning. I eat vegetarian food, and got myself fig and beets salad with arugula. It was very fresh and delicious 😋 My friends ordered signature meatball dishes and were not as impressed as they mentioned it tasted Bland.

Went for the first time there this past weekend and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing and our server Brittany did a great job of tending to us. The vibe was what I was expecting, from their choice in music, to the appetizers, and finally their wine selection. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! Perfect date night

Food and drinks were so amazing. The only thing is the portion size… totally get the craft meatballs being homemade but you shouldn’t leave a restaurant feeling hungry (which is why we got dessert). But definitely worth trying. The bowls were $20.

Great food for reasonable prices. Who knew that was still possible? Highly recommend Italian "Saganaki". Flambeed table side and something magical happens when they add the lemon. I ordered the shrimp parmesan. Even though the filet mignon is only offered medium well because it's thin, it was also a hit with two of our party who said it was tender and tasted amazing.

This was my first outing after being locked down from COVID19. I was a bit nervous about venturing out in public. The restaurant was amazing and I felt very safe! The place was very clean and all customers were kept socially apart from one another. The staff was equipped with masks and gloves. I could tell that everyone really cared about our safety and dining experience. We will definitely be coming back and inviting our friends.

New favorite restaurant, hands down. I can’t rave enough about it. Everything was amazing, it was too hard to pick a favorite. The texture of the giant meatball was perfect, the desserts perfectly sweet & complementary, and we loved sampling the bruschetta! Brittany was an amazing waitress with super great and friendly service! Seriously, couldn’t be happier. Will come back as soon as we can.

Went for my birthday and was very happy with my choice! I'm not a huge meatball or red sauce fan, so upon first glance at the menu I was wishing I went somewhere else. But wow it was better than I could have ever imagined! Tony's Steak Meatballs with Truffle Mushroom Sauce & Creste de Gallo noodles! Service was fantastic and I loved the interior design, ambiance, and glasses/serving ware as well!

The best vegetable meatless calls and amazing pasta sauce. Started with a great wine that our server recommended. For appetizers we got 4 different kinds of bruschetta. For mains I got the eggplant balls with mushroom truffle sauce and it was delicious. A decent size portion. Our server was friendly.

Think classic Italian food meets trendy bar. The menu is very clever that focuses on a meat/cheese board for the shared appetizer. Then comes the mix and match meatball options. Of course there are other options if your taste buds prefer. I always enjoy a place where the manager is attentive enough to stop by and say hi and ensure everything is running smoothly. It has a handful of very well designed cocktails with your standards as well. The only criticism ( not enough to deter 5 stars) was the wait time between being seated by the hostess and greeted by the waitresses).

We had our staff Christmas party here. We sat on the patio, it was well heated and comfortable. The food was so delicious. Our server, Sierra was amazing! I had the rib eye meatballs with truffle mushroom sauce on pappardelle noodles. A great experience. I recommend highly.

The manager is inadequately apprised of Arizona law. I was embarrassed at the hostess station and told I would be forced to wear a mask, despite my health condition that is directly exempt. We were then seated in a booth that included the Arizona setting sun in such a manner that dining was not practical. The group felt this was punitive, and we left to go to a nearby restaurant that graciously hosted us without question. We enjoy dining at Hash Kitchen and have never experienced this despite it being managed by the same company. Unfortunately, we will more than likely not return there either.

First time here. Right across from Chandler fashion mall and Scheels. Parking is tight but food is amazing. Walking in and seeing all the food made it hard to pick what to get. Tables are nice and chairs are comfortable. Cloth napkins with button wholes are a nice touch. The tables are wood top style and the dishes and glasses were nicer quality. The chopped salad was full of high quality items like cheese salami and olives. The dressing was not overwhelming. We bought the chop salad and had it split so it was served in two cute metal bowls. We also ordered a side of bread ($4) that came w oil. It was wonderful soft but crunchy Italian artisan bread. We asked for balsamic too. I had a coke too and it was never empty. My husband sampled the wines. Nice touch to make sure you are happy. I ordered the fazzoleti and an additional meatball. I then dumped the meatball on top of the pasta dish. It was crazy delicious. My meal was a pasta wrapped meat sauce w a Parmesan sauce. Wowza. My husband had a pasta dish w three meatballs. He had so much that he took two meatballs to go. I ate half of my dish. Portions are generous for the quality. We finished the meal off w a cannelloni. The orange gummy was so flavorful. And the amaretto cherry was my favorite. We left very full w two to go boxes for later. We will be back for sure.

Great options, ambience and friendly staff. We went during restaurant week and tried a few apps, entrees & desserts. All the food seemed to have a similar taste just in a different dish. The meatballs were good, super popular dish. Glad I tried them at a discount. Everyone was super friendly!

Family went for dinner last night. Perfect food and service. Couldn't have enjoyed the experience any more. Eggplant, salad, bruschetta, cannolis, zucchini, all top notch. Server was very kind and patient. We didn't feel rushed at all. We will definitely return next time we're in the area. Thank you!

The service was phenomenal. We were seated and helped extremely quick despite the restaurant being extremely busy. Domenic, one of the managers, personally came over and greeted us and checked in on us throughout the meal. We got the 4 person charcuterie board and an order of the meatballs. It was the best tasting Italian food I’ve had in Phoenix.

Unique decor and furniture very comfortable. Attached bakery is wonderful (pricey). I was very glad for vegetarian options - eggplant meatballs and truffle mushroom sauce with pasta. Also had meatballs with parmigiano sauce but the sauce was sparse. The steak is not recommended as it tasted more like ground beef. Garlic bread was covered in cheese and so could not really taste garlic. It is a nice place for first dates and romantic dates, but smaller kids may not appreciate. JESUS LOVES YOU

Found this place by accident. The food was so filling. We started with wine and the meat ball carousel. And that's as far as we got. If you have no idea what to order, start here. You get to taste a lot of the different meatballs. I loved all of them. We skipped dinner and went straight to dessert. Everything was delicious! I will most definitely return.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL food! This is an AMAZING authentic Italian restaurant! Everything is delicious! Everything looks great! I will DEFINITELY be returning next time I'm in town!! Make sure to save room and visit the take-out counter for a Vanilla Lobster Tail!!!!!

This is a must stop! From food to atmosphere this place has it all. A dish for everyone and each one is loaded with flavor and fresh. Staff is highly attentive and even when busy service and food is delivered quickly. Drink selection is good and menu is sized just right. Nice combination of ingredients and pasta bowls with meatballs surely will have something to satisfy everyone!

I'm happy to assist. Here's a sample review for The Sicilian Butcher restaurant: I recently visited The Sicilian Butcher for a special occasion and was blown away by the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a warm and welcoming ambiance, perfect for a romantic night out or a celebratory dinner with family. The standout dish for me was definitely the spaghetti, which was cooked to perfection and served with a rich and flavorful sauce that was both hearty and delicious. The flaming cheese was also a highlight of the meal, with an impressive presentation that was both fun and tasty. But what really made the night special was the exceptional service we received from the restaurant staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that our parents' 50th anniversary was truly memorable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend The Sicilian Butcher for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. The quality of the food, the welcoming atmosphere, and the exceptional service make it a standout restaurant that is not to be missed.

Traveling and gave this a try based on the recommendation of a local. Started with a caprese, but the tomatoes weren't quite ready and it was disappointing. For the entree I tried the meatball/sauce/pasta combo, which is a really cool concept. Went with the vodka sauce which you don't always see everywhere, the sausage meatball and rigatoni. This place has an attached Italian bakery so dessert was a must. The traditional cannoli was very good, more on the cheese side which I love. This place has an interesting menu and if I were around longer I'd return.

I ordered take out online for pickup. Food was ready earlier than they estimated. We were short a $6 chicken breast that was an add on for a salad. We called and they quickly refunded. I think for the price, the quality and amount of food fell short. My wife had meatballs with the same sauce as my chicken parm and it had almost no flavor. Meatballs had a good consistency and flavor though.

Everything started great with service and food was good. I believe the server had many outside tables and us inside. For two of us to have a bread appetizer, 2 entrees, desert took about 1.5 hours. Much longer than expected for this venue. Food was good but not sure it was good enough to return. We have other favorites when we visit Phoenix.

It was my second visit with the group but wasn’t impressed with the food quality. When I was here exactly a year ago, all of us (more than 10-12 folks in the group) loved it and it was perfect. Yesterday, not so much though because my spaghetti pasta was half cooked and the other dish my friends tried had the same issue. Hopefully it will a better experience if we visit again. The service was very good though.

Went for holiday/birthday dinner with girlfriends. Got the meatball sampler and the eggplant one was surprisingly my favorite! I enjoyed all the types of meat and sauce. I also ordered the Lavender Haze cocktail, specially decorated for me by our server! They brought be a small portion of tiramisu for my birthday, as well! Overall great food and a wonderful experience.

Husband and I went out for my birthday lunch. We ordered calamari which had a great flavor but was over cooked. He ordered muscle, shrimp pasta, and I ordered meatball sandwich. I’m from an Italian family needless to say I’m very picky about my Italian food. The food was mediocre. Atmosphere, decor was impressive, and the service was excellent.

Our first time at The Sicilian Butcher was definitely a five star visit. We had lunch on the patio and at 110+ temp, we were quite comfortable with the misting fans. Our lunch was delicious ( I had bruschetta and hubby had a sandwich, Italian cold cuts) and we enjoyed a delightful glass of wine to go with. Even saved room to walk next door for a yummy serving of gelato. Looking forward to our next visit!

Came in for dinner with my ladies group. Service was terrific, efficient and unobtrusive. He also anticipated the separate checks without having to be asked. The decor is bright and clean and the food was great. I had one of the Sicilian style bruschetta boards. Favorites were the fig ricotta and the whipped goat cheese and roasted peppers! Yum! My companions had various pastas and even the ribeye steak. All agreed everything was delicious ? I'll have to come back and try the famous meatballs. By the way, the chocolate Nutella cake is absolutely dreamy!

I ordered online via their website, and tipped when I ordered. They sent a confirmation message saying your order will be ready at whatever time. I show up, and see their curbside pickup sign, and follow their instructions to call to get your order. A man answered the phone and told me he would get my order. 15 minutes later, a young girl comes out to tell me that there was a “ mishap “ with my order. I said, “ A what now ?”. A mishap, she said. My order apparently wasn’t ever received by the kitchen, but they were going to hurry an order up for me “. 25 minutes after they told me to pick up my order it was brought out by yet another girl. Why wasn’t I told about this “ mishap “ when I was sitting in the parking lot calling ? Why wasn’t my gratuity returned? These people were tipped based on the good faith agreement that they would provide me food in a timely manner. They did not, and offered nothing other than some girl talking about mishaps. The pasta was average at best, and I can’t even tell if it’s because it’s actually bad, or if I just am so completely enraged by how they treated me that I can’t enjoy the food. How about a little heads up next time? Maybe give me the option to cancel the order you lost. How about asking me if I want to sit in my fricking car for a half hour, in ARIZONA? Complete lack of customer service and this was at 1:41 pm, well after any type of rush. If this is their service when it’s slow, I doubt I would ever eat here when it’s busy. Poor, poor job on all fronts.

We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful interior of the restaurant. But that is where the good stopped. We got Ice Tea and had to ask for the ice! All the dishes were extremely lacking flavor and portions were incredibly small for the amount charged. Never before had pasta that was smothered under, top and all over with melted cheese. It was all stuck together like glue. Terrible. All you need do is read the Restaurant's answers on reviews here (all repetitive) so how much can they really care. Too bad the food was not as great as the interior!

I ate there twice in a week. Food is excellent. Prices are good and the pastries are delicious. Fig cream cannoli is my favorite. All the pastas are homemade. Domenic is wonderful and the whole staff. Nice atmosphere and looking forward to my next visit.

Outside of home, this is my favorite place for meatballs & pasta. Love the options for choosing meatballs, base (pasta), and sauce. Tomaso's balls are the best, paired with Pappardelle & Sunday Sugo. Our go-to when Mom doesn't feel like cooking!

THE most famous new restaurant in the East valley owned by the Maggioregroup. Chef Joey is the son of the Tomasso's chef and owner. The decor is exquisite, so is the food and so is the service. This beautiful new trendy restaurant can serve 400 people. I was here on Saturday night to a packed house and again today for lunch. My favorite is the eggplant sandwich which is to die for. Come to the best restaurant on earth. I might be biased because I have some Sicilian blood so I do know good Italian good.

The food here is excellent. How can you go wrong with multiple choices of fresh homemade meatballs and made fresh pasta? Tonight I tried the chicken parm meatballs. They were moist and so flavorful. One of the top reasons we continue going back here is the top notch customer service. Your drinks are always full and your food comes out quickly. Don't forget to try the cannoli. The best I have ever had. If your are feeling adventurous head down the hall to their bakery and create your own cannoli with numerous filling and shell choices.

Absolutely Amazing. Best Italian Ever! The food, the atmosphere, and the service were the best we have ever had. It was so much fun to pick the pasta, meatballs and sauce. We had chicken parmesan meatballs. They were delicious. We had 2 managers come by multiple times to chat. When does that ever happen? What a treat to go to the bakery next door amd pick out a cannelloni filling to take home. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Food was well prepared and was delicious. This is not your typical Italian restaurant. They offer numerous variations of meatballs to which you pick a variety of sauces and types of pasta. They also offer pizza and boards that feature a selection of meats, cheeses and appetizing items. Portions are more than ample and our server was attentive. We ate outside and the tables were spaced and the servers wore masks and gloves. This is the first time in a long while that we ate here. We were not disappointed and will definitely return.

I want to start by apologizing for not taking more pictures. The food was delicious. Did the crispy calamari and spaghetti with meatballs from the happy hour menu. Also shared the bruschetta board, which was delicious. Selected the salmon, the tuna, the mushrooms and prosciutto. More than enough food for 2 people. We then headed over to the bakery for desert to go. Nice, fresh selection and everything looked amazing. They have a cannoli bar to customize your choice, which is awesome. Will definitely be coming back!

Overall great and we will go again. Negatives- GIANT glass windows with absolutely no shades. Sun glaring on most tables and it was about 99 degrees in the dining room. Positives- food was very good. Tasty meatballs and good pasta. Service was great as well. Upper level service, much better than average restaurant service. A bit pricey but not crazy. Family of four with wine, a cheese board, four meals and a side was $250.00 will be back and hopefully move up to 5 stars.
